What guests think

At Quality Inn & Suites Casper near Event Center, guests praise friendly staff and generally clean, comfortable rooms, often highlighting a better-than-expected breakfast, while noting the older building, no elevator, and some small rooms and bathrooms.

Several reviews mention thin walls or hallway noise, mixed mattress comfort, and occasional housekeeping or maintenance lapses such as stained carpets, musty or pet odors, or worn fixtures. The location is convenient to I-25 and the Ford Wyoming Center, though the immediate area feels industrial, road construction has caused access issues, and parking can be tight or in less appealing spots. Best for short, convenient stopovers if you're okay with stairs and an older feel.

Their key system is out of whack. You have to insert and yank the key out before it blocks you…very quickly And while we were there two keys had to be re-programmed and they knew to tell us that we must not get the key close to the mobile phone or key fob (for our car). Also there is zero mention that there are no elevators. We are 75 yrs old and they put us on the 2nd floor at the very last room furthest from the lobby (breakfast). Other than that it was great.

Our room was on the second floor. We loaded a cart and asked where the elevator was. We were told there wasn't one. We are on a road trip and had quite a bit of luggage. My husband had to make several trips carrying everything upstairs. He almost hurt himself taking up the cooler. If you are traveling light it would not be as big of a problem.

Room was priced decently for two Queen beds. Parking is a little rough at times. Lobby staff were courteous, helpful and professional. The room was clean, with the exception of some hair in the bathroom. It took a minute to figure out how to use the shower, as it had a different mechanism than anything I had previously seen. The bathroom in our room was also a bit awkward, as it is barely big enough for the tub and toilet. I almost had to step into the tub to shut the door because the door swings into the only open space in the bathroom. Beyond the bathroom, it’s a pretty typical layout and felt good. Overall, it’s not perfect, but not bad either.

There’s no elevator, which I knew ahead of time so it was fine. But some older ladies also checking in didn’t. The building is also built kind of wonky - bit of a maze to find a 2nd floor room. Otherwise, staff was working hard to be friendly and it’s clean.

We didn't feel safe parking our vehicle in a back lot, up against a McDonalds drive through lane. There was no available parking in the front of the hotel. Room was clean. There was a good amount of road noise. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. My husband partook of the breakfast offered and said that it was okay. We asked for a referral for a locally owned restaurant as we like to support local establishments rather than chains and the only referral we got was for a restaurant in another hotel across the highway, which we thought was odd. Nothing wrong with that, but just our personal thoughts.

I have to give the house keeping a shout out. The room was very clean and everything worked as it should. I travel allot and this was one of the leanest rooms/Hotels that I have stayed in. It s a little older but very well kept. The Breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. The lady running the breakfast was very nice and helpful.
