Havuzu olduğu için tercih ettik fakat açık havuzu kullanamadık kirli olduğu için ,böcek sinek ve ağaç dalları ile doluydu. Bahçe katını satın almıştım havuza yakın olsun diye ama maalesef her yerden böcekler çıktı

Bien de loin mais loin d'être bien. Hôtel très bien placé, superbe accueil, parking à disposition et vraiment beau. MAIS Nous avons eu 2 lits simple collés avec deux petites couettes, pas top pour un couple. La salle de bain demanderait un bon coup de neuf au niveau de la baignoire, l'eau débordée car la vitre ne se fermait pas bien. La piscine n'est pas chauffée donc personne ne s'y baigne Petit déjeuné avec beaucoup de produits mais si on s'y rendait trop tôt pas d'aliments sucrées, il fallait demander à chaque fois. Le jour du départ nous pouvions faire le check-out à midi on nous a réveillé une première fois en appelant à 9h et une deuxième fois à 11h45 pour savoir quand nous partirons. Gros point négatif, l'insonorisation inexistante, en sachant que beaucoup se couchaient tard ou se réveillaient très tôt nous étions beaucoup trop souvent réveillés. Je déconseille cette hôtel

Otele saat 18:00 de geldik ve girdiğimizde havuz başında düğün vardı maalesef gece 11 e kadar oldukça yüksek sese maruz kaldık .odamızı oldukça uzak bir yere aldılar saolsunlar ama yine de ses çok rahatsız etti ayrıca havuzu da kullanamadık bu sebepten .ertesi gün havuza girelim istedik aşırı kirliydi ,havuz içinde ölmüş böcekler toz kir ot yaprak herşey vardı asla girilmezdi .havuz için özellikle tercih etmiştik ama maalesef hüsranla sonuçlandı .çalışanlar yardımcı oldular bir çok konuda saolaunlar

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch wird das Zimmer sofort gereinigt. Kleinr Parkplatz vor Ort. Auto wird aber vom Personal auf einen ca. 100m entfernten Parkplatz gefahren und bei Bedarf wieder geholt!! Frühstück und Abendessen in sehr reichlicher und guter Auswahl. Allerdings hatten wir "Blick zum Tal" gebucht mit Balkon,bekommen ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Pool, Balkon 1qm. Hotel war aber ausgebucht.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Instandhaltung war nicht optimal. Das Restaurant hatte Kantinenatmosphäre, tägl. wurden mehrere Busse voll Touristen dort bewirtet. Die Zimmer sind klein und auch das deluxe Zimmer war nicht grosszügig.Das Hallenbad war zu kühl, bei der Sauna schloss die Tür nicht.Insgesamt war es dem Preis ( 139/ Nacht) enttäuschend und nicht angemessen

We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi was not available in any area but the lobby. The breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the views of the Uchisar castle and valley.

Fik andet værelse, da vi boede ved siden af den indendørs swimmingpool, hvor folk larmede så meget allerede næste dag da vi klagede fik vi nyt Morgenmaden var kedelig ingen spegelæg,brød kom meget sendt ud og boller måtte spørge efter det følte de skulle spare ,et hotel hvor der er meget larm fra gæster ,svimmepoolen, inden for var ikke opvarmet til 23 g som der stod vandet var så koldt ,udenfor ligeså

Beautiful pool and great spread for breakfast. The dinner buffet was affordable however there are limited food options around the hotel that are walking distance. We could not see any hot air balloons from this location in the mornings. We did the hot air air balloon rides and atv at sunset, recommend this hotel and these activities.

Oda temizdi sorun yok, ancak klima sıcak modda çalışmıyordu teknik ekipten Metehan bey elinden gelenin fazlasını yaparak her konuda yardımcı oldu tertemiz bir insanmış kendisi teşekkür ediyorum. Resepsiyon da bizi karşılayan Anıl bey gayet kibar, diksiyonu muhteşem ve her konuda ayrıntılı bilgi vererek yardımcı oldu teşekkür ediyorum. Yemek konusunda açık büfe olmasına rağmen bizim beklentimizin çook altında oldu maalesef köfteler pişmemişti mesela mezeler ve tatlı hariç yemek vasattı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık diyebilirim.

