My husband, 2 young kids and I were booked in for 5 nights at this hotel with an all inclusive package. From the moment we arrived I knew our stay was not going to be a positive one. The hotel looked deserted, the Reception área was dark and unlit. They booked us into our apartment across the road which was smelly and damp, with the balcony door broken so you could not lock it. We asked if we could move room to the main building which they kindly did. We got a two bedroom apartment with great sea views. The room is a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. We then explored the resort which although pretty and with lots of potential was mostly closed. The hotel was so empty that most facilities were closed and all inclusive was not available. You could order what you wanted from a reduced a la Carte menu. This was not how it was sold to us. The beach on day 1 was not usable, with no towels or bar/restaurant open. There was no staff available. There is a lot of construction/renovation going on at the hotel which makes it impossible to sit outside. Our first evening we ordered food from the a la carte, the food I must say was delicious. Everything we ordered including drinks were very good. The waiter that evening was really nice and although couldn’t speak much English was really pleasant. The hotel was still pretty deserted and just felt uncomfortable. The indoor pool was great with kids allowed in it which was a highlight. The gym is ok, quite old equipment but ok,

In my opinion, the hotel is a solid 4-star establishment, not a 5-star one. The entertainment program is not very diverse; it mainly consists of singing, so don't expect any spectacular shows. Additionally, there aren't many activities available on-site. There is only one room where you can play table tennis and billiards. Traditional Turkish cuisine is not really offered. Flatbread is store-bought, and the same dishes are served under different names. However, the all-inclusive service was very good. There was a wide selection of drinks, desserts, and side dishes. Non-alcoholic beverages were also available, and their preparation was true to the originals. The beach is very small and always crowded, with people lying close to each other. Nonetheless, the sea is beautiful, and the water is clear. You could walk quite far without it getting deeper. However, no water sports are offered by the hotel, only through an agency that takes you to the location.

Eylül 11/15 arası kaldık ailecek. Vale hizmeti yok otopark doldu diyorlar sokak aralarına park etmeniz gerekiyor. Yemekleri hergün aynı şeyler ve etleri çok kötü hiç yemedik. Restoranda 1.5 litrelik sular var ve çoğu dolum dikkatlice açın ki başkasının suyunu içmemiş olun. Pastane adı altında bi oda var sadece bilginiz olsun. Kapalı kutu kola bile alamazsınız ücrete tabi ki barlarında düzgün içicek bişey bulamazsanız. Çay kahveden başka içecek yok bilginiz olsun. Tek güzel tarafı sahili harici güzellik beklemeyin. 9 aylık bebeğimizi belirtmemize rağmen gelen beşikte yatak yoktu. Dört gün konakladığımız otelde lobiyi aramak için kullanılan telefon çalışmıyordu ve iki kere söylememize rağmen yapılmadı her seferinde üç kat aşarak lobiye gidip gelmek zorunda kaldım. Food, gym, beach

Beautiful all inclusive resort situated on a large area & beach. The overall service is great, all inclusive food & drinks are excellent for the price you pay. We had sea view room and enjoying the amazing scenery. Daily & nightly shows add a color to your vacation. The beach is clean & the water is clear. Turkish bath & massage is amazing. Kids activities is well planned.

Location is beautiful. There is a beach area, which is a plus. You will need a taxi if you want to go anywhere else. Food was great. Spa was amazing, definitely recommend. Cleaning services not so good.

Our stay at Azka Hotel was pleasant. The service is good, the rooms are clean, towels are changed every day. It has its own lovely private beach with sun beds and umbrellas and the nearby beach bar with delicious snacks and drinks! Hotel is located close to the Bodrum Centre where you can easily get by taking boat taxi for 40TL pp or by regular taxi called by the securities at the hotel gate for 30TL. We were served good buffet breakfast and dinner daily! Entertainment wise there were few (not every night) evenings when hotels organized shows. It’s recommended for families and couples.

