This is a solid, good hotel. The hotel employees are nice and accommodating, but there are a few things that could use improvement. In the gym, two out three (specifically, elliptical and treadmill) pieces of exercise equipment were not in a working order). Additionally, the rooms have bright white office-type bulbs 💡 that some people might find as not relaxing. Overall, the hotel is nice and I would come back again.

The good. Room was clean. Quiet location. I pine the wise counter in the bathroom so you can keep all your toiletries. Water pressure was good in the shower. Drained fast. Location was convenient for me. Lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Friendly staff. Price is reasonable. The OK: Breakfast is just fair. Gym is basic. Only 1 washer and dryer in the laundry. Oh, the price for Saturday night tripled to around 385 dollars! Wonder why...

Conveniently located hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly. Pool water was a little chilly. Only negative was a elevator ding was loud, even being around the corner down the hall. Overall satisfied with our stay here.

The room stunk so bad, and the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. The carpet was damp, and so were the linens. It smelled so musty,my throat was sore every morning, and the shower dispensers were falling off the wall.

This BW was vey clean and obviously cared for. It may have even had a fresh remodel…I can’t confirm that, but things did not look beat up. Staff was friendly and fast and it was easy to get to.

The first night I was there it was hard for my son to fall asleep as there was a strong smell of cigarette coming into our room near the bed closes to the window. The second room we were moved to was okay, but the outside the window were scaffolding which for my son wasn’t present. However overall we had a good stay and would return and recommend it.

This is a nice hotel. Comfortable and staff was great. Breakfast was actually very good as well. The only issue I had was the rug in the room. Although the rug looked clean, after walking on it without socks or shoes, my feet were black by the next morning. I would have given this hotel a perfect score if it was not for the unseen condition of the rug in the room.

Didn't expect much but our room was clean and nicely set up. Facility seems somewhat outdated outside and in the hallway but the room itself seemed very well maintained, clean and beds were comfortable. I would come back in one month to pick up my son in August.

Awful, we were traveling with 3 children, 11 pm at night the room next door was so loud, we called the front desk nothing was done. The bathtub drain was broken. Would not stay again, will be calling best western customer service !

The hotel is nice but they charged me $25 for checking in an hour early even tho the room was ready. I understand hotels have policies but that could have been accommodated. Front desk staff was not friendly

The staff was rude and not helpful at all! They removed my stuff from the room before check out time bc they assumed that I was checked out. And they didn’t hall with the heat problem in the room. It was freezing and my daughter was sick.

The toilet was clogged and the front desk staff was asking me to unclog it myself. When I told her it should be hotel's responsibility, she said there was no maintenance currently and she would have done it for me, but she was busy now with attitude. This is so unprofessional. How can they ask a custom who just checked in to unclog the toilet for them???

Hotel was very well maintained with cleaning crew doing a great taking care of our room for our 4 night stay. Special shout out to Barbara at the front desk who helped register us and being so friendly and the couple who helped with the free breakfast. I believe they were the managers or owners (sorry i didnt get your names)but also very friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been to this property before and it wasn’t as bad as this time. Breakfast was extremely limited. There was nothing there and had to take my young son out for breakfast the first morning. The send morning was the same. I noticed other guest scraping the bottom of the pan for eggs. And so for a hotel that says their breakfast is complementary, it wasn’t there. The one night thing that happened was my son and I lift the room WITH the do no disturb sign on the door. Not only did they enter my room but while “cleaning”, they through out the untouched lunch I bought for my son and I. I had to yet again go out to get lunch for the two of us. I’m so angry, but kept it together. I am done with this property. Never again!

Property is an excellent value option for quick access to Providence RI if you have a car. There are plenty of restaurant chains and/or local alternatives withing a 2-3 mile radius. There is also as shopping center within this radius with Walmart, Target and many of the other usual suspects. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are simple and quiet. My ony complaint are the pillows as being too high. Recommend they include two types of pillows.

Great location just outside of Providence. We were visiting our son 22 minutes from RWU. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Less expensive than staying in Providence without the $25 parking fee

Room was clean and spacious. The hotel location is great - easy travel to Providence and located by a lot of eateries & stores. The hallway carpets look like they could use a steam cleaning. Would book this hotel again.

Was in the area for a wedding during recent heat wave. Room was nicely cleaned and AC cooled room nicely. (we like it cold).Plenty of hot water each day for shower. The included Breakfast was great. Nice variety plus hot items. Eggs, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, potatoes, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, coffee, fruit juices...very complete. Special thanks to Ally who maintained the breakfast. She was always filling or topping hot items off as consumed right up to cut off time 9:30 am. She did this all as well as monitor and attend to the front desk. Don't lose her Best Western..great asset to the hotel !!

Decor and furniture needs a refresh. Skimpy breakfast. Everything seemed cheap - from the single ply toilet paper to the paper plates and flimsy plastic cutlery. Not horrible but not particularly nice either.

Everything was great except for the toiletries. We only had bar soap-no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or lotion. I will still recommend, because everything was clean, staff and service was great, and they had a nice full breakfast!
