Rooms are nicely remodeled and clean. Beds are small in the double rooms, double beds instead of queens, but comfortable. Bathroom was also a little small but had counter outside of bathroom to use while others showered, so that was nice. Pool area could use upgrading, pool was big, but hot tub was Luke warm and wouldn’t get hotter. Needs repainted and door needs fixed. Overall, it was a good stay though.

We did not enjoy our stay. Our room was dirty. Light fixtures and towel racks were falling off the wall. There was hair in our bed. A light fixture continually blinked. We were told by night staff that all they could do was give us fresh sheets. And that morning staff will help, but morning staff told us no they would not give us a discount because we booked through a website. Will not stay again

It took me over an hour to get a room that wasn't disgusting. The first room I was given completely reeked of cigarette smoke, I went back to the front desk and was given another room. The front desk was very understanding and informed me that the whole hotel was non-smoking, but that their cleaning staff should have caught that and fixed the issue. The second room I was given looked fine at first, until I got ready for bed. When I pulled back the sheets I quickly realized that the sheets were completely soiled and had never been cleaned from the guests before. There were multiple stains all over the sheets with clumps of hair sticking to the stains. Once again the front desk was helpful in getting me into another room, although they didn't have any more King rooms and had to downgrade me into a double bed room.

This property really needs renovation. The room felt stuffy when we first walked in, and although the beds were clean, the overall space wasn’t comfortable. The carpet looked dirty, and once we turned on the AC, the smell was overwhelming—like animal urine. We ended up shutting it off and using our portable fan just to get through the night. The bathroom was extremely small, and the vent was covered in dust, which is especially concerning since my children have asthma and struggled the whole stay. It was also noisy in the hallways, making it hard to rest after a long 10-hour drive. The staff was okay, but overall, I would not recommend staying here.

I liked the remodel it looked like a lot of things were updated and it looked nice, but the room was still a little small especially the bathroom. The double beds were smaller than were used to but it would be difficult to get 2 queens into that space. The bed wasn't very comfortable and was too high off the floor. We planned on using the pool but were short on time. The breakfast area was very nice and had a nice selection.

Stayed one night. Room was recently renovated/updated and clean. Doors to rooms to be made up along hallway were left ajar (I assume for easy identification) but it was first time I encountered such a thing. Bathroom was very small, whereas room was generously sized but access to mini fridge across from King bed was difficult. Breakfast included both sausage and bacon.

One of the staff there is not friendly at all, or, at least not friendly to people of color. Upon check-in, I greeted her and said “good afternoon”. Her response was:”Last name?” I had to repeat my greeting to make sure she hears me and demand a respectful greeting response (I don’t accept or tolerate disrespect, especially in front of my spouse and two young daughters). She greeted me back, grudgingly though. Her manners are very different with other guests (white people).

We checked out 10 mins after checking in because we felt very unsafe in the area. It is very much in the outskirts, surrounded by abandoned boarded up buildings and is not well kept.
