Second time staying here, and it was even better than last time. Super artsy and walkable to everything. A NOLA favorite.

Nice and clean. Convenient parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Mattress was horrible. And we were given a ground level room and people stood outside our room all night and smoked and talked. Car noises were horrible and literally go 0 sleep.

Unfortunately, our second stay was very disappointing. We didn’t have enough towels, and after water spilled on our bedding, we were unable to get clean bedding despite asking. We were told that housekeeping was available at the time of night. Having to sleep with wet bedding or no bedding was unacceptable. We had a much better experience during our first stay, so this was especially disappointing. We expected better service and attention to basic guest needs.

Overall a very average stay. Asked for hand soap every day I was there and never got any. The housekeeping was not thorough and there was definitely something in the walls moving around…. Haunted or mice lol who knows. I wouldn’t say there again. The staff were nice but not particularly helpful. If I had a guest that needed soap I would have made it happen even if that means grabbing one from another room.
