Hotel Suite we stayed in, didn't have enough space to open one suitcase for our use, not enough hangers in the wardrobes, sleeping two of the sleeping pillows were very thick caused neck pain, but they changed them with insistence, mattresses were hard. staff were friendly, clean, breakfast was basic but adequate served by Hotel staff in accordance to the available choices, street car parking, close to city centre needs.

The hotel is almost new and the rooms are clean, but very small. The room I was given was almost 3 x 3 meters. The toilet is ok and the shower was nice. Cleaning services is good, but no one to help with luggage handling. Generally the hotel is acceptable based on the prices.

Nice hotel, newly renovated/built. Room was spacious and beautiful. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. breakfast was fine for the price point, there are many cheeses you can try. Location is was excellent for me. It is 30 minutes walk from the boat terminal, or just a quick ride with the dolmus. You can also catch a dolmus to visit Termal in front of the Kipa mall, which is just 3 minutes from the hotel. Also just 3 minutes walk to be on the seaside. Generally it is very clean, but my room had a strange smell. There is also a hammam that you can use for 100 lira, which was beautiful but not very warm.

This hotel is excellent value for money. My expectations were definitely exceeded. It was a very comfortable room, clean, nicely decorated, with Aircon and an elevator. The breakfast was also above average. Very nice experience.

Superb staff, very welcoming. Just on the putter edge of the centre of Yalova so quiet and discrete. Room was cramped but functional. That's what you get on a last-minute or same day booking.

A lovely hotel with great staff. The hotel is in a quiet street, one block away from Fatih street with all conveniences and 2 blocks away from the sea. It's a pleasant 20 mins walk to town and the ferry terminal. Property was well kept and rooms were cleaned every day by the warm, sweet housekeeping staff. Front desk staff were also welcoming and ready to help at every moment. I can't say enough good things about this hotel; highly recommend it.

Das Hotel war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet aber was hat mir nicht gut gefallen ist die Rezeption ! Ich habe für 2 Nächte gebucht aber am nächsten Tag haben sie mich zu Check out gebeten. Dann haben sie nach hin und her, durfte ich doch bleiben. Es war ein Chaos bei Zahlung und einchecken. Man muss vorher ein Intensiv türkische Sprache lernen bevor einchecken!

A lovely hotel with great staff. The hotel is in a quiet street, one block away from Fatih street with all conveniences and 2 blocks away from the sea. It's a pleasant 20 mins walk to town and the ferry terminal. Property was well kept and rooms were cleaned every day by the warm, sweet housekeeping staff. Front desk staff were also welcoming and ready to help at every moment. I can't say enough good things about this hotel; highly recommend it.

Superb staff, very welcoming. Just on the putter edge of the centre of Yalova so quiet and discrete. Room was cramped but functional. That's what you get on a last-minute or same day booking.

Nice hotel, newly renovated/built. Room was spacious and beautiful. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. breakfast was fine for the price point, there are many cheeses you can try. Location is was excellent for me. It is 30 minutes walk from the boat terminal, or just a quick ride with the dolmus. You can also catch a dolmus to visit Termal in front of the Kipa mall, which is just 3 minutes from the hotel. Also just 3 minutes walk to be on the seaside. Generally it is very clean, but my room had a strange smell. There is also a hammam that you can use for 100 lira, which was beautiful but not very warm.

Ho passato circa una settimana per lavoro in questa deliziosa struttura,buona accoglienza da parte dello staff,camera molto comoda e confortevole,dorata di tutti i confort,a circa 1000 m. Dal centro,a 2 passi dal mare,a pochi passi c'è la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette,auto o scooter,ho scoperto una palestra nel centro commerciale sempre a 2 passi qui dietro. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Honestly, would give this place 10 stars if I could. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. I loved the clean and spacious room/bathroom with a comfortable bed, along with the amenities. Heating & Cooling very well adjusted, according to the weather. The daily free breakfast & housekeeping provided was top-notch. Would highly reccomend this place, as It was one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had. Thanking everyone for their gracious hospitality and making me feel completely at home. Merhaba bu otele 27temmuz da eşimle ve 20 Eylül de ailece gittik. Özellikle aile odasını beğendik temizdi. Konumda güzel yerde. Ancak 2 sefer de de kahvaltısı çok zayıf ve açık büfe değil resmen çalışanların vermesi için sıra bekliyoruz. Ve çeşitler az ve yetersiz doyamıyorum. Bence açık büfe olarak yapmaları gereklidir. Yoksa biz otelden genel anlamda memnunuz sadece kahvaltıyı açık büfe yapsalar bence daha memnun kalır müşteriler. O yüzden acil olarak kalvalti çeşitliliği artması ve açık büfe olması gerekiyor