No parking is available when the hotel is full. They gave us the wrong room and never noticed until check out. The hotel is quite old, but the beach and cove are amazing, almost like a private cove. Food and drinks are overpriced just like entire Bodrum

Bahce katinda ilk girdigimiz odada girer girmez yogun küf kokusu vardi, sabaha kadar uyuyamadik bu nedenle sürgülü kapi acik uyuduk ,ertesi gün odamizin değiştirilmesini istedik baska bir bahce kati odasina gectik ilk basta yogun bir koku yoktu fakat klimayi kapatinca yine hafif hafif küf kokusu olmaya basladi, odaya girdigimizde öksürük ve hapşırma ve gozlerde yanmamiz oluyordu, onun haricinde snackbar yemekhane ye gore daha basariliydi,yemekhanenin izgara bolumu gayet iyiydi diger yemekler normal yemekhane yemegiydi.genel olarak yemekler iyiydi ,deniz ,kumsal ,sezlong ve cim sezlonglar basariliydi,personel hizmet yeterliydi.ben alerjik bunye degilim ama ozellikle alerjik bunyeler bahce kati odalari konusunda otelle iletisime gecerek baska odalar tercih edebilir.bahce kati odalarinda küf kokusu malesef olabiliyor.bu durum goz onunde bulundurularak otel tercih edilebilir, otel bu konuda sikayetiniz olmasi durumunda yardim ediyor ama denize en konforlu ulasim yine bahce kati odalari oluyor.

Bu oteli çok seviyorum memnun olduğum çok şey olduğu gibi bu sefer restorandaki tabak ve çatal kaşık bıçaklar hiç temiz değildi ayrıca lobi bardaki çalışanlar sürekli bir tartışma halindeydi bu nedenle geç hizmet alıyorduk

Needs major upgrades, sink was clogged, AC now working. My parents suit wasn’t cleaned properly

Wir haben als Familie eine Suit/Villa reserviert. Erhalten haben wir ein Appartement weit weg vom Hauptgebäude. Waren im Erdgeschoss stationiert. Es hat ziemlich gestunken. Das Klärwerk hatte glaube ich ein Rohrbruch. Es waren im jeden Zimmer Insekten/ Kakarlaken aufzufinden. Es war einfach widerlich. Trotz Beschwerden und aufzeigen der Mängel wurde nicht geholfen. Rezeption war unfreundlich. Mussten die erste Nacht im freien Übernachten. Für die 2. Nacht haben wir dann ein Obergeschossapartement erhalten und konnten wenigstens ein wenig schlafen!! Unser Familienkasse wurde um sonst belastet. War eine schreckliche Erfahrung!!!!

The location, the beach, the water and especially the staff are truly excellent. The property is very clean. Downtown Bodrum is super close — just the shortest boat or taxi ride away. Excellent drinks at the bar. Nice waffles. On-demand espresso beverages. Lots going for Azka, one of the veteran establishments in Bodrum. We have been going to Azka since before it was an all-inclusive hotel. It used to be great back then. The main issue now is the food. With the all-inclusive setup, the quality of the food has plummeted. We struggled to find good food at the buffet, which is setup for three meals. Clearly, the management prioritized quantity and variety over quality. Some stuff was surprisingly bad. Like, how did they get flavorless tomatoes in the middle of summer? In Turkey? Omelettes were overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Breakfast meats were borderline inedible. They did an ok job with rice and stews, but do you want to eat rice and stewed meat during summer vacation? Bottom line: nothing that would give you food poisoning or anything, but basically nothing delicious.Also, there was a gratuitous use of coconut in deserts. Basic things, like pumpkin desert had coconut underneath.

