perfektes Hotel, sehr zentral, kostenlos parken, zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Echt gut hat mich und meine Familie überzeugt. Würde nochmals dorthin.

Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage, man kommt überall zu Fuß gut hin. Der Parkservice hat auch super funktioniert. Zimmer sind sehr schön mit gemütliche Betten, etwas hellhörig aber nur wenn der Nachbar laut fernseh guckt.

Biraz küçük olsa da temiz ve rahat bir odaydı. Duvarların ses geçirmesi biraz rahatsız edici. Çay su ve kahve ikramı odada hazır olması güzel. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli olmasa da güzel. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. otoparkı yok ancak valelerle işi çözüyorlar. Alışveriş ve gezme mekanları yürüme mesafesinde.

Merkezi konum. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetli. Park sorunu hızlıca çözülüyor.

Gutes Hotel zentral gelegen, Parkservice funktionierte gut, etwas hellhörig nach aussen, Frühstück noch OK.

The only issue was parking. There wasn’t a designated parking spot; you had to park wherever you could find. In case you couldn’t, you handed your key to reception so they could try to find a spot for you.

Amazing stay. We’re from North America so luckily have had amazing hotel experiences and Zeniva Hotel met all (and more) expectations. Super clean and spacious. Great service. You truly feel like you’re at a 5 star hotel. They have valet parking, free breakfast, free water when we needed it. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed at 5 hotels during traveling all over Turkey and Zeniva was the best. Thank you!

We stayed in different hotels throughout Turkiye which were nice, but it was a relief to arrive to Zeniva which was much more spacious and had proper clothing storage space. It was modern and the breakfast was very good as it had a combination of breakfast items that Turks eat, as well as Americans. As soon as we arrived, the valet parked our car in front of the building. We always had to leave our key with the valet, but we never had to worry about parking space. He was always on top of everything and I was truly impressed with the valet parking service. I think they say breakfast starts at 8 AM, but it was always available at least by 7:30 AM. Their laundry services are very expensive, but we found Laundry Bar .7 miles walking distance. You’d have to take time and stay there to wash and dry your own clothes. It’s off of Talapasa Bva. Across the street is Coffee Gallery where I really enjoyed coffee as the owner sat down and spoke with us about the history of Turkiye, which I found very interesting. He also played a traditional Turkish instrument for us. Concierge at the hotel recommended the restaurant nearby corbaci ismet amd that was the beat mixed kebap for two i had tasted so far. The meat and chicken was juicy and absolutely delicious. Was more than enough for two people. So go with an empty stomach. Kahve Dunyasi Marin (cafe) very nearby. The hotel was great for a late night tea latte. They have other hot beverage options as well. It hit the spot.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi, pasaport iskele, toplu taşıma, İzban'a yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar gittiğimde tekrar kalacağım bir otel.

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi, şehir merkezinde oluşu ve her yere kolay ulaşım sağlayabildik. Odalar ferah ve temiz, otel personeli ise oldukça kibar ve ilgiliydi. Oteli herkese tavsiye ederim.

The location is fantastic, close to many attractions by foot...and two minutes walk to the promonade! However, the bed was not comfortable, thin wall that u could hear even a whisper out ( did not sleep well because of that for few nights). Breakfast is very basic for a 4 stars hotel.

Shower had problems, bathroom door was not real door ,( dark mirror door) We had some TV problems didn’t work and very limited channels, but stuff came and they fixed it, some light fixtures wasn’t working

Chambre impeccable, personnel adorable. Juste malheureusement une mauvaise isolation phonique.

It is a nice property and in the best area in Izmir. It is clean and modern. The staff are great. Breakfast is reasonably good. The rooms are small.

Beds are comfortable and easy Pima are spacious and clean however sound travels through the hotel. Doors slam and you can hear the phones ringing without issue in neighbouring rooms

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was wonderful and ready to help with anything we needed from simple daily things to helping to organize our tours around the area. The room was also a very comfortable size with a nice big comfy bed. The location was also perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants and near the port! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location to walk along the water and explore the neighborhood and all of it's shops/restaurants. Clean hotel and friendly staff.

This hotel was situated in a quiet street right in the centre of the city. It was new, bright, clean and airy. Check-in was quick and welcoming. English was widely used by the staff. The desk staff made sure that we had a non-smoking room. Safety is obviously a high priority. Security staff were always on hand, and cameras were located on landings and hallways. We were also impressed that there are 2 lifts and 2 emergency staircases. We felt very safe. Breakfast was very varied and delicious with choices for everyone. The room was a little small but was well appointed and had everything necessary for a couple of nights stay. Maybe next time we opt for a slightly bigger room.

Hotel was clean and neat . Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Location was good. We only had an issue with breakfast. Very poor variety and not very fresh. Didnt bother going for breakfast the 2nd day. Something that really needs to be worked on.
