Location was great

Staff were helpful . Good and spacious rooms. Very poor breakfast and always late- you tell them 8 am( due to tour schedules) but would normally be sent to your rooms around 8:30 am poor quality, you’re better off with a cup of instant noodles.

This was a great location and made most of Goreme walkable. The staff was very accommodating.

Excellent stay

My husband and I loved the location of the hotel, the breakfast was very good; however, I believe that the staff makes your stay worthwhile. The hotel was good, room was clean…but, the reception staff wasn’t very helpful. For example, I asked for some extra hangers (only 3 present in the room) to hang my clothes which weren’t available. I asked for a wake up call for the balloon ride at 3 am… the personnel said that he forgot as if it just slipped his mind. Maybe this all happened cos we didn’t get the balloon ride tour from him… I don’t know. I’d like to add that many other staff were helpful and courteous. So we had a great time. The location is perfect to unwind and relax. To help keep the guests satisfied, the owners need to train everyone… especially the ones who greets the guests. So it was a bitter sweet experience and I’d love to return here again… maybe I’d try some other rooms next time.
