Stayed 3 nights

It was probably just our room but the outlets at the desk didn’t work so we had to find space on the walls. The coffee machine is fairly easy to use and yet it gave us some issues too. The staff was super nice. They have complimentary coffee, cold brew, iced tea, and water at their restaurant. The holding fee of $100/day can almost be used like a credit so on the last day when money was tight, we ordered room service and they took it from that incidentals fee. The food was delicious and I have an allergy that they took very seriously to which I was grateful. The bed was super comfortable and overall I’d stay again.

Stayed 3 nights

Stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. Nice design, but multiple service failures: - Wi-Fi was completely non-functional across the property all 3 nights. TV also didn't work as a result, since it runs off the internet. - No proactive communication from staff about the outage or a timeline to fix it (it never got fixed). - Had to take an important work call from a phone on the sidewalk outside because there was no working connection in the room. - Room was booked and advertised as a "Superior King" but the bed was not King-sized; the front desk claimed it was a "hotel King." - Housekeeping only came when specifically requested, and when we asked for towels, the room wasn't serviced and used towels remained on the bathroom floor. - Only 2 elevators for 18 floors, with slow stops on each level - long waits are common. We tried to resolve this directly with the hotel both in person and by email after checkout. The hotel did waive the Facility Fee, which we appreciated, but we've had no further response since.
