Öncelikle kaliteli ve temiz bir işletme olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve samimiler :) Kahvaltı olarak serpme kahvaltı sunuyorlar ve gayet güzel ve doyurucu. Otel merkezde değil turistik bölge olan göreme ve ürgüp’e 15-20 dk araba mesafesinde. Otoparkı mevcut fakat otoparkına ulaşmak için dik yokuşlara hazır olun. Aynı zamanda otek oldukça tepede fakat manzarası da oldukça güzel sabah balonları çok rahat izleyebiliyorsunuz.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, it was a great experience! Staff were so helpful and friendly! Breakfast place was good and tasty! Parking is very steep up the hill and for any tour or balloon ride pick ups you have to walk down and up the hill because their cars can’t drive up the hill! Except for the waking part, the place is highly recommended for anyone who don’t mind an uphill walk.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it’s a decent place. I was really impressed with their hospitality, and most of the staff spoke good English, which made communication easy. The property is really nice and approximately 2 km away from the city center, which we liked because it’s calmer than staying in the city center. Every morning, you can see hot air balloons from the property itself. Overall, the property is nice. However, we did encounter a few issues: \t1.\tWe chose the junior cave suite, and there was some white dust that kept falling from the ceiling, which made our hair and belongings feel dirty. \t2.\tParking is quite challenging due to the very steep and slippery hill, but the staff was always helpful in assisting with parking. \t3.\tEvery morning, we were served the same Turkish breakfast. After two days, we got a bit bored of it. I think some variation would be appreciated, especially for guests staying longer at the property.

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was top notch. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Location is at the top of a steep hill. We enjoyed the exercise. Best location to have the balloons fly over every morn. The cats!! The dogs!! So much within walking distance. The staff was amazing. The room was so comfortable and unique. Highly recommend.

The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep with you - what a memorable moment. However, I used to think most of the Turkish would respect the cuties around you - it change my thought during my stay as the restaurant staff (who prepare the breakfast) would use water gun to get rid of the cats who are looking for food from the visitors. We are not feeling well on this. From my observation, seems most of the cats are starving. I can't see the staff has provided sufficient food to them nor water. I know I shouldn't expect everyone to be a cat lover as I, but they are the neighbors living around in the hotel - most of the visitors love the cat as well, shouldn't the hotel who charge a relative high price to show some generous to these cuties as well?

Azure Cave Hotel is absolutely amazing from start to finish, the staff are so friendly and accomodating, we were given our room early and allowed to stay a little longer. The room was stunning and clean. We can’t wait to stay again, the views are amazing, to watch the balloons is an experience in itself the auto park is the best place around and then the breakfast area has the most amazing views, this hotel is amazing

This is a great place to stay. I loved the fact that without even me asking they upgraded my room to a suite because of my membership level at Expedia. The staff was very friendly. The property is maintained well and clean. Morning breakfast was great I will recommend this hotel for couples or families any day.

Çok sıcak bir karşılama ile başladı, bölge hakkında ve otel hakkında tüm sorularımızı cevaplayıp yardımcı oldular. Odamız temizdi, otel geneli temizdi, kahvaltı güzel, manzara güzel. çift olarak otelden çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gideceğimiz zaman ilk tercihimiz.

Die Unterkunft hat mich positiv überrascht. Alles war Tip Top. Frühstück wurde einem an den Tisch gebracht, gefolgt von einer sehr guten Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es war wörtlich in einer Höhle eingerichtet. Es wurde uns Auskunft gegeben, wohin wir in Kappadokien hingehen konnten. Ehrlich gesagt waren das teils teure Stellen, aber dafür eben die besten. Man wurde jeden Tag immer mit einem lächeln empfangen. Einzig negative waren die Parkplätze, man musste leider einem fast unmöglichen Berg hochfahren, es war für mich zwar kein Problem aber für unerfahrene Fahrer ist es unmöglich. Aber im Hotel befindlichen Mitarbeiter haben auch diese "Bergfahrt" für dein Auto angeboten, wäre also auch so kein Problem. Das war meine Erfahrung zum Hotel, in der Summe war alles mehr als nur gut!

Our room had a hamam and jacuzzi, we enjoyed them much! The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can see the view of Cappadocia with balloons (if allowed). It's very close to the Rose Valley and we hiked from Rose Valley to Red Valley, and we loved it. We appreciate the nice breakfast with kindness. Highly recommended!!

