I don’t usually write reviews, but Seda Hotel was unbelievably bad. The room was filthy when we arrived – dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a disgusting smell of mold and dampness. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, with hair in the sink and mold in the shower. The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. Every time we asked for assistance, they either ignored us or gave vague excuses. The walls were paper thin – we could hear every word from the neighboring rooms. Breakfast was a complete joke: cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Nothing like the photos they advertise online. This place is a scam. I would NEVER stay here again and strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. Spend your money on literally any other hotel – it can’t be worse than this one.

Konumu çok güzel odalar güzel oteloda kahvaltı konsept çalışıyor sabah kahvaltı si birazdaha göze hitap edebilir çayı çok kötü meyve suyu var tek çeşit vişne tercih edilmis sabah kahvaltısı biraz pasif balikesir korfez oteleri ve apartları zaten pahalı bu algıyı yok edemediler.

Olumlu özellikler; plaja çok yakın ve işletmecilerin pozitif olması olumlu yönüdür. Oda balkonu plaj manzaralıydı. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Olumsuz özellikler; yatak altları ve yerlerin yeterince temizlenmediği beyaz terlik altına yapışan uzun saç kıllarıyla göründü. İstek üstüne temizlik yapıldıktan sonra iyi temizlenmiş görünse de yeni bir terlikte o kıllar hala vardı. Demek ki çok daha iyi temizlenmeli. Paspaslar da çok temiz olmalı. Asansör bakım gerektiriyor çok ses yapıyor. Genel olarak bina içindeki kapı sesleri vs geliyor. Otelin özellikleri dışında, yakındaki beach işletmeleri maalesef yüksek sesli müzik yayını yapıyor. Sarımsaklı'da deniz dışında dinlenmek mümkün değil.

Tam bir fiyat performans hoteli. Kahvaltısı lezzetli, denize yakın. Yalnızca yatakları bana çok rahat gelmedi (asla yatılmayacak gibi değil ben biraz rahatlığa önem veriyorum) ama o da dediğim gibi fiyat performans. Tekrar tercih ederim