Thank you to all Azka team, specially to reception stuff Ulyana, Selay, Eran. Thanks to Ridvan, Ocan, Hosan, and all team of Azka. Hotel is very clean, room is sound proof, with good air conditioner, very comfortable and convenient. Buffet Breakfast and dinner has everything to keep guests satisfied. Especially I wanna say cok cok sagol for entertaining users with live music, best quality evenings every night with best singers. Although I don’t understand Turkish language, but wonderful live Music touched my heart and made happy too. Plaj is very clean, water is quiet, I could snorkel, and watch fish. Water taxi is very close and goes to town 24/7. A la cart restoraunt is available for additional meals at plaj or other locations. All amenities are endless, and most importan a service, friendly environment, feels like a family in hotel. It’s mostly for local guests, but receptionists speak English and Russian, so visitors from any country will Love Azka. Hope everyone will enjoy their vacations in Azka. Highly recommend and I’m coming back to Azka with my family :)

Das ist eigentlich ein super schönes Hotel in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Umgebung und super Ausblick, aber leider viel zu laut, da das Gebäude sehr hellhörig ist.Das reinigungspersonal ist viel zu laut, wir haben in den 11 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht ein einziges Mal ausschlafen können!Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Kellner sind alle zu 98 Prozent super freundlich und sehr bemüht aber leider nicht immer ausreichend geschult. Die Speisen waren alle sehr lecker, leider zu wenig Abwechslung und es fehlte an mehr Auswahl an Fleisch Gerichten. Es gab immer die gleichen Salate und Vorspeisen, wirklich schade. Morgens gab es fast alles zum Frühstück außer Jogurt und frischen Obstsalat. Leider wurde auch nicht immer alles nachgefüllt. Der Strand ist klein, sauber. Man kann gut reingehen. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind super schön, etwas klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einem Balkon. Alles in allem würden wir es als befriedigend beurteilen wollen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist dieses Hotel viel besser geeignet, als für Paare!

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants – hier findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Der Strand ist sehr schön, das Wasser glasklar. Besonders empfehlenswert ist eine Bootsfahrt zum alten Hafen, wo es viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Auch ein Ausflug zur neuen Marina in Yalıkavak lohnt sich – dort sind die Sonnenuntergänge zwischen den Booten einfach traumhaft und berühmt. Das Essen war insgesamt ausgezeichnet, das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, den wir absolut weiterempfehlen können.

Firstly, although we booked a deluxe sea view room, we arrived late at night and were shown to an apartment with the capacity to sleep 6 people in the annex (across a busy road and up 3 flights of stairs). We went back and complained but the reception staff have very limited English and we were asked to come back in the morning to speak to the manager. We had to argue that we wanted the room we had paid for and not the “upgraded” apartment which was basic and totally unsuitable. We had to stay there for 2 nights until they moved us to a new room. The new one was lovely (which is why I chose it) in the main building with a perfect sea view. The pool area in the hotel is very well maintained but the beach/grassy are is not. It’s grubby and the beach is a strip approx 25 feet wide and absolutely packed. The food is ok but very limited. It’s very much geared towards Turkish visitors, which is completely understandable but I wish I had known. All entertainment is in Turkish and the staff, like I said have very little English. Google translate is a godsend. I would class this hotel as 3 star. No idea where the 5 stars have come from. It does have a beautiful sea view and it’s beautiful to sit at night with a drink and watch the boats, etc. There’s a water taxi service around 100m away which costs 100 Turkish lire and takes around 10 mins into Bodrum. Well worth it as Bodrum is lovely.

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities, comfy rooms with beautiful view of the marina. Baram was so attentive in the restaurant. Lovely food in the restaurant. Loved that you can travel in to Bodrum town via taxi or boat from the marina.

