A very well-kept property with attentive , welcoming, and friendly staff. Breakfast on top floor with lovely view of the surrounding city was enjoyable. Across the street from the bazaar and on a side street off main road, so everything was conveniently available at short walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

The property is in a nice location, right at the city center, the place is a bit on the older side, but for the price is not bad, the only gripe I have is that we stayed there for four days and none of the days was the cleaning service performed in our room.

Very recommended I would give them 10 stars. Very clean Hotel and rooms. Very nice staff and helpful. I asked on of them to show me the bus station going to Otogar, She offered me a ride to Otogar. They have very nice breakfast with a beautiful view.

Good hotel at a great location. Breakfast was exceptional. Had a terrace with a nice view. WiFi was scrappy. Sink in the bathroom was too small and it drenches the floor all the time. Staff was really helpful nevertheless.

Grand Heykel Hotel is a short distance from all the main Bursa attractions. It is right opposite (2 minutes walk) from the famous (First one opened in 1867) Bursa Iskendar Kebab Restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Heykel and would definitely stay again; however, will choose Family Suite next time as the Triple room was a bit smaller for us.

Im it was a good 1 night stay loved the area around the hotel just our room smelt like smoke and I’m very sensitive to it and the architrave wasn’t on the wall it was lying on the floor. But it was an okay one night stay for the price. If you stay there, make sure you go down the road a bit and do the Turkish path was awesome!

Öncelikle alağıda karşılama ekibi ve girşteki çalışanlar harika güzel yazacağım her şey onlar sayesindedir. 2 oda tuttuk ön taraftaki oda daha iyiydi, odalar sanki yeni restore edilmiş gibi. Arka oda ne yazıkki odada içilen sigara yüzünden çok kötü kokuyordu, o kadar havalandırmama rağmen bir türlü kokudan kurtulamadık. Yeri çok güzel hemen ulu cami yakınında. Sigara kokusu olmasaydı tekrar tekrar gelebilirdim.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Uludağ teleferik 5 dakika, ulu cami 5 dakika, kent meydanı 7-8 dk. Metro , tramvay , dolmuş vb ulaşımlar çok yakın.temiz bir otel ancak kahvaltı büfesi yenilenmiyor. Mutfak çalışanları misafirlerin çok yediğinden şikayet etmekten açık bufeyi yenilenmiyor. Resepsiyon çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Restoran manzarası güzeldi , odanın bir manzarası yoktu malesef.

Since we wanted to go take the teleferik, Grand Heykel hotel was a good choice because it's just a few hundred meters from the dolmus station to get there. We overall had a good one night stay! I would recommend it

Mutfak çalışanları misafirlerin çok yediğinden şikayet etmekten açık bufeyi yenilenmiyor. Resepsiyon çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Restoran manzarası güzeldi , odanın bir manzarası yoktu malesef.

Grand Heykel Hotel is a short distance from all the main Bursa attractions. It is right opposite (2 minutes walk) from the famous (First one opened in 1867) Bursa Iskendar Kebab Restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Heykel and would definitely stay again; however, will choose Family Suite next time as the Triple room was a bit smaller for us.

Öncelikle alağıda karşılama ekibi ve girşteki çalışanlar harika güzel yazacağım her şey onlar sayesindedir. 2 oda tuttuk ön taraftaki oda daha iyiydi, odalar sanki yeni restore edilmiş gibi. Arka oda ne yazıkki odada içilen sigara yüzünden çok kötü kokuyordu, o kadar havalandırmama rağmen bir türlü kokudan kurtulamadık. Yeri çok güzel hemen ulu cami yakınında. Sigara kokusu olmasaydı tekrar tekrar gelebilirdim.

A very well-kept property with attentive , welcoming, and friendly staff. Breakfast on top floor with lovely view of the surrounding city was enjoyable. Across the street from the bazaar and on a side street off main road, so everything was conveniently available at short walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

Good hotel at a great location. Breakfast was exceptional. Had a terrace with a nice view. WiFi was scrappy. Sink in the bathroom was too small and it drenches the floor all the time. Staff was really helpful nevertheless.

Room 104, quiet, clean. No shower door so when you take a shower the tiled floor gets wet and very, very slippery. Bed is comfy, pillows are soft. Tiny sink had a leak but was quickly repaired by staff. Morning buffet breakfast had very good selection and excellent roof top view. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. I would stay again.

Before arriving I asked for a smokeless room they gave me a whole different room and the room smelled like cigarettes their reason why I didn’t got a bigger room was because I paid so less and if I wanted a bigger room they would charge me extra. I asked multiple times to change my room and got refused I showered in cold water for 7 days. On the last day they told me there was a gas leak so I had to change rooms and gave a room key that wasn’t even working. They tried to overcharged me and can’t keep their promises. They screamed at me and threatened to call the police. Stay away from this place especially if you are a foreigner they treat you like shi
