Really enjoyed our stay while driving back to Canada. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub; so grateful that the frint desk person warned us that the pool was not heated. Very clean rooms, convenient parking. Enjoyed a nice breakfast before we hit the road again. Would return given the chance.

Good clean Hotel if you are looking for a budget Hotel. Service was okay, we did not try their breakfast so we can’t comment on that. If you are just passing by Ukia and need a clean place to stay without paying a whole lot this could be a good option. Pool was okay, but needs to be clean more frequently. Other than that, beds were comfy and room spacious and clean. Got a fridge and microwave, which very convenient.

The bed was the most comfortable I have felt in a hotel. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. There was no plug for the bath for my children and the shower curtain was inadequate at keeping the floor from flooding. The bubbles for the hot tub did not work.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Clean pool. Breakfast a little skimpy but adequate. Towing a motorcycle trailer and parking was ample for it. Motorcycle shop next door was very convenient. Would stay again when in the area.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and inviting. The breakfast was lacking protein of any kind but if you wanted, cereal, toaster waffles, toast, or bagels there was plenty of that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The first night, my family and I arrived we were woke up by the freeway right over the hotel and construction going on right next-door. The beds were pretty dirty. I ended up getting another room and the suite was still dirty. That was dust on the counters just all around was not a very comfy hotel to stay in And would not be spending my money there again.

The hotel was dirty for a hotel that’s supposed to be in intertwined with the best Western. I was very disappointed found hairs inside the bed. The counters were dusty. My microwave was pretty dirty. An overall just not a very clean hotel.

Our stay was great and the rooms are clean and spacious. Best beds i have ever had in a hotel. Room was quiet even thought it is by hwy 101. The only negative we had was the homeless riff raff of people living by the end of the hotel was a little sketchy. We would stay here again

This was my second time staying here. This time the air conditioner was loud and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the first time. Also, this room was at the end close to the road so I could hear traffic. I will stay again but will ask for a different room.

I was disappointed because my TV didn’t work the first night and then the second night I couldn’t get into the room because the key wouldn’t work so it was very inconvenient for me.

The check in with Andy at the front desk was wonderful. He’s a great guy that really is friendly and nice. Great customer service. Place was clean, and safe location away from the main Ave that didn’t look too safe. Close to gas, Raleys, Starbucks and In N Out. Beds were comfy and shower had awesome fire hose pressure. Its not the Ritz but Its cheap, clean and it’s safe.

The only thing I did not like a why I rated the staff and overall rating low was because they don't say anything when your booking that there is a 200$ deposit and the staff at the front desk said it would come right back into my account when I check out with is a lie it's been 3 days and it still hasn't gone back in my bank account

I made the reservation for one of our speakers. She showed up with a hotel confirmation number, and it was not honored. She was told there were no rooms available, yet was "offered" a suite, and had to pay for it. I am waiting for a full refund of the reservation I made, to reimburse at least part of her expenses. This is a negative review, we will not continue promoting the hotel during our business venues!

The bed was quite comfortable! Everything was very clean, and even with the freeway close I found it to be quiet. Myself, and another guest nearby, had trouble with the keys - they don't like to activate the lock to open the door very easily. It seems like the whole hotel just underwent a remodel, so maybe the keys are one of the final things to be fixed. But it was a little unnerving trying to check in late and not be able to get in the door right away.

It’s right off the highway so easy access. The front desk people were very friendly. The room was clean and nice looking, comfy bed, great shower. We thought breakfast was fine. Bagels, waffles, muffins, English muffins, cereal, fruit, juice, and coffee. Better than some breakfasts I’ve had while traveling on the road.

The rooms are nice and smell clean a pool is here that looked clean as well. The continental breakfast was terrible the juice and coffee tasted very odd. A toaster that takes 20 minutes to brown a bagel. Waffles looked like eggo waffles just defrosted. The entrance from the road needs to be repaved super easy to scrape unless your at a super good angle.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay a $200.00 deposit on a Thursday and i didn't get it back until the following Tuesday. Also, I think they had the worst breakfast. By 7:30 they were already out of most of what they offered and they didn't offer much to begin with.
