Excellent hotel in Lara. We have been here several times before in summer. However, also in winter there are sufficient facilities to enjoy your time, including a heated outdoor swimming pool. Large and clean rooms. Very friendly staff, makes you feel welcome. Good food, with plenty of choice at the buffet and a nice bar. Less fancy than the 5 stars hotels is Lara, but you have all you need to have a relaxing holiday.

Generally a little dated .I take issue with only 1 out of 4 pools open .The Beach and all snack outlets on the Beach is currently closed as they are preparing for the Summer ,we were not aware at the time of booking .

Perfect for holidays with children. There is a lot to do for them. Also 24/7 restaurant is nice, many shops and private beach. Overall very pleasant stay. Maybe the rooms could be a bit more clean, its not dirty though.

Der Strand ist wirklich schön. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht genau am Strand ist (5 min laufen oder mit dem Shuttle 2 min). Gute Alkohol Marken also nichts gestreckt. Cocktails auch gut. Einziger Manko für mich: sehr voll. Aber gibt trotzdem genug Plätze wo auch Ruhe ist. Shows am Abend war fast immer sehr gut.

Das Hotel hat keine fünf Sterne, sondern vier, es liegt in zweiter Reihe somit nicht so gut wie die fünf Sterne Hotels gegenüber. Der Strandbereich ist jedoch vollkommen okay der Service mit einem Golfcar mitgenommen zu werden Sehr okay. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck, dass das Hotel mit gutem persönlichen servicefreundlichen Personal die Lücke zu fünf Sternen Hotels schließen möchte und das auch schafft. Fitnessraum ist lange geöffnet. Das ist sehr gut. Ganz wichtiger Aspekt: das Essen. Es ist ausgezeichnet und in guter Qualität. Hier konnten wir überhaupt keinen Unterschied zu Fünfsternehotel feststellen. Meine Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist übersichtlich Kinder gehen nicht verloren. Ich kann nur sagen, dass wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Preislich war das alles sehr okay.

The bar was well stoked, the room was not cleaned everyday as they would redo the bed with the same bedding, not wipe the floor or brush and not refill water or tea. The staff at the bar was lovely but apart from that no one really spoke or smiled. The guest services called to ask how was my holiday and I requested water which did not arrive. I also asked for some tea to be sent into the room and was told this would arrive and it did not. The bedding had some staining hence why I know it was not changed even once for my stay. They also mention having 24hr food in the tulip but this is not true. The food is average and often no sense of order so everyone is all over the place crowded. The waiters pick certain tables to serve and apart from that don’t ask anything. They charge extra for anything, a phone call etc. This could be an absolute fabulous hotel, the room layouts are lovely, despite it being very noisy at night and with construction in the morning. if small changes were made I would happily consider again. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.

Unterkunft sehr groß, viele Gebäude. Beengte Poolanlage. Spielplatz dreckig. Zimmer groß, klebriger Fußboden, verschmierte Spiegel. Obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer, roch es überall nach Rauch… vor allem in den Schlafzimmern. Essen Auswahl groß, nicht schmackhaft. Dreckige Gläser. Kaffee ungenießbar. 1 Nacht dort und keine mehr… In Russicher Hand.

This was my second visit to grand park lara and in comparison to when i came in 2022 i do feel some areas have dropped in standard eg, quality of food, service within the dining areas, and entertainment. The staff were mostly nice and friendly and the pool area had a nice and relaxed vibe. Rooms were cleaned to excellent standard. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Bon accueil, hotel familial qui a plu aux enfants, ils en ont vraiment profité. La nouriture est bonne et il y a beaucoup de choix. Plage privée de l'hotel(en travaux en ce moment pour améliorer le service de l'hotel) à 5min à pied ou avec la navette. Personne ne parle français. Très bruyant le soir car nous étions dans le bâtiment ou il y avait la discothèque, donc si vous avez des enfants demander a ne pas etre dans le batiment E ou D.

Nice hotel, but rooms were not as clean as could be. Hotel beds were terrible. Lots of food, lots of pools, good access to the beach with good facilities. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. A good hotel if you're on a more of a budget than the fancy hotels in the area cost.

We stayed in Grand Park Lara Hotel for 5 days in October 2022. The most disappointing experience was our check in at 00:10 at night. The staff member at reception Salmon was rude, disrespectful and not helpful. He put us in the farthest building even he saw my Mom was using cane and was walking with difficulties. The WiFi was not working for us till 02:30 when I was back to reception and complained about it. Salmon was again rude and disrespectful but fixed the problem. We do not believe that hotel policy is to treat their guests that way. The rest of our stay was pretty good. Next morning with the help off new receptionist we moved to building C which was much closer to everything. The beach was nice and close. Food was not bad. We would like to mention Olesya who was very helpful and polite. When we checked out and asked for taxi to airport we got again problem: taxi driver was asking double price. We refused and asked for another one: the next driver from the same taxi company asked even more. It looks like some staff members were participating in that business. We hope the management will try to fix these issues.

