Must have been a great stately hotel in its day but sadly needs updating. Rugs are old, as are the curtains which both cry out to be cleaned but it would be far better to throw them out. Room was dark and somewhat musty smelling. No breakfast offered for hotel guest nor was there even coffee made available in the lobby. The on site restaurant was not open for breakfast. Finally, the toilets are very low to the floor and difficult for older folks to manager on and off maneuvering.

Not the Hilton but met our expectations. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hallway cleanliness needs improvement. Noise level bearable. Benjamin restaurant at hotel gets a 5 star rating. Excellent food. Very affordable.

It was decent for a one night stay. Room was clean. The restaurant was pretty good and our server was excellent. She was very friendly. The property is needs updating. The furniture in the rooms is old. One of the windows in the room didn't close. The gym was terrible. Both treadmills were broken, there were only two dumbells, the rest of the equipment was pretty rusty, and there was no drinking water in the gym. Just ok for a one night stay if you're looking for a place to sleep and shower.

My daughter and I stayed here. We both got bitten by bed bugs during our stay. I received only a few bites while my daughter had dozens of bites all over her lower back. There were also many dogs in the neighboring rooms. I have a big dog so had no issue, despite barks coming from several rooms anytime you enter/leave, but could be a factor for some.

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately discovered a bed bug in my room, clearly visible on the pillowcase. The cleanliness of this hotel was a major letdown. The carpet on the stairs was visibly dirty and turning black from what appeared to be foot traffic with no one cleaning it. This made a poor first impression that unfortunately continued throughout the stay. I also noticed a sandwich wrapper left on the floor in a common area in the evening, and it was still there the next morning. This lack of attention to basic upkeep was very concerning. My room was also not clean, and there was a persistent, stale odor throughout the hotel. It felt like the windows had not been opened or the air refreshed in a very long time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and general upkeep seriously impacted my experience.

I will start by saying the manager refunded my money without any questions which i greatly appreciated. The hotel is beyond old and run down. It’s flat out gross. I was expecting a 5 star hotel because of the price but it was far worse than i expected. We checked in and the lobby was dated as expected. When we got into the room, it smelled old and moldy with a strong air freshener odor. Rug was dirty, walls dirty, bathroom missing baseboards and furniture was dirty and old. We were in the room for less than 5 minutes when i decided i wasn’t staying. As i was grabbing my suitcase i saw cockroaches. Very gross.

We stayed four nights on our vacation. I am a Wyndham Member. Cons-Lobby smelled like weed when we came in to register. A lot of undesirables hanging around both the front and back as we came and went. Wife was a little afraid of that. No clean towels or wash clothes in our room everyday. We did not see the little sign that said we had to notify the front desk for those items by 9 am everyday if we wanted fresh one. On the evening of the first day my wife called down to get fresh ones. The desk told her no as we did not notify them by 9 am that day. She was furious! I did go down t and complained and they gave me two fresh towels. No Breakfast. No Swimming pool. Shower floor very slippery even with hand bars. You gave us one measly little bar of soap for five days.Hallways smelled musky. Would not give me any Wyndham points as I booked through a third party, and, would not give me a receipt upon check out for the same reason. Pros-Beautiful lobby. Rooms were clean.

Service was good, and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel definitely is aged, however, with dated furnishings. In the hallways, there was a fair amount of water damage and discoloration visible on the ceilings. Carpeting throughout is worn.

The AC system for the whole building has been turned off due to the season we are in. The rooms are still very warm. The front desk said to open windows but I do not feel safe sleeping with windows open or the noise from the parking lot bothering me while I try to get sleep

No one was at the desk at check in. Myself and other guests had to wait for a while before the desk clerk came back. And he did not apologize for the wait . Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Room smelled musty.

The service was very good. Check-in went very smoothly. Good location. Easy access and near shopping plazas and restaurants. The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed. However, some of the furniture, the bathroom vanity, and the carpet were a little dated. Parking is available on-site. It's a good value.

The property is definitely older and the wear and tear is evident. We had about 5 rooms there and each one had an issue. The worst of all was the smell! And interestingly there were so many different smells, the lobby was fishy smell, the ftlirst room I had was ild smoke smell that tried to be covered with perfume or febreze. Another room had dirty sheets, another smelled like cleaning solution. We had friends where it was so bad it set off her asthma and they had to leave the hotel for the weekend. The gym is dirty and equipment is not in functioning order. The ice machine room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The area is not great, we saw needles in parking lot. All I can say is that i would not stay here again. And if i was expedia, i would not list this hotel in my directory!

Very large room and hotel . More than enough room . Large bathroom . Shower head was not the greatest but fine . No breakfast served . 8 minutes drivable great breakfast options : coffee exchange best coffee, couple of food options near it too . Definitely recommend if going to explore providence or near by towns . Zoo was great too .

I have been staying at this property for almost a year. Now, at least a couple times a week, and I've yet to have a problem. And the on-site restaurant is helpful when you don't feel like going out at night.

The rooms aren't bad, they're spacious, The bedding is very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, and its very clean. They do need to update the rooms with new furnishings. They have a nice restaurant inside the hotel and the food is great! I do recommend staying here. Its affordable. The Nada Lada Ramada.

The mini fridge freezer was awful. Something melted then froze. The bottom of the fridge had something sticky inside, on the bottom. The microwave had crumbs in it. The book with hotel services in the room stated, there is a “hot deluxe breakfast buffet available daily in the Marquis room.” Nope, there wasn’t. They only have the coffee maker for coffee in your room. After seeing the fridge condition, I did not want to make coffee. We went to DD across the street. 😐 If there is no breakfast anymore, they should at least cross it out of the book. The king size bed was very comfy though, so we did have a good nights sleep.

The hotel is old and needs updating. The room was so hot and there is no way to control the heat/air. We opened the windows; but that wasn't enough. The bed was horrible!! The room was clean and the shower was hot. The furniture (except the TV) was very old. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is FANTASTIC!
