This is a great place to stay for the price. It has a large indoor pool and plenty of parking. We reserved two bedrooms so we got two units that connected. It was quiet inside but it does sit at the end of the airport runway so you hear the planes taking off. It wasn't as loud as I thought it would be though. We did have some issues: There was only hot water about half the time, our dryer did not heat and the shower drained very slowly. Slow enough that you had to cut the shower short to avoid flooding the bathroom. There isn't anything within walking distance of the hotel so you'll need a car or alot of Ubers. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Our room was great, had everything we needed. The bagel place next door was an awesome breakfast option. Shuttle to/from the strip was great. Super disappointed that the pool was closed for the duration of our visit, as this was the primary reason we booked this hotel. Renovations to the pool were to be done before we got there. Communication about the pool reopening was hit and miss. When they called to try and get us in for timeshare session we politely declined, and asked about the pool, the recommendation was to pay money to use a pool at another hotel. Having already paid a decent amount of money to stay here, we didn't feel it was fair to pay more for an amenity we had already paid for.

The hotel was very clean, spacious accomodations, friendly staff. The front desk could have done a better job of explaining where to find the elevator or get around the building. Also, we didn't know the pool was going to be closed until we arrived which was disappointing.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and the rooftop patio. Maintenance responded to and resolved my in-unit dryer issue in less than 15 minutes after contacting the front desk. The staff was nice and the bellhop, Keith, made our stay extra special by always greeting my boys and I with a warm smile and showing his genuine interest in our stay in Vegas. His follow-up showed that and knowing who I was no matter which four hair styles I had. I looked forward to seeing him every time I came in and missed him on his off days. Thank you Keith for everything and your interest in my son’s basketball tournament. I wish I could have told you that before I left. My only gripe is that the junior suite was smaller than what I imagined. It felt tight for the three of us and the belongings we needed for our week stay. And yes, I would stay with you all again. Thank you.

This hotel was awesome. It’s kind of a maze and hard to find my way around, bed was comfy. Counter space was very limited. Pots dishes and silverware are all included. Hot tub seemed very small. 6 adults and it was crowded. They gym was awesome I loved the gym. I would absolutely come back

The floors in the two rooms left your feet black with dirt. Elevator smelled bad for 5 days. The people at the desks were amazing!!! They did make up for it. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We checked in and went out for the evening. When we returned to our room at 1:00am, our room smelled like a sewer had backed up. We had to repack our belongings and moved to a different room. The toilet ran all night in the new room.

Very surprised to find a washer and dryer, that was great! Nice and open. Only complaint was the floor, had food crumbs, hairs, and coffee stains, Very obvious it had not been mopped. If I were return I would definitely consider staying here again.

On the day of my checked in was excited to stay there but when I got to my room I was not clean the floor was dirty the bathroom was not clean there was stuff in the toilet there was stuff on the table and the night stand and used stuff in the kitchen so I went to the front desk and show the pictures I took and the said sorry to hear that and the gave me a different room and then I was to do the tour and they had me scheduled for 9am but then the day of Janice said she couldn’t get me in and I was excited for that but it never happened

Staff was great! Pool hours and being indoors was the main reason we booked this place. The kitchen saved us a fortune on food and we were very happy overall with our stay. Few side notes- Room was dirty, dusty and just overall Very unclean (there is a massive pile of dirt and dust bunnies on the floor between the bedside table and wall. Also the kitchen sink had a massive ring of caked on food around it) I personally didn’t mind cleaning it before we unpacked but yes it’s wasn’t cleaned very well. It’s listed as a hotel on Expedia and it’s not which didn’t bother us but others staying there had an issue with that. The washer only did piping hot water (on the cold cycle) so the 2 loads of wash we did shrunk our clothes and stained your white towels. We had a lovely stay and pool is amazing, staff was incredible! We would be happy to return and we have told everyone how great this place is!

All was well but the pool was cold/ hot tub was broken and our room could’ve been a lot cleaner. There was literally blood in our bath tub around the handles and down inside the tub.