Very good hotel in Lara. It is less luxurious compared to the 5 star hotels around. However, great pools, nice private beach on easy walking distance. Staff extremely friendly supportive and happy. A lot of food options, crowded at evening at the main restaurants, but you always can go to one of the other restaurants or book ala carte (only 15 euro pp, definitely worth it!). Also, other guest are friendly an enjoying the stay. I definitely go there again! Good value for money!

Very good value for money. Several swimming pools and a nice private beach. Multiple restaurants and bars, with very good food and a diversity of snacks. Large and clean rooms that are divided over several building that have there own additional lobby with bar. Very helpful and friendly staff. To summarize: not the luxury of some of the other hotels in Lara, but it has all what you want and need for a great beach holiday!

Horror! Wir haben ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht und an der Rezeption wurde uns ein größeres Family Delux Zimmer angeboten ohne Aufpreis. Bisdahin war alles gut...dann haben wir das Zimmer gesehen...das zimmer war alles aber nicht Deluxe!!!! Die MiniBar ein einfacher Kühlschrank hingestellt die Einrichtung auch alles andere als Deluxe! Die Gardinen hängen zum Teil runter! Balkontür defekt! Steckdosen hängen raus...Zimmer nicht sauber. An der Wand im Bad waren noch Haare von den Vorgänger...Eklig! Das Wasser in der Dusche fließt kaum ab. Und dann noch der gestank vom Abfluss! Im Flur zum Zimmer und dann auch das Zimmer, scheuslich!!! Die Toilettenspülung hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert und das Wasser von der Klimaanlage hat auch getropft! Nach der Beschwerde bei der Rezeption, kaum Interesse an den Problematiken, nur mit Ausreden versucht alles gut zu reden. Ob wir nicht wüssten wieviele Gäste kommen und gehen würden... Unglaublich! Ich empfehle keinem dieses Hotel, abzocke und überfüllt. Und vorallem für das was wir bezahlt haben! Wie dieses Hotel zu den 5 Sternen kommt, wüsste ich gerne! Glaubt mir in einer Pension hätte man mehr komfort und Sauberkeit als wie in diesem Grand park Lara Hotel! Keine 5 Sterne!

The room had a strong smell pf 'Toilet' on entry & when i contacted guest services they just said it was because of the wind. I asked about changing rooms and was advised it would be the same in all rooms. That evening when i was chatting to other guests this just wasnt the case and i felt very let down by the hotel and the nonchalant way i was dealt with. Hospitality staff in the bar were always visible and easy to obtain drinks from, unfortunately this was not the case in the restaurants. On check in were werent advised about wifi...also it states on the hotel profile they provide an airport shuttle which was the sole reason i booked this hotel and it doesn't.

Being a Platinum customer and having stayed in Lara Beach before I felt this experience was awful. The service was just so poor in comparison to the other hotels we have stayed in.Room upgrade was a family room and nothing to shout about with a crap view, I went to ask for a room change and they did not accomodate my request luckily was only here 4 nights otherwise I would have been very upset. The staff were not welcoming and the night staff where we requested a later check out by 30mins had an attitude. Not a hotel I would recommend unfortunately being a regular traveller I together with my husband felt dissappointed.

Sehr gutes Personal. Große essensauswahl auch wenn nicht alles perfekt ist findet man immer ein Gericht das man mag. Der Weg bis zum Strand ist sehr schmutzig da es Bauarbeiten gibt.

Honest review! This hotel has been an amazing experience since the minute we walked in. From the security at the doors. To the check in point. Treated like a king. Rooms are brilliant. Absolute spotless. The food is amazing. They have a massive massive selection of meat. Fruit. Veg. Juice. Beer. Abolsute everything you need. HONESTLY. ! you won’t disagree. I am usually fussy .. but I cannot fault any of it. It’s GORGEOUS 5* all day. Easy.

I don’t have enough characters but to sum up, food was terrible and with a cows milk intolerance there was barely anything I could eat. Personally I’d say it was more like a 3* hotel based off the food alone, no way should this be considered a 4*. They say you get what you paid for but we paid the price of a 4* hotel, so expected better food.

Food has same taste all the time. Very less options for vegetarians. Food gets finished if you come late but within allocated time. Way too much oily food. Desert hardly has any taste. Lot of time key doesn’t open the door. Cleanliness is modt i øiked otherwise gor such huge money its not worth. Game room was not open for kids.