Very small dubbelbed

Phone in the room did. Not work. Property is huge so had to take 2 elevators to reach front desk. Stay there ever year. This time no breakfast omelets or toast. Female assistant manger told me those were western items and I was in Turkey. On the 3rd day the toast machine and omelets were back!!! When I arrived at 9:30pm I asked to change some dollars to lira for the cab. Told we don’t do that anymore by the assistant manager. The next day I asked again and the staff made a small change request. It’s all about management. The kids working there couldn’t be more helpful. JH

To start things off my check-in was terrible. I payed for a room with a double bed and a single bed. They tried to put me in a room with just one bed. They didn’t have any other rooms available for the first night so I had to share a double bed the first night. Second night they were supposed to change rooms and it seemed like they didn’t even remember. The staff then proceeded to speak in a manner where I was inconveniencing them and that this was all my fault. They only had a room with 2 single beds and had to sleep there the rest of the stay. It didn’t seem like they cared at all. Secondly, we asked about places to go in Bodrum, places to watch euro games, especially the Turkey game, and they couldn’t care less to give suggestions or any sort of direction. The staff that worked at the restaurant and bars were amazing. Constantly asking if we needed anything, very polite, awesome service by them. The property itself is in a great location. I’m probably never going to go back here.

Very bad experience with person (Fuat). My key card didn’t work,I went to lobby to exchange my key card. Fuat exchange key card but it didn’t work. I went again to lobby several time and finally he noticed that he didn’t understand which room I needed exchange key! Third time I asked him is he sure that is key for my room,I again told him room number,he noticed that he exchange key for another room,not mine. He even didn’t apologized for sending me back and forth. Extremely rude attitude has Fuat. This time was my third time in Azka hotel,but I’m completely sure that is going to be my last time there!Azka hotel management should think about people who are working for them,they represent all people who are working there! Be polite with guests,because guests bring money for your business!

Tesis çalışanlarından girişteki güvenlik kulübesindekilerin oldukça kaba davranışları vardı Geç saatte otele giriş yapılırken otel girişindeki güvenlik kulübesinde bir dünya sorguya çekildik Toplamda 3 gece konaklama sonrasında her akşam ayrı bir personelle olumsuz süreç yaşandı .. odalara günlük bırakmaları gereken suyu bırakmadıkları halde elimizdeki şişe suyu girişteki güvenliğe bırakmak zorunda kaldık.. .. çok basit bir su için bile tamamen otelde harcama yapmaya yöneltiyorlar Artı son gece elimizdeki basit çikolata gibi şekerleme bile dışarıdan yiyecek sokamazsınız dendiği için girişte alındı .. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edilmeyecek otellerden biridir

The hotel and the hotel area were wonderful, we had a dream view from our balcony and were very pleased with everything in the hotel. The hotel staff and especially the service staff at meals were absolutely wonderful. I want to thank especially Hasim and Yilmaz but also the other service staff for their great service and kindness.

Bel etablissement disposant dune plage privee agréable ainsi que d'une grande piscine. Buffets petit dejeuner et diner copieux et variés. Accueil et amabilité globalement insuffisants du personnel à la reception. Nous nous sommes fait réprimander sèchement car nous avions 100 g de fraises achetees au marché en entrant dans l'hotel... A noter que nous etions en demie pension.

Die Lage des Hotel und die Aussicht ist hervorragend. Der Service und das Essen entspricht keine 5 Sterne. Das Personal ist unprofessional. Der check in war eine Enttäuschung. Auf meine Bitte, das Zimmer zu wechseln wurde nicht eingegangen.

Herşey dahil 2 gün zaman geçirmek istedik öyle oteli seçtik. Otel herşey dahil konseptinde değildi bu bir kandırmaca. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği güzel ancak öğlen snack bara gidiyorsun ala carte menü veriliyor ancak girerken ya da pazarlarken bu durumu açıklamanız gerekirdi önbüro mdr Nazlı hanın diye çok ilgili bir hanım vardı otel ona dua etmeli. Kahve nerde diye sorduğumuzda bile sürekli herşey dahil gibi değilde ekstra ücret ödemeliyiz gibi muamele gördük Otelin konumu çok iyi temiz de ancak eksik personel hayalet otel gibi işletmede sıkıntı var 2 gün kendi kendimize zorla güzel vakit geçirmeye çalıştık bir daha tercih etmem

Fantastisk sted, super beliggenhed, min bedste ferie. Eneste det kunne forbedres er, wifi ved stranden.

