Banyo fotoğraflardan tamamen farklı! Lüks ve boho tarzı değil, dağınık ve bitmemiş bir inşaat gibi görünüyor. Duş almak kolay değildi ve sonrasında zemin ıslaktı. Havlulardan, kullanımı hoş olmayan, güçlü bir nemli koku da vardı. Ayrıca otelin kendine ait otoparkı yoktur ve bu bölgede sorun olabilir. Bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.

Konum olarak cok guzel , gurultu yoktu ben konakladigimda. Jakuzi doldurma olarak calisiyor ama fokurdama calismiyordu , gec saatte oldugu icin haber verme geregi duymadim. Banyo guzel ama bir boyaya ihtiyaci var gibi. Sauna guzeldi calisiyordu. Yatak cok cok rahatti ve kocamandi. Ben rahat ettim , fiyat performans oteli.

The hotel is good for an overnight stay. Centrally located and right in the night life. The noise isn't all that bad. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. The internet can be problematic depending on the day or time of day, but internet reception is strong in the lobby. Everything considered: recommend.

Es liegt an einer sehr lauten Straße mit ordentlich nächtlicher Krach. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es keine bzw. sehr weit weg. Wir mussten ein Taxi rufen, der uns zum Parkplatz fahren musste. Die Zimmergröße war ok, aber es war alles recht unstabil. Der Rahmen von dem Eingangstür fiel uns beinahe auf dem Kopf, wenn mein Mann nicht rechtzeitig gefangen hätte. Es ist zu dunkel und Aussicht gibt es überhaupt keine. Man fühlt sich wie im Gefängnis. Personal war so lala, es hat nicht wirklich jemanden interessiert wer rein und rausging. Leider sehr enttäuschend gewesen. Es ist nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Dieses Hotel wird uns definitiv nicht mehr als Gast begrüßen können. Sehr schade.

Cosy hotell in a very central location. Room was huge, with jacuzzi tub and my first ever stand up sauna?? Staff superfriendly but cleaner has OCD or something. Really clean room, but kept moving all our stuff around putting in drawers etc so was a treasure hunt everytime...

Bel hôtel / bel déco / bonne literie. Panne d'electricité à l'arrivée (le soir) sans lumière / sans clim pendant d'1h (fréquent dans la.zone parait-il). Peut-être pour faire descendre les clients au restaurant (très bon) d'en bas ou faire des économies car la chambre wellness avec baignoire à remous ne fonctionne pas (les plombs sautent dès qu'on l'allume). Malgré ces déboires on nous a fait payer quand même payer les boissons du frigo. Bon hôtel malgré tout. Personnel accueillant. Mais inutile de prendre la chambre welness plus chère.

Room was clean and staff is very nice, however, parking around the hotel is close to impossible to find, we had to park about a mile away in some cases. The room was in the third floor with no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs every time you want to go in or out.

The hotel has got huge problem with cleaning. It is not what you expect for this level and for this price. Cups in the room was with somebody's lipstick, after when they changed it was also not clean...It is impossible to use it. Towels were wet...all. Problem with bath tube, and with sauna (but this type of room was more expensive, and when you stay just 1 night, it is disappointing). Cleaning person thinks that guests are very interested in her life problems, so she was telling her details during she cleaning room. But the most "nice" moment, when she decided to enter the room without any warning... What about privacy? Horrible and indecent situation.

Oda gayet temizdi, ve çalışkanlar yardımseverdi. Sadece odanın kilidinde biraz sorun yaşadık. Ama onun dışında hem rahatlık, hem fiyat, hem de konfor açısından memnun kaldım.

- Der Empfang war nicht professionell. - Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und hat gestunken. - Der Zustand der Dusche war sehr schlecht. - Für die Handtücher gab es keine Haken zum aufhängen. - Für die Kleidung gab es keine Bügel. - Wenig Licht im Zimmer. - Kein Aufzug, falls man Koffer mit dabei hat. - Die Fenster konnte man nicht ganz verschließen. Daher war es ziemlich laut. Bett war groß und bequem. Die Lage war gut, sehr zentral. Zimmer groß.

2 gece konaklama yaptım. İlk karşılamadan odaların temizliğine kadar her şey mükemmeldi. Odaların tasarımı tamamen sadelik ve konfor üzerine kurulu. Her sorununuzda içtenlikle yardımcı oluyorlar. Otelin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu, rahat ve sorunsuz bir seyahat için kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.

