Firstly, on arrival I was quickly checked in and shown to my room. 1st impressions not great, extremely small double room with the cleaning trolley left right outside the door! TV not working, mini fridge not working and long dark hairs (the cleaner I guess) left in the bathroom and the floor wasn't clean. Breakfast & service was very good, small pool was fine to sit around when I had time to waste.

Kein Wasser im Pool. Wollte als Alternative auf meine Kosten eine Schwimmhalle vom Hotel erfahren, nach Ankunft dort erfuhr ich dass das Hotel für mich hätte online buchen müssen, war nach über einer Stunde zurück am Hotel und voller Bezahlung des Taxis. Habe als „Ausgleich“ eine Flache Bier bekommen…. Ansonsten war ich mit dem Hotel zufrieden, Frühstück war sehr gut.

La société en charge du transfert plage est juste horrible retard de 40 min sous la chaleur à attendre désagréable énervé nous jeté devant l’hôtel comme des malpropre sans même dire au revoir . We have had a great stay at this hotel the staff were excellent helpful and considerate There was nothing bad about this place even though close to airport The facility were excellent very clean rooms the pool was great very clean they also have a great Spa with Turkish baths massages and sauna and steam room with a private spa for couples Food in hotel was also excellent and plentiful They even have free shuttle to Lara beach which includes sunbed and shade as its very hot…. The place was soo nice soo close to everything the beach, walkable shops, activities was recommended by the hotel and worth it. We did rafting and zip line and since it was adults only we only saw 2 to 3 children so it was really peaceful and quiet just how I like it. If you’re not a resort person who doesn’t like crowded hotels and pool areas this is the right hotel for you. I think it was 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport and they offer rides and taxis(with charge ofc). Breakfast included and the staff sooo attentive

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. If you are looking for the fancy jaccuzzi in the room, they dont allow you to use it at night as he sound goes to the other rooms and people complain. The rooms are not at all sound proof. I could literally hear people talking in other rooms. Normal talking, not even loud. So goodluck if you stay here, everyone will hear whatever you say. And the receptionists have the guts to call you and tell you to please dont use jaccuzzi or tell your kids not to play as noise goes to other rooms. One MAJOR issue is there is NO SAFETY for children here. There was a big crack in the Glass Window outside and it was broken. My daughter got a deep cut trying to open it. The receptionist changed our room but this could have been much worse if our 2 year old daughter tried to go near the broken glass. The cleaning ladies dont do the job properly. and the receptionist just laughs when you try to complain and request for a better cleaning. They dont put extra shampoos/soaps, they even didnt take out the garbage from bin one day. I complained to the guy at front desk and he laughed and said its normal but dont worry tomorrow i will make sure they do better. Also, do not be fooled by the "included" breakfast. You will have to pay separate for anything that you get except for 3-4 types of eggs. we stayed for almost 9 nights and got sick of getting the eggs after a few days. eventually, you will stop having the breakfast here or pay extra.

Yorumlara aldanarak gittik arkadaşlar. Direkt özetle sizlere yardımcı olmak istiyorum. Temizlik kötü, sigara izmaritleri vardı. Yerler pis. Temizliği yapan abla havlumuzu alıp yerine yenisini koymuyor, yorganı alıp götürüyor. Tuvalet pecetesini bile yenilemiyor öyle düşünün. Diş macunu, fırçası yok. Parasına değmeyecek bir mekan. İlk başta karşılayanlar güler yüzlüydü onun dışında artı bir şeyi yok. Konaklamayı planlayan sizlere yardımcı olsun diye yorum yaptım.

The property itself is inconvenient it doesn’t have soundproof walls u can hear it neighbors clearly and that’s very annoying especially when ure trying to sleep. The cleaning ladies are not cleaning properly. The rooms are pretty dirty. The service staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The staff has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. The staff made our stay pleasant.

We had so many issues at this hotel. I am so sad to say this however we had originally booked the deluxe room with the jacuzzi. We had so many issues that the manager did not want to resolve even though we communicated multiple times with the manager and team. The jacuzzi was letting out so much dirt including dirty items coming out of the jacuzzi, hair and skin parts. The manager did not want to sort this issue out. Really ruined my trip considering the fact I had paid so much money to stay here for 6nights. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Don't waste your money

Only stayed one night and for that purspose it was great! Jacuzzi in the room is very relaxing and staff was very attentive! Not very walkable around, but you can find some restaurants within a 10min walk

The hotel room was excellent, had everything and was very comfortable and clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We did not stay for evening meal or breakfast as there were plenty of restaurants in the area. We asked for a glass of ice from a different member of staff who said we needed to pay for it, this is so out of order in my opinion, never have I ever been asked to pay for ice at a hotel? this let the hotel down!

They typical Turkey scoundrels. Polite and helpful when needed but in the end added many several charges. Charging breakfast when we didn’t ask or eat it. Asking them remove the charges they said “what you don’t understand” and began just being rude like a robbery.

I am really disappointed of my stay in antalya suite and spa hotel . When I checked in to my room , I didn’t find the towels in my room when I called a reception because I wanted to have a shower , they sent me a pool towels , it was too smelly . I was sitting in my room at 11 pm suddenly I saw a cat 🐈 in the room , I was really shocked , is a dirty cat and looks sick , it’s a street cat , I believe it’s comes from the windows ,as it was open . I called a reception asking for help ,they took arround 15 minutes to come . The reception people is abusive . Iam really if my stay over there .

Vi tjekke ind kort før midnat. Det var intet problem. Vi blev tjekket ind og vist op på værelset og fik alt forklaret på engelsk. Værelset var rent og levede op til billederne. Der var en ekstra seng og det var helt okay.

Blev grymt överaskad av hotellet, snygg inredning Stora rum vi bodde på familjesvit 5.