Loved all that was in the unit, all the appliances such as the dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer etc. and cookware. Beds were super comfortable and it was very clean. Pool was great and the staff were very responsive if u needed anything. You can't ask for much more.

Great spot. I got the deluxe room. It essentially was a Fancy one bedroom apartment. Washer dryer in the room and full kitchen! Also with a large upscale restroom. I plan on coming back to vegas early next just for the room. Vegas is a plus too. Indoor pool air-conditioned

The One bedroom deluxe suite is spacious and great home away from home. There is a full size washer and dryer and the huge walk in shower had good water pressure and was a relaxing place to to beat the heat. The only bad is the walk from the lobby to the elevator.

Enjoyed the proximity to the strip and airport, but not on the strip so I didn’t feel overwhelmed by casinos. Easy access in and out. Free parking. Would like more covered parking for cars. Extremely comfortable room. Had. A great stay. Highly recommended.

The property and personnel were good. I stayed at this location for 2 weeks and for that whole time we were never asked if we needed replenishments to the amenities. I asked twice to replenish our bath soap and it never came. Also, the cleaning staff didn’t speak any English and didn’t understand anything I was asking for.

We loved how friendly and helpful all the staff on the property was. We loved the shuttle to and from the mall it was really fast to get to from the airport a great family place will definitely refer our friends and hopefully be back

no garbage disposal when your upper unit moves there chairs and don't pick them up at its almost like a scratching chalk board noise i had to make a complaint the second night and when i called the front desk, no one answered, i called for 10 minutes, i had to get dressed at 1 am walked 5 minutes to the front desk where 2 or 3 people were standing around because no one switched the phone over at the shift change what if there was a real emergency. i won't be staying here again. and the planes fly right over

I was treated horribly rude by Sampson of VIP services. His behavior and treatment was unconscionable Their WI-FI does not work neither will your cell service as they want you to purchase Wi-Fi for $8 I attempted to extend my stay one day as o became sick because of the heat and the property ran my credit and tried to sell me a timeshare. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. I thought we left our laptop there, I called to ask. Security called us back within 20 minutes, they did a full room search nothing was found. Found it in a suitcase but I appreciated the fast response. Excellent customer service.

The hotel refuses to return our deposit, claiming they cannot locate our reservation. Staff have been really unhelpful. Moreover, the hotel is a good 20 min walk from the strip. There is a bus service every 30 min that we were never able to use. We also requested a kettle that was never delivered to our room.

I had terrible experience with my check-in. I have booked two regular rooms through Hotels.com in advance. Later I upgraded one regular room to a deluxe one in order to have two adjacent rooms. However at the check-in with Bluegreen, the front desk manager insisted that I only booked two regular rooms even I showed her the confirmation email from Hotels.com and the evidence of the paid upgrade fee. At that moment I tried to contact Hotels.com to help me to resolve this issue, but I couldn't find any Hotels.com person to talk to. Since I have paid a deluxe room and a regular rooms, I refuse to take two regular rooms that the Bluegrrem assigned. Finally the front desk manager assigned me adjacent two rooms after long dispute. I had a feeling that the manager thought she did me a favor and completely ignored that I have truly paid for this type of rooms. Terrible. Well, other than the check-in, my stay was okay.

The blue green was a fantastic property. We did have a late check in the commendations were quite nice. Everything was laid out nicely. We had access to all the amenities and facilities in the resort except the sundeck, which was under construction, but with the 45 Celsius temperature it really was not needed. The staff was very friendly. Terrence at the front desk was quite nice. They do also offer tours of the property and if you are interested in getting any sort of gifts show tickets or anything related to Las Vegas they do provide that for you discounts are also there you can also go ahead and use the shuttle to the Las Vegas strip. That’s a nice added feature parking is very safe and abundant. They also do have in-house restaurants that you can utilize. Should you be coming in late Check out was also done nicely. We were also provided a late check out as our flight was in the evening and overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend it to anybody that’s in the Las Vegas area. It’s really near the strip if you are a plane spotter and want to watch flights land it’s a great place to do it and overall we had a great time .

