I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The property is sparkling clean, which made for a welcoming and comfortable environment. I was on a road trip home and stayed at the Holiday Inn. This hotel was sparkling clean and felt very safe. The staff was so nice. They had breakfast and coffee was available 24/7.

New and clean property. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a nice fire pit area to be able to relax and have a glass of wine. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, yogurt and pastries were offered. I just wish the breakfast didn’t start and end so early.

The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. The pool is heated and not crowed. it’s a new hotel. The beds are comfortable and I love the blackout curtains. However, we had to switch rooms because one of the bed sheets had makeup all over it as if the sheets were never changed. Secondly, the air conditioning smelled so bad as if someone puked in it. Lastly, the headboard was greasy from people’s heads. The front desk switched our rooms because I just couldn’t get over the smell. Our second room is better.

This was a quick shopping trip to Ukiah. I chose to spend the night.. Since this hotel was situated right where I needed to be, it was perfect. From the moment I walked in the staff was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was festive but not overdone. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever visited. I shall return.

Had a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean, excellent breakfast, and a nice touch of a classic and modern aesthetics. The front desk staff was a little bland in terms of their personality and energy which seemed to reflect being on auto pilot. Not much enthusiasm but they were not rude in any way shape or form. Just wished the personality of the front desk staff matched the vibrancy and elegance of the hotel.

Rosalia was an excellent housekeeper!! Very disappointed by the change of housekeeper, who appeared to have only made the bed,change towels and only took out the trash in the bathroom (but not the living area; and no wipe down of counters or refilling of coffee, etc).

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The staff were all very courteous and responsive to questions. We usually don’t need to do laundry but happy to be able to make use of the laundry room this trip, which was well kept. Great gym equipment and there were sanitizer wipes for the machines. The breakfast bar had a nice selection of juices, coffee, milk, eggs, meats, potatoes, oatmeal, pastries, bread choices and yogurt. One thing to note is the ventilation fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Everything about our room and stay was outstanding, with one exception. We were in room 202 and whoever was in 302, for about 3 hours both nights sounded like they were playing field hockey. Bang, bang, thump, thump (loud). This went on from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. both nights. Kinda put a damper on our trip. No, we didn't report it (but we probably should have). Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

At check in we were notified they had over sold the king bed rooms and we would be staying in a queen room or we could cancel our reservation and select a new hotel. That wasn’t a huge deal, the two queen room was fine since we sleep in a queen at home. The hotel was in a good location with easy access to the freeway and lots of nearby food options. The hotel common areas were clean, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The dude constantly pacing above us and the adjoining room next to a family with small kids turned out to be an issue. We could hear EVERYTHING in our room through the adjoining door. Their music, their conversations, their small children crying at 6am, etc. I took video from our bed at 7:30am and clear as day you can hear music, mom singing, and their convo about what they were drinking. It was so ridiculous all I could do was laugh. I mentioned it to the clerk at check out, but I’m not expecting to hear from anyone. The family wasn’t doing anything wrong, the hotel is just very poorly insulated and be warned you will have zero privacy (or sleep) if you are in an adjoining room.

The hotel is in immaculate condition so I’m guessing that it is about a year old. It is so well thought out and well designed. We had a great stay except one thing. Our second night there was someone in the room above us that clomped around for many hours and there were other noises coming from the room. It sounded like they were making things with duct tape, again for hours until 3:30am. I don’t think I got more than 3 hours sleep.

The day desk person was excellent, an outstanding employee. She was good at her job, friendly and went way beyond the call of duty to help us out. I would come back just because of her. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was better than most.

Our room was very comfortable and the King bed was soft and quite easy to sleep on. The bathroom was good sized. Parking was good too. Breakfast was delicious! Pancakes in 3 minutes were yummy.

Room exceeded my expectations. Very clean, everything worked, comfortable bed & safe. Breakfast was good too except the last day of our stay, nothing particularly wrong but had to wait 20 minutes to get the bite of hot food but overall it was good experience. I would definitely come here again if in this area in future.
