We came as a family because of the pools. For most of our stay, all pools were closed, except the wave pool, the hot tub and the easy river. None of them suitable for kids. They only opened the regular pools for one day of our 6 night stay. It rained heavily that day and they closed it after an hour.

Booked this room for $68 along with resort fee etc and this room was way above nice! Very clean, smelled amazing and beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced. I booked a king and they were out so they gave me two queens with a pool view. The pool is like a resort. Wave pool with sand, lazy river, and two other pools. Casino very clean and roomy. Found a few ashtrays. Breakfast at sea breeze was amazing. Will definitely come back next time

Wonderful location of this hotel. Many shopping options and restaurants, however they are all quite a walk away from the rooms. Starbucks locations were a good distance from the room. I didn't like walking so far in the morning for coffee and room coffee was 2 cups of premade kits not to my liking. My biggest dislike was no way to fill up a water bottle with filtered water. I had to keep buying bottled water. NOT eco-friendly at all. Very wasteful. Staff was great. Spa was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend a massage while there.

Large, well appointed room and a huge bathroom with large tub and separate shower. Two closets. Beautiful room with comfy beds. Plenty of space to relax. Amazing pool complex with sandy beach, wave pool, and lazy river. Bring your own inflatable or you can buy one there. Excellent service. Convenience of having everything on site.

Excellent property and amenities, staff is courteous and helpful. Spent weekend here to relax away from strip but close enough to venture out. Room was all we needed very comfortable with amazing views of the pools and Mountains. Great way to get around thanks to their monorail system. Enough activities to stay here. Thanks

check in was great. room was nice but needed repair. mini bar was stocked but personal fridge was tiny. it was hard to find anything in the hotel. trying to find starbucks was a half hour journey. one had to walk through casino and if you don’t smoke you’re screwed. smoke is everywhere. the pool and jacuzzi CLOSES AT 6PM!!!!! two pools were closed. meaning two jacuzzis closed. the wave pool closed for most of the day. it’s at the end of the strip with nothing around it. i wouldn’t stay there again.

Pool area was great but way to crowded. I must be getting old because there was a lot of annoying kids! I remember when Las Vegas was an adult playground that go to get away from there kids!! No just a Mom and Dad only vacation with other adult friends. Lol Vegas just gotten way to expensive for the common man! Use to have more gamble with now you have to spend all your money on a room and food! Nothing left to gamble with. Guess hotels are going to get you money one way or another.

I have a stand up shower at home and I had longed to use the bathtub in our room that we had rented and I was so disgusted with the filth that was in there that I could not enjoy th relaxation that I looked forward too, on top of that the life maker was down 2 different time I attempted to use it. Staff was not friendly and didn’t acknowledge much. I thought staying in a nicer hotel would be rewarding, but in this stay that was not the case. My stay was short and didn’t need anymore interruptions or I would have brought it up at the time the management. Wish my experience was better to report.

I couldn't believe they had bed bugs in room 10222, I've stayed at Mandalay Bay many times standardly was a good Resort . Yet it's fallen over the years, but I couldn't believe I got bed bugs in such a Resort . I stay two nights ended up in the hospital when I got home from the bed bugs infection. You should iron all four corners of your mattress if you're going to stay there ? keep the hot iron for 2 minutes on yhr bed . Bed bugs will rise to the top. I won't be staying at Mandalay in the near future. it's a shame I like their pools I'm a surfer but I've never experienced something like bed bug infestation. It's horrible

Beautiful facility. But the place really needs a good cleaning. I felt grossed out by finding pubic hairs in the bathroom and snot wiped on a closet door by the bed that had not been cleaned off. There was trash all around in the pool and lazy river area. Towels strewn everywhere. It was a holiday weekend but I expected more for the price I paid plus the resort fee.

Toilet made constant noise Toilet Handle not properly working Mirror light in bathroom went on and off , no light all of a sudden while in the shower Squeaking bathroom doors found one dirty towel on sink!! Booked and paid in advance for king bed, not available. Had to accept 2 Queens. Couldn’t tell me if and when a King would become available. Positiv: nice view from room onto pool

Our stay was good. The bed, pillow and sheets were clean and comfortable. However, the chairs in our room were very dirty - stained and dingy. The lighting in the room is terrible. Yellow dim lights made it difficult to dress. No ceiling lights, Only lamps and wall sconces. Our shower door could not close properly so the floor was always wet. The shower knob looked like it should be replaced. The tiles were stained. The front desk service and check in was very smooth and easy. The Seabreeze breakfasts was very good. Our waiter was very attentive, personable and courteous. The tram was a great option to get around. There is a lot of walking in Vegas, and Mandalay Bay is at the end of the strip. The beach was disappointing as the water was so cold. Lots of lounge chairs.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but I was not impressed. There is loud music playing throughout the building and I hate this. It is in the hallways, the casino, the restaurants, the outdoor spaces, the lobby. It was an assault on my senses and I did not want to be there. The place is not shabby, but it is not tidy either. Everything feels a little old, chipped paint, duct tape on the carpet, etc. The lobby is about 5000 square feet, beautiful floors, nice looking. However, there are about 12 seats crowded at one end (a couch and a few chairs) so I could never sit and enjoy the area (the seating was always occupied). It is 90% empty space which seemed odd to me. I guess they only want you to sit in the casino or a restaurant where they can get some money out of you. Also, the location is not great, the airport on one side, highways, parking lots and construction sites are your options for views. You have to walk 1/4 mile before you feel like you're on The Strip. The price was good, considerably less than other resorts on the strip when I booked. All staff were friendly and helpful. I rented a car right there in the hotel which was convenient. Avis person was very nice and helpful as well. We only stayed two nights and I don't gamble so I did not have a full experience at the resort. We enjoyed the Shark Reef Aquarium. I was a teacher: I'd give the resort a B. Not bad. Not excellent.