Bahce katinda ilk girdigimiz odada girer girmez yogun küf kokusu vardi, sabaha kadar uyuyamadik bu nedenle sürgülü kapi acik uyuduk ,ertesi gün odamizin değiştirilmesini istedik baska bir bahce kati odasina gectik ilk basta yogun bir koku yoktu fakat klimayi kapatinca yine hafif hafif küf kokusu olmaya basladi, odaya girdigimizde öksürük ve hapşırma ve gozlerde yanmamiz oluyordu, onun haricinde snackbar yemekhane ye gore daha basariliydi,yemekhanenin izgara bolumu gayet iyiydi diger yemekler normal yemekhane yemegiydi.genel olarak yemekler iyiydi ,deniz ,kumsal ,sezlong ve cim sezlonglar basariliydi,personel hizmet yeterliydi.ben alerjik bunye degilim ama ozellikle alerjik bunyeler bahce kati odalari konusunda otelle iletisime gecerek baska odalar tercih edebilir.bahce kati odalarinda küf kokusu malesef olabiliyor.bu durum goz onunde bulundurularak otel tercih edilebilir, otel bu konuda sikayetiniz olmasi durumunda yardim ediyor ama denize en konforlu ulasim yine bahce kati odalari oluyor.

Klima aşırı sesliydi açınca aşırı rahatsız ediciydi. Yemeklerde aşırı lezzetsizdi garson sayısı azdı hizmet çok gecikiyordu.

Dette hotel ligger i perfekt lille bugt ,luksus hotel skøn stor swimmingpool og privat strand med dejlige liggestole , Super flot hotel vi havde business suite så flot . Det eneste der bare ikke var iorden til et luksus hotel var den kedelige mad ,øv øv gryderetter med kartofler, grønt og enten kylling ,lam el oksekød ,en slags fisk og enten frikadelle el stegt kylling Dessert var god Rigtige coailtail om aften Morgenmad fint Hvis maden havde været god vil jeg varmt anbefalde dette pragtfuld luksus hotel

It was great holiday. We like Azka hotel its our second stay here. We wish it is not the last. The beach is amazing. Food is ezcellent. Food in snack bar is better than most of famous restaurants.

They said this hotel is all inclusive but they charged us 2 glass bottles (70 TL) of water from our room. This is funny because there was a written note which all water was an offer from the hotel. It seems like they charge many things you use from the minibar. The beach is absolutely gorgeous though!

Beautiful all inclusive resort situated on a large area & beach. The overall service is great, all inclusive food & drinks are excellent for the price you pay. We had sea view room and enjoying the amazing scenery. Daily & nightly shows add a color to your vacation. The beach is clean & the water is clear. Turkish bath & massage is amazing. Kids activities is well planned.

The location, the beach, the water and especially the staff are truly excellent. The property is very clean. Downtown Bodrum is super close — just the shortest boat or taxi ride away. Excellent drinks at the bar. Nice waffles. On-demand espresso beverages. Lots going for Azka, one of the veteran establishments in Bodrum. We have been going to Azka since before it was an all-inclusive hotel. It used to be great back then. The main issue now is the food. With the all-inclusive setup, the quality of the food has plummeted. We struggled to find good food at the buffet, which is setup for three meals. Clearly, the management prioritized quantity and variety over quality. Some stuff was surprisingly bad. Like, how did they get flavorless tomatoes in the middle of summer? In Turkey? Omelettes were overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Breakfast meats were borderline inedible. They did an ok job with rice and stews, but do you want to eat rice and stewed meat during summer vacation? Bottom line: nothing that would give you food poisoning or anything, but basically nothing delicious.Also, there was a gratuitous use of coconut in deserts. Basic things, like pumpkin desert had coconut underneath.