老舗の大型リゾートホテルなので、施設が老朽化してきて、そろそろ大規模改修が必要と思われる。バスルームのドアがちゃんと閉まらないとか、洗面台の排水が漏れるとか。団体の利用も多いので、朝食のレストラン（眺望は素晴らしい）も、すべてのテーブルが6人掛け以上で、個人だと微妙。朝日に映えるウチヒサール城全体を見渡せるのは、現状ではこのホテルだけかと思うので、その点は良い。浴槽があるのもポイントかもしれない。使わなかったので使用感は不明。シングルベッドは非常に幅の狭いタイプで、寝返りを打つと足がはみ出た（笑）。

The doors were noisy in the early morning as people are going for balloon ride. Our room had ceiling leak and the door to the terrace had a knob that's not working - only the dead bolt. The room needs a facelift and the food was too much for our liking. Most of their clients are Asians so they should cater more for them.

전체적으로 좋았어요. 전망도 너무 예쁘고 멋있습니다. 만족스러운 숙박이었어요. 한가지 단점은 욕조가 있어서 좋았지만 물이 잘 안 내려가서 사용하기가 좀 힘들었어요.

Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Akşam yemeği çeşitliliği azdı. Ses yalıtımı var şeklinde yazıyor ama yan odadaki her konuşulan şeyi duyduk. Akşam hiç rahat uyuyamadık. Bütün sesler odanın içerisindeydi. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Instandhaltung war nicht optimal. Das Restaurant hatte Kantinenatmosphäre, tägl. wurden mehrere Busse voll Touristen dort bewirtet. Die Zimmer sind klein und auch das deluxe Zimmer war nicht grosszügig.Das Hallenbad war zu kühl, bei der Sauna schloss die Tür nicht.Insgesamt war es dem Preis ( 139/ Nacht) enttäuschend und nicht angemessen

We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi was not available in any area but the lobby. The breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the views of the Uchisar castle and valley.

Oda temizdi sorun yok, ancak klima sıcak modda çalışmıyordu teknik ekipten Metehan bey elinden gelenin fazlasını yaparak her konuda yardımcı oldu tertemiz bir insanmış kendisi teşekkür ediyorum. Resepsiyon da bizi karşılayan Anıl bey gayet kibar, diksiyonu muhteşem ve her konuda ayrıntılı bilgi vererek yardımcı oldu teşekkür ediyorum. Yemek konusunda açık büfe olmasına rağmen bizim beklentimizin çook altında oldu maalesef köfteler pişmemişti mesela mezeler ve tatlı hariç yemek vasattı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık diyebilirim.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch wird das Zimmer sofort gereinigt. Kleinr Parkplatz vor Ort. Auto wird aber vom Personal auf einen ca. 100m entfernten Parkplatz gefahren und bei Bedarf wieder geholt!! Frühstück und Abendessen in sehr reichlicher und guter Auswahl. Allerdings hatten wir "Blick zum Tal" gebucht mit Balkon,bekommen ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Pool, Balkon 1qm. Hotel war aber ausgebucht.

L’hôtel a annulé notre réservation la veille, sans aucune raison. Nous avons dû changer notre itinéraire à la dernière minute. Hotel.com n’a rien pu faire. Cet hôtel est à fuir Tout est vétuste: la bâtisse, les chambres, le spa. Le personnel est désagréable et d’une lenteur déconcertante. Seule point positif, la piscine agréable et coin le snack.

Beautiful pool and great spread for breakfast. The dinner buffet was affordable however there are limited food options around the hotel that are walking distance. We could not see any hot air balloons from this location in the mornings. We did the hot air air balloon rides and atv at sunset, recommend this hotel and these activities.

Fik andet værelse, da vi boede ved siden af den indendørs swimmingpool, hvor folk larmede så meget allerede næste dag da vi klagede fik vi nyt Morgenmaden var kedelig ingen spegelæg,brød kom meget sendt ud og boller måtte spørge efter det følte de skulle spare ,et hotel hvor der er meget larm fra gæster ,svimmepoolen, inden for var ikke opvarmet til 23 g som der stod vandet var så koldt ,udenfor ligeså

Poor condition of rooms, cleanliness poor. Bathroom was always flooded after taking a shower. Had to drop all towels to soak up each time. Sound proofing bad, could hear too much noise from other rooms. Best part was the landscape and scenery

Poor condition of rooms, cleanliness poor. Bathroom was always flooded after taking a shower. Had to drop all towels to soak up each time. Sound proofing bad, could hear too much noise from other rooms. Best part was the landscape and scenery
