Fantastic food, staff, amenities and weather. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry.

The hotel was exceptional clean and tidy. The staff were fab, so very friendly. The choice of food and quality was good, but a bit to much of the same. The chice of eating places were good and food was always available. The choice of cocktails was excellent

Our experience at Paloma Finesse was second to none. On arrival we were personally greeted and offered a delicious welcome drink. Throughout our whole stay the service was impeccable - it was probably the best thing about the hotel apart from the obvious! The staff took great care in maintaining cleanliness not just in our room but in the entire facility. The food and drinks was incredible, anything you craved it was basically there. You could choose to eat from 4 different restaurants so there was definitely some variety. There was always something to do if you were bored as the hotel advertised a weekly schedule of different events during the day and evening not to mention they had their own water park on site! The last day the hotel organised a yoga session in the presence of a live instrumental band and a brunch thereafter. We really felt like we were taken care of. Normally we dislike sitting in a hotel all week but this hotel was an exception. It was too good to leave!! The only negatives were that the spa was quite expensive and there was no iron provided - pressing was offered at an extra price! The latter was probably the most surprising to us.