Such a lovely room in the most beautiful place. The standard cave suite was such a big size and very spacious. The best part was the breakfast each morning, so much food and so much variety. The staff was so welcoming and informative. Bonus part, in the mornings the hot air balloon’s ride so close to the area. Once in a lifetime experience for sure. Unreal trip.

Our room had a hamam and jacuzzi, we enjoyed them much! The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can see the view of Cappadocia with balloons (if allowed). It's very close to the Rose Valley and we hiked from Rose Valley to Red Valley, and we loved it. We appreciate the nice breakfast with kindness. Highly recommended!!

This place was spectacular. One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were so accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the concierge helped us coordinate the activities we wanted to do. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location (but be prepared to walk uphill!) and very welcoming staff. Loved the breakfast and the amenities. It was very easy to get to trailheads for Rose Valley, Red Valley, and Love Valley without driving. Also really enjoyed the recommendations given by staff.

Had the most incredible and memorable stay at azure in May! Seyma was wonderful and extremely responsive as soon as I made the booking. She helped organize all of my excursions including balloon ride, red tour, carpet photoshoot, and atv tour. I also recommend organizing airport transportation through her because it was easy and the driver dropped us all the way to the top of the high hill(which not all drivers are willing to do). She decorated my room and brought in a complimentary cake on our first night so that my husband and I’s belated anniversary celebration was special. The breakfast was the most delicious and filling meal I have ever had, surrounded by stunning views! Everyone was extremely hospitable. On our first day, we arrived early to the hotel, several hours before check in. We had planned to drop off our luggage and go to the town to get coffee and explore. The hotel owner instead insisted that we head upstairs for coffee and breakfast (which we should not have gotten until the next day) on the terrace. The kitchen was about to close and he called up to make sure we were taken care of. By the time we finished breakfast, they arranged our room for us. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I highly recommend it! We stayed in the premium honeymoon suite and it was affordable yet extremely luxurious and an out of this world experience! Truly one of the best places to experience the famous Cappadocia sunsets.

The cave room was really cool, we had a giant bathroom and a separate jacuzzi room. The staff were superb, Seyma especially went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get on a hot balloon ride during our trip after our original booking was cancelled the first day due to weather.

Azure Cave Hotel is absolutely amazing from start to finish, the staff are so friendly and accomodating, we were given our room early and allowed to stay a little longer. The room was stunning and clean. We can’t wait to stay again, the views are amazing, to watch the balloons is an experience in itself the auto park is the best place around and then the breakfast area has the most amazing views, this hotel is amazing

What a lovely hotel and home base for exploring Goreme and the surrounding region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very cool -- loved staying in a cave. Felt appropriate for all the little adventures on this trip. (And if you're here to explore cave churches, there's quite a few just within walking distance of the hotel!) Comfortable bed, great shower. Easy parking if you've rented a car. Breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was top notch. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Location is at the top of a steep hill. We enjoyed the exercise. Best location to have the balloons fly over every morn. The cats!! The dogs!! So much within walking distance. The staff was amazing. The room was so comfortable and unique. Highly recommend.

The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep with you - what a memorable moment. However, I used to think most of the Turkish would respect the cuties around you - it change my thought during my stay as the restaurant staff (who prepare the breakfast) would use water gun to get rid of the cats who are looking for food from the visitors. We are not feeling well on this. From my observation, seems most of the cats are starving. I can't see the staff has provided sufficient food to them nor water. I know I shouldn't expect everyone to be a cat lover as I, but they are the neighbors living around in the hotel - most of the visitors love the cat as well, shouldn't the hotel who charge a relative high price to show some generous to these cuties as well?

I like the location of the hotel where you are under the baloons. View from the hotel is great. Food from the kitchen was excellent with nice view of the vallley. Only one concern is shower, hot water is a bit of problem and water leakeage from the shower glass need to be fixed

It’s a cave so you can’t expect it to be super modern, but the rooms are nicely decorated and spacious with all the basics in addition to just being a unique and special experience being inside a cave. Watching the balloons rise every morning from the terrace is something we’ll never forget.

They had great recommendations for tours. The only thing is if you struggle waking you might have difficulty getting to your room. Ours required stairs which wasn't an issue for us.

Our stay at Azure was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the view of the mountains and rocks is stunning. Highly recommend this cave hotel!