It's a great property with a nice casino and a ton of amenities. That said, on our last trip our air conditioner couldn't keep up, and this trip was worse - we ended up switching rooms as we couldn't get the temp in the room to drop below 80. Our new room was marginally better but raw sewage mysteriously backed up into the shower forcing another room change. They switched us again, this time to the W hotel which is another MGM property and attached to the same casino, and comped us most of our resort expenses. So they made it right, but I'd rather not have raw sewage in the room to begin with, and to be able to sleep at a comfortable temperature. The hallways were set to 70 degrees so why can't my room go below 80?

Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly, lots to do and see within the hotel. When we stayed it was extremely busy so holding our bags and check in was a lengthy process so be prepared for that on busy days. The room had poor lighting, I wish it had more lighting esp. for my ladies who are trying to get ready for a night out. We also could hear pretty much everything from the hallway into our room. Also, just a side note the wave pool is not like a normal wave pool that you would think of, one small wave just comes every couple of minutes and that’s it. It is also at the very end of the strip. These are just some of the things we noticed but overall we had a great time in Vegas and still would stay here again!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice. However, the a/c in the room didn't work worth a damn - it didn't matter what it was set on - the room didn't cool down. We kept the blinds closed and it was damn near impossible to sleep it was so hot. Getting room service was 30-45 minutes out and quite pricey, but that's to be expected in Vegas. We really enjoyed the amenities. So much so, that we never left Manadalay, actually. We visited the shops, took in a show, and ate a lovely dinner, plus a day in the #Toptional adult pool. (An adult vacation means I don't want to listen other people's kids, if I get to escape them!)

They put us in a very noisy room with all the screeching sounds from the elevators and seems like tram noises. Also, Baby crying next door all night (which is something they can't control, but room noise insulation could be much better) Then reaching out to the front desk is very difficult. Finally after 5 phone calls, they agreed to move us for the next night. Was very difficult getting a new key and had to gef temporary key to our then current room and hold my DL for a while. The room they switched us to is smaller room with 1 Queen bed. I paid for Resort King. Never staying there again.

Check in. It took forever. And that's not the first time that has happened at Mandalay Bay. Plus, I booked my room at Mandalay Bay, but then they put me at the w. And that required a 4-mile walk. Not really 4 MI. But long. But worse of all, it took forever to check in. And the taxi line at Mandalay Bay was even longer. Horrible

Excellent service. from check in to check out. Absolutely took care of us as if we were family. Beautiful room with all the amenities. I would stay here in a heartbeat next time i visit Vegas! The pool area was nice. However, the room smelled like sewer. I reported the issue and all they did was come and spray around the toilet. We were never offered to relocate to another room. Also, they never came to clean our room and when I inquired at the front desk I was informed I needed to call housekeeping to request to have the room cleaned. This is new to me. I was also never informed I needed to request this. To add, the wait times to get through to guest services or housekeeping on the phone were 45 mins. When I did get through to request extra blankets I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. This is excessive and poor service. To add, the safe was locked and when we inquired with the “manager” who came to check the stench in the room she laughed and said “those have been locked since the pandemic. It’s not my department but I’ll put in an order.” Overall, service is poor. Customer service is even worse. Don’t expect great quality service for the amount you re paying.

Great location for to/from airport and the free trams make for quick travel north. Our room was very average - lower floor with no view. Once we turned out the lights, they made a pinging sound for about 30 minutes while they cooled down. The bathroom drains also made a gurgling sound throughout the night. Fine for our one night stay but had wanted to eat lunch at the hotel but because it was Saturday most had brunch menus until 4 or didn't open until 4/4:30

Beautiful property with beautiful pool. The tram will take you conveniently to the strip and is free. Food court and restaurants available which were good. The drinks at the pool were overpriced however. The view from our room overlooked the strip and our family enjoyed our stay here.

First stay in Vegas.. liked this hotel because it was about 2 blocks off the strip (there is a free tram to get there so its very conveniently located) which means it was a bit quieter and less hectic than being on the strip. But to be clear, it was still a hoping place. Lots of restaurants and entertainment to chose from, staff were super helpful and lovely, and of course plenty of options for gambling. The pools were nice although a bit crowded. This may be typical for all Vegas hotels, but I was taken aback by how much they charged for everything. You can't put food or drink in the fridge (costs $65/day if you chose to), even coffee in the room costs $16- which is pretty outrageous. Again, this could be everywhere. The rooms were very spacious tho and the beds comfortable. So would recommend for a comfortable fun stay.

Very nice hotel. Had a great time. Loved the view. We needed help with a couple of things and the employees seemed confused and sent us to another section. Overall… I would definitely start again. Loved the lazy river. I turned down C. Palace for this one this time and I don’t regret doing so.

Over priced food, no convenient way to buy food outside of the hotel. $6 for a bottle of water. extremely crowded pool area. No free pool for adults. If you wanted an adult pool only it would cost you $50 pp a day. 3 coffees and 3 breakfast items cost $90.
