Yes, this is a little out of the way but you can’t beat the price. The room was small but very clean. I did find the room too hot without the window cracked open a bit. Near the 1 and A trains. Since the A is a super express you can get midtown pretty quickly. Staff was fantastic.

Cute lobby but restaurant was closed several mornings for maintenance. "Destination fee" a poor value. Shower did not drain properly and leaked all over the floor into the bedroom, thankfully everything is concrete so no mildew. Sink set up strangely such that you cannot brush your teeth or wash your face without getting water all over the floor. Friendly staff. Great pillows.

Room was not as described. Had to pay for bigger room to use fridge for medication. Website states all rooms have fridge which, is incorrect, only more expensive room does. Also claimed to be 10 min commute to Manhattan, it was 25mins or more. Room was smaller than depicted and all cement floors, room was next to the 24 hour gym with no sound proofing so constantly heard things loudly dropping at various hours, lamp was broken and just left in the room, room was dirty with hair and other garbage on floor from previous guests that we cleaned up ourselves, fridge did not work (was a small office cooler and not very cold), ac did not work properly, no ice machines on property, patio was supposed to be accessible at all times but was only accessible one night due to them holding private events while there, hotel was not in safe area, and we were charged an extra $81 amenity fee for the fridge we were supposed to have included and that did not work, No managers would help us to fix it.

This hotel looks far better online, than it does in-person. Rooms had visible wear and tear, rooms were humid and dusty! Staff was helpful, but the property overall needs improvement! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!

This hotel has some major flaws in my opinion. The hotel rooms are furnished with the bare minimum. There are no dressers, no chairs, (just one stool) and a few hangers. There is a small refrigerator and room safe!. The bathroom sink is nearly unusable. The sink is narrow and there is a self directly above it. This leaves no room to bend over the sink and wash your face or brush your teeth. Water ends up all over the floor. I requested an extra blanket and housekeeping had none available. Instead they gave me some sheets. The hotel can also be very noisy on weekend evenings as they host loud concerts in the courtyard.
