Otel ortalamanın biraz altında kalıyor. Çok yüksek bir beklentiniz olmasın. Geceyi geçirmek, sabah da mini bir kahvaltı yapıp işinize gücünüze bakmak için uygun bir otel. Her ne kadar mini olduğu için beklentiyi düşük tutsam da temizlik konusunda göz ardı edilemeyecek eksikler vardı. Havlularda ve yatakta kadın saçları vardı duş aldıktan sonra kurulanırken saçlar tenime yapıştı. Her yer çamaşır suyu kokuyordu, tamam hijyen açısından iyi ama ağır bir koku oluyor ve bu ciğerlere zararlı. Banyodaki mobilyalar su geçirmez olarak değiştirilmeli çok eskimiş ve dökülmüş. Odalar küçük ve çok ses geçiriyor yan odadaki misafirlerin tüm özel anlarına tanıklık ettim. Özellikle banyolar daha beter. Çift olarak gidecekler dikkat etsin. Personel genel olarak iyi, güler yüzlü. Saat konusunda çok katı değiller. Otopark sorunu var kendilerine ait bir otoparkları yok vale var aracınızı alıp herhangi bir yere park ediyor. Acil durumlarınızı kurtaracak bir otel.

There is no parking available. The water barely gets warm after waiting 5 minutes. One of the 3 front officers is very unsupportive . The shower does not have a shelf to put your stuff while bathing. The walls look dirty. The towels are clean but very old.

Otel odası kullanışlı, temiz, klima çalışıyor. Çay ve su ısıtıcı olması güzel. Özel bir otoparkı yok. Sokakta yer bulursanız arabayı park edebilirsiniz. Gece geç saat olduğu için biz park edebildik. Sehr freundlicher Service vor Ort und unser Zimmer war sauber und schön. Das Bett war groß und bequem und die Bettwäsche war angenehm auf der Haut. Das Zimmer wurde gereinigt und Handtücher wurden gewechselt.

For the price of a 2 stars hotel, it's decent value. The twin room assigned was spacious enough except the condition of the bathroom can be improved upon. Water damage to the bottom of the wall immediate adjacent to the shower stall is apparent. Laundry noise and vibration from the 4th floor could be a distraction for some guests. Staff was always courteous.

Rooms are small, bathroom is extra small. Water was weak and the air conditioner is so loud, you can't even sleep well because of the noise. Breakfast wasn't various enough. They don't even have the local food for breakfast. Cleanliness wasn't that bad.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was even allowed to use the kitchen to make some meals. Breakfast was included and the food was fresh and good quality. Not much selection, however. Good quality tea, as is normal in Turkey. Coffee outside of Istanbul is pretty terrible - usually instant. The bed was great and king size. Shower was the downfall. In three days it was barely Luke-warm. On day one it was about the same temperature as the Mediterranean. Good location for taxi pick up, but a long way for public transportation. I walk everywhere so it was fine. But know your limits.

Excelente trato del personal. Aunque llegamos antes del horario del chek in nos atendieron e hicimos el registro. Guardaron nuestro equipaje y nos dieron consejos para visitar la ciudad. Nos consiguieron un taxi para llevarnos al centro de la ciudad. La limpieza de los cuartos y los servicios de muy buen nivel. Las instalaciones en buen estado. El desayuno buffet adecuado.

Nice Hotel and friendly staff. Close to transport links, I used the train to go most places in and around Izmir. Typical Turkish breakfast which I was OK with. The area around the hotel is residential with a significant number of hospitals. I was content walking around there day and night.

Oda güzeldi epey, çok nazikti çalışanlar. Bir puanı otelin kendisinden değil ama lokasyondan kırmak durumunda kaldım. Gece çok rahat rahat dolaşmak isteyeceğim bir bölge değildi.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was even allowed to use the kitchen to make some meals. Breakfast was included and the food was fresh and good quality. Not much selection, however. Good quality tea, as is normal in Turkey. Coffee outside of Istanbul is pretty terrible - usually instant. The bed was great and king size. Shower was the downfall. In three days it was barely Luke-warm. On day one it was about the same temperature as the Mediterranean. Good location for taxi pick up, but a long way for public transportation. I walk everywhere so it was fine. But know your limits.

Although the room was a bit tired and need if updating, it did benifit from a kettle in the room and daily cleaning. The complimentary tea and water in the room was replenished daily. The breakfast was simple but adequate and plenteful with fresh cake every day. The staff were very friendly and helpfulful with a good standard of Eglishn language. I would stay here again.

Serkan beyden(receptionist) baska bize yardimci olan olmadi. kahvalti cok kotu,kuru ekmek bir kac domates salatalik ve yumurta. odalar kucuk,temizlik kotuydu,bir hafta kaldigimizda bir kere bile yerleri silmediler.havlular delik delik cox eski!

De locatie is erg afgelegen en de kamers komen totaal niet overeen met wat er op de website wordt weergegeven. De inrichting is verouderd en niet schoon. Het bed lag zeer oncomfortabel en er waren te weinig kussens, waardoor slapen bijna onmogelijk was. Hierdoor heb ik geen oog dichtgedaan. Ook het ontbijt was erg beperkt. Helaas kan ik dit verblijf daarom niet aanraden.

Rooms are small, bathroom is extra small. Water was weak and the air conditioner is so loud, you can't even sleep well because of the noise. Breakfast wasn't various enough. They don't even have the local food for breakfast. Cleanliness wasn't that bad.

Great location and overall value. Although there was a plumbing issue leaving water on the floor my first day, they corrected the issue the following day. The staff is professional but doesn’t seem to be as friendly as other hotels that I’ve stayed at in Türkiye. Excellent traditional Turkish breakfast!
