Comfortable bed. Very clean room in excellent condition. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. Very kind and helpful front desk manager. No ice machine. No coffee. No blow dryer.

Convenient to Brown U and downtown Providence. Very basic accommodations, no frills. Odd that there is a microwave and fridge in the room, but no coffee maker. Small room. Somewhat worn in and out. Not bad if all you are going to do is sleep there.

We stayed there for 1 night only and it was exactly what we needed after a long drive. We were exhausted. We were given a corner room and we were able to rest peacefully. Room was basic, but well equipped, it had all the stuff you would expect: mini fridge, microwave, TV, desk and a chair. Bed was okay, pillows a little flat. The room was small and it got a little noisy when the AC was on. The bathroom was spacious. No hair dryer in the bathroom though. We were able to take a nice warm shower, but some of the towels provided needed more cleaning. Good WiFi in the room. Nice ample parking. We were transiting the area, so I cannot speak for convenience regarding dining options, nor public transportation, but if you have a car, it's no problem.

This place is reasonably priced. Great place for off the beaten path sleep. Area is quiet enough to hear a pin deep. Room came with a microwave and small fridge. About 7 miles south of Providence

This was a good value even though I think the staff should have reached out to me as a guest. I stayed 4 nights and no one offered to clean my room or empty garbage. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and was clean when I arrived.

It really is not a bad Motel. Has what you need just no iron, coffee maker or hair dryer. Bed was clean with clean fresh sheets, AC worked and shower was clean. Floors and surfaces were very dirty, like you can’t walk on the floor without shoes. But for the price it’s not a bad place to crash.

The only good thing was that they had smoking rooms. The check in person was nice and check in was efficient. However, the accommodations leave a lot to be desired. The room was small and the desk chairs had legs to long that you tripped over them going by. No hairdryers, no ironing boards which I have NEVER encountered before. Aslo they don't leave hand towels. The bed was comfortable but was a full bed and not the queen bed I thought I booked. The curtain in the window was wrinkled and dirty. They could invest in better TVs as the picture is not the clearest. I gave it 2 stars because they had smoking rooms and the man at the check in desk was pleasant. I would only stay again because I was able to smoke.

One member of staff had a very poor understanding of English which made check-out nearly impossible, but the man who checked me in did a great service. However, 32 days later I'm yet to receive my deposit back. I've enquired on their website to no luck. If you're going to stay here it's going to be pleasant, but make sure you pay on a credit card so you can charge it back when they don't refund you.

The place is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly BUT the wifi didn't work. the person at the office tried to restart it but it still didn't work.

The room was not clean. The laminate floor was filthy. My white socks were black in minutes. That floor hadn't seen a map in weeks. Prison quality lighting. Old, thin towels. I can't believe what I paid to stay here. I should have slept in my car.

Rooms are very clean

I was pretty overwhelmed by the smell of cleaning supplies, however the room was not clean. There were what I hope to be urine stains all over the bathroom walls and tubs

Look, it was fine for what it is... A motel. Did my room smell like BO and I needed to buy air fresheners? Sure. Was my floor not washed to the point of feeling slimy/slippery and I bought wipes to clean the pathway I walked, including in the bathroom and it came away black? Sure. Did the walls in the bathroom have spots that looked like dried pee on the walls that was explained to me were actually paint drops? Sure. The bed was comfy enough, the pillows were fine. TV worked, lights worked, bathroom worked. Even had a fan in the bathroom, something bigger hotels never have!TV and microwave in the room worked. Was it what I needed? Yep. Was it bug free? Yep (I ALWAYS check for bed bugs). So, while not the nicest stay I\'ve ever had, and even though I left 2 days early but still had to pay for my entire stay... It got the job done. Could have used hangers in the room, and I definitely needed an iron and ironing board. Some of the rules they have were odd, and there was no option of "do not disturb" at all... Overall, on a budget, it\'s not bad, but if you can afford a little better... Do that instead.

Was okay for a one night stay. However it was quite dirty. The bathroom walls had drip stains, the floors were covered in hair (that wasn’t mine) and I even found a blonde strand of hair in the bed sheets.

Room wasnt as clean as it could be. Dont think sheets were changed from last guest that stayed. Found lots of hair in the bed. Hair stuck to shower walls.

Room was dirty coffee stain rings on night stand, large foreign object under desk, smelly shower curtain and over scented room.

Cost of $147 for a 2 star at best MOTEL is crazy. Very small, utilitarian room. The base of the bed was a metal box that creaked each time you moved in the bed. Smallest bar of soap I have ever seen. No plugs by bed on either side.

Rooms are small, but recently renovated. Floors, walls bathroom all looked recently new. Compared to hotels in the area. Great stay for the price.

The rooms are compact and clean and the beds are comfortable. I stayed here two separate times this summer and liked the quiet atmosphere.

The bed was only on a metal cot frame, and it was very squeaky. The floors are laminate, which don’t buffer any sound whatsoever. The walls are very thin as I was woken up at 3 AM by a very loud lover next door.

Because of what I paid, I was very worried about the condition of the place. However, it was quiet, clean and easy to locate. The big big disadvantage is that they were hard to get in contact with, called over two hours and no answer.

Description was wrong. Staff is rude, there is a deposit even though it says otherwise. They actually stipulated no visitors, I don’t even know if that is legal.

I was delayed and no one answered the phone for late check in. I could not check in

You get what you pay for. I only needed a place to sleep for the night which is what i got. The beds aren’t comfortable & the walls need a paint job. Shower head was also broken but still able to shower. Convenient for a quick stay. Nothing fancy. Staff was nice, check in was quick and easy. Oh before i forget. I thought i lost the room key so my man went to the front desk for another one. They gave it to him without asking for any ID or proof of him staying in the room. I didn’t add his info to the reservation; i only put it was 2 guest with my info ofc. That was alil concerning.

Absolute sh*t hole. Dirty sheets, huge door gaps, stuff on walls. It's just a dump. They also double charged me for a room because I had booked prior to showing up. They INSISTED that I redo ot as a walk in so they could charge me a $50 incidental fee. They refuse to answer the phone when the booking service calls. I spend almost $300 to stay a dirty, rundown sh*t hole. Sleeping on the streets would be a better option

I loved the location. Perfect for everything I needed. The motel had quiet residents and the staff was very friendly.

The property seems to be in a quiet and safe location. But I do not like the lack of basic items such as a hair dryer. No breakfast was included, and when I asked for a paper cup to hold hot water, the office could not supply one.

The rooms are easy access. Though small, located in an area with good restaurants and shops. Nearby gas stations. The bathrooms are clean.

The staff was very friendly, the room had recently been painted, furnishings comfortable, all that we needed. Farmstand/store and Cumberland Farm's store/gas station were right next door within an easy walk. Would stay there again if in the area. Price was very good for a summer stay.