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and the rooftop patio. Maintenance responded to and resolved my in-unit dryer issue in less than 15 minutes after contacting the front desk. The staff was nice and the bellhop, Keith, made our stay extra special by always greeting my boys and I with a warm smile and showing his genuine interest in our stay in Vegas. His follow-up showed that and knowing who I was no matter which four hair styles I had. I looked forward to seeing him every time I came in and missed him on his off days. Thank you Keith for everything and your interest in my son’s basketball tournament. I wish I could have told you that before I left. My only gripe is that the junior suite was smaller than what I imagined. It felt tight for the three of us and the belongings we needed for our week stay. And yes, I would stay with you all again. This is a great place to stay for the price. It has a large indoor pool and plenty of parking. We reserved two bedrooms so we got two units that connected. It was quiet inside but it does sit at the end of the airport runway so you hear the planes taking off. It wasn't as loud as I thought it would be though. We did have some issues: There was only hot water about half the time, our dryer did not heat and the shower drained very slowly. Slow enough that you had to cut the shower short to avoid flooding the bathroom. There isn't anything within walking distance of the hotel so you'll need a car or alot of Ubers. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We liked the location close to Thomas and Mac arena for our tournament, plus a shuttle that could take us down to the strip. It's nice to be off the strip where it's a little less hectic and we can park for free right there. The room was clean and roomie. Plus it's always nice to have a kitchenette to help save on food expenses. It would be nice to have a small market in the surrounding building. Our only complaint was that we were not told beforehand that the pool and weight room were closed for construction. It was a bit noisy with that construction. Being near the airport brings some noise as well, but it's kind of fun to watch the planes land and take off. We would stay there again.

Although an aging property, the price was in line with expectations. I booked for the convenience of a kitchen, which was more than acceptable. The location was not an issue as I rented a car. It was easy to get around. I am a sensitive sleeper and my room faced the airport; however, I was not terribly disrupted by the sound of planes.

The room was huge and convenient with the full kitchen and washer and dryer. But I kept finding long black hairs all over the bathroom floor and the floors throughout didn’t look very clean. Some of the dishes weren’t completely clean either. But we liked the hotel and would stay again

A friendly place for families with children, a handy kitchen equipped with the necessary basic appliances, a washing machine and a dryer were useful. Transport to the city was very helpful. Very nice service. Clean rooms. Very relaxing observation deck with a view of the city. Despite the proximity to the airport, we were not disturbed by the sounds of planes landing and taking off.

Security alarm went off very early in the morning, surprisingly no explanation or follow up by staff. Kinda unnerving, but we survived. All in all a good value for a spacious convenient Vegas stay.

Staff was great! Pool hours and being indoors was the main reason we booked this place. The kitchen saved us a fortune on food and we were very happy overall with our stay. Few side notes- Room was dirty, dusty and just overall Very unclean (there is a massive pile of dirt and dust bunnies on the floor between the bedside table and wall. Also the kitchen sink had a massive ring of caked on food around it) I personally didn’t mind cleaning it before we unpacked but yes it’s wasn’t cleaned very well. It’s listed as a hotel on Expedia and it’s not which didn’t bother us but others staying there had an issue with that. The washer only did piping hot water (on the cold cycle) so the 2 loads of wash we did shrunk our clothes and stained your white towels. We had a lovely stay and pool is amazing, staff was incredible! We would be happy to return and we have told everyone how great this place is!

I love this hotel. It’s a great place. If you just want a little bit of quiet time away from the strip if you’re visiting Vegas. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are really nice and spacious. Full-size refrigerators, microwave and kitchen so you can cook your own food. The customer service is great and they have coffee, hot chocolate, and freshwater in the lobby. Parking is free and there is no casino, but they have a shuttle that drops you off at the strip and it runs throughout the day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room with our family of four. The shuttle was always on time which made it very convenient to travel back and forth from the strip. I highly recommended staying here if you want extra room and a kitchenette.

This hotel was awesome. It’s kind of a maze and hard to find my way around, bed was comfy. Counter space was very limited. Pots dishes and silverware are all included. Hot tub seemed very small. 6 adults and it was crowded. They gym was awesome I loved the gym. I would absolutely come back
