I will 100% recommend this resort/ hotel to anyone who worries about how to travel and have fun keeping the kids engaged. There is food available round the clock !! ( Like literally from 7 am till 10 pm) Bar is 24hours open. Pools are prestine and many for kids of all ages and adults. The kids club has some or the other activities running all the time ! And the best part is their private beach area so close , shuttle service available ( it's just 5 min walk though), hot drinks at your disposal as well as snack !!! All included in the package My daughter has the best time for her life and we would surely visit it again and this time for 4-5 days . If you are in Antalya this is the place to stay as close to airport, excellent market around the area , a shopping mall , shops inside the hotel !! Thanks Grand park Lara

Serious safety and hygiene breaches - Family with a 9-month baby. This establishment failed to meet safety and 4-star standards. We faced a huge airport transfer failure at night despite written confirmations from the hotel management. Front desk later deactivated our room access cards as pressure to force payment for the unrendered transport, before canceling the charge in writing facing our formal proofs. The initial chamber was highly non-compliant: two sharp unshielded metal screws protruded from the bathroom wall (severe injury hazard for a child), a dried stain and hair on the mattress protector, and mold on fixtures. A requested baby bathtub was refused for the first four days. Power outages cut air conditioning during a major heatwave, causing thermal risk to our child. Front desk staff remained uncooperative. We had to fight for days to secure a clean room. In public responses, management admitted technical and cleaning teams had to intervene for the bathroom screws, deep cleaning, and baby kit delivery, confirming the initial room issues. We demand a full refund for the non-compliant nights due to severe contract breach.

Everything was very nice the room was nice, but when ordering anything from room service like shampoo or towels they sometimes forget and we’d have to call back to remind them. The shower we had very little pressure so we had to shower with the outside showers. Everything else was very nice the pool is clean and there are lots of activities to do in day with a nice private beach a 5 minute walk away