Das Hotel hat leider keinen Aufzug, unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, aber das Bad ist total abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Es lag aber sehr zentral, wir wollten es aber bei der Rückkehr nicht nochmal buchen.

Unterkunft an sich gut gelegen in einem belebten Stadtteil, in dem man alles bekommt was man braucht. Gute Restaurants, Café, Schnellimbisse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars. Dennoch liegt das Hotel an einer kleinen aber gut genutzter Straße und leider schließen die Fenster die Lautstärke nicht aus. Das ist das wirklich einzige was ich zu beanstanden hätte.

Otel çok merkezi bir yerdeydi. Etraf gürültülü bir sokak olmasına rağmen odada ses sorunu yaşamadık. Fakat Hotels den suit oda almıştım ama yerine standart penceresiz küçücük odaya yerleştirildik. Otel sorumlusu sorunun hotels.com dan kaynaklı olduğunu, başka odaları olmadığını söyledi. Klostrofobisi olan biri olarak kutu gibi penceresi klima boşluğuna bakan bir odada kalmak kabus gibi oldu benim için. Burda sorumlu kim, hata kimde bilemiyorum. Ama otel genel olarak çok güzeldi, yeni binaydı ve tertemizdi. Tek sorun araç park alanı yok, eşya indirmek için kaldırıma çıkıyorsunuz, gece de ücretini ödeyerek bir otoparka bırakmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. En yakın otopark 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde katlı otopark.

The hotel has got huge problem with cleaning. It is not what you expect for this level and for this price. Cups in the room was with somebody's lipstick, after when they changed it was also not clean...It is impossible to use it. Towels were wet...all. Problem with bath tube, and with sauna (but this type of room was more expensive, and when you stay just 1 night, it is disappointing). Cleaning person thinks that guests are very interested in her life problems, so she was telling her details during she cleaning room. But the most "nice" moment, when she decided to enter the room without any warning... What about privacy? Horrible and indecent situation.

This hotel shouldn’t be listed on international travel applications They have a modus operandi for trying to charge people for the room twice. Manager is rude (probably the one running scheme of double charging) Staff unprofessional. Windows aren’t properly installed so is pretty much like sleeping outside, in the noisy bar downstairs.

I enjoyed my stay at Gran Via Ansancak. The room was clean and spacious with generous amenities. Staff were helpful and curteous. The location is conveniently located near shops and restaurants as well as being very walkable. I would stay here again and would also recommend it to a friend.

Unterkunft an sich gut gelegen in einem belebten Stadtteil, in dem man alles bekommt was man braucht. Gute Restaurants, Café, Schnellimbisse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars. Dennoch liegt das Hotel an einer kleinen aber gut genutzter Straße und leider schließen die Fenster die Lautstärke nicht aus. Das ist das wirklich einzige was ich zu beanstanden hätte.

The hotel is in very busy location but got his unique vibe and very friendly and welcoming staff and helpful. I would recommend it and you can enjoy a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and promenade is just a few steps from the hotel ❤️🩹🇹🇷

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war Top. Sehr gute Lage. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation über Google möglich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Nacht war unangenehm. Gegenüber befanden sich leichte Damen, die mit zahlungfreudigen Männern auf die Zimmer gingen. Wir wurden weder von den Damen noch von den Männern angesprochen. Fazit: Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Cosy hotell in a very central location. Room was huge, with jacuzzi tub and my first ever stand up sauna?? Staff superfriendly but cleaner has OCD or something. Really clean room, but kept moving all our stuff around putting in drawers etc so was a treasure hunt everytime...

Bel hôtel / bel déco / bonne literie. Panne d'electricité à l'arrivée (le soir) sans lumière / sans clim pendant d'1h (fréquent dans la.zone parait-il). Peut-être pour faire descendre les clients au restaurant (très bon) d'en bas ou faire des économies car la chambre wellness avec baignoire à remous ne fonctionne pas (les plombs sautent dès qu'on l'allume). Malgré ces déboires on nous a fait payer quand même payer les boissons du frigo. Bon hôtel malgré tout. Personnel accueillant. Mais inutile de prendre la chambre welness plus chère.

Room was clean and staff is very nice, however, parking around the hotel is close to impossible to find, we had to park about a mile away in some cases. The room was in the third floor with no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs every time you want to go in or out.
