At BURSA ŞAHiN HOTEL, travelers highlight strong value and a central, walkable location, generally clean and comfortable rooms, while noting mixed breakfast quality plus occasional smoke smells, maintenance lapses, and patchy Wi‑Fi on upper floors.
Several mention spacious rooms and basic in-room amenities, but some lacked a fridge or iron, and a back-facing generator or open windows caused noise or temperature discomfort. Service is widely described as warm and helpful, though a few guests reported billing disputes or slow resolution of issues. Expect a budget-friendly, practical stay if you are flexible about amenities.

Staff were friendly. But it was so hard to communicate with non english speakers. They need to learn, to make it easier for tourists. The man kept promising me 10 min his brother would come 1.5 hours later his brother arrived to help. Wifi was not working on level 5,Eventuality 2 hours later fixed. Hotel room booked for 2 people, only had things for one person i needed to iron my clothes , in whole hotel apparently no iron, even after saying there was an iron. It was so frustrating to communicate. Breakfast was very simple, jam, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and olives.. Hotel in a quite area which was good. Other than communications nothing to complain abouy. Good people

I'd take a close look at the other complaints about this unit. The building was poorly kept and the stench of smoke kept us up all night and stayed with us even after leaving. The breakfast staff were friendly, the morning front desk was friendly, but I would not stay there again. Ever.

Veramente eccezionale.

Everything about this budget hotel was great. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby. I had a nice sunny room with ensuite and felt very safe, plenty of eating options nearby as well.

Ever.
