We loved our stay at the Marlton! This is such a charming hotel in a perfect neighborhood. We were within walking distance of so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and just beautiful New York sights! We were always so happy to come back to our hotel after a long day of exploring. The hotel is clean; it was always buzzing with energy in the lobby and the bar/restaurant, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but very cute and comfortable. We loved the addition of complimentary snacks and soft drinks every night in our room, too! That saved us after nights out!

The hotel was well-appointed and clean. The common area in the restaurant and bar were dreamy, but oh my those guest rooms are small. They are beautifully designed and well-appointed but they are so small my suitcase had to live under the bed. The bathroom shower was set up so you had to drench your arm to turn on the water. I hit my head every time I used the bathroom. I realize this is a New York hotel and that rooms are smaller in New York, but why must they be THAT small? While the sheets were lovely, the room was not well suited for a day of virtual calls which I had to do. There was no place to sit but atop the bed. The temperature control was either stuffy or freezing in the room. All the mini bar snacks and complimentary water was thoughtful and appreciated, and the location is fantastic. It's just a little tiny room. If I'd been traveling alone, it still would have been a struggle for me to deal with a room that size for that kind of money.
