The valet-only parking for the car was terrible. They basically hold your car hostage from you and everytime you need to even just get something from your car they have to drive it all the way down for you. There was zero available parking on the road near the hotel and I just needed access to my car at all times and I didn’t have that. The valet guys were rude and unfriendly and seemed bothered every time I needed to get to my car. We had a lot of stuff for our cruise and needed to have that access to the car. It was a nightmare and I would never stay there again. The breakfast was also a joke. They didn’t even have any muffins or granola bars. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal and yogurt was about all they had. I would have preferred a quick continental breakfast. Just overall hated staying there. The toilet in our room also had issues flushing. The area around the hotel was sketchy and felt unsafe.

Only looked at hotels with pools and upon checking in told pool closed until 2 or 3ish. That was ok but then at 4ish told pool and outdoor decks would remain closed. Shame shame shame. Could have picked cheaper options without pools had we known

A quick overnight before cruise. It wasn’t as close to the Brickell area as I was led to believe by reading. We took a free trolley down for dinner and they quit early, leaving us to walk back. Sunday. A shuttle was offered for the cruise, $15 per person. Pool area nice, we did not use. Room clean and small. No closet, no coffee pot. Breakfast was nuts busy, my husband went down. I usually just have some fruit or a pastry and he said they had neither. The only person we dealt with was a young girl. Didn’t get her name but she was great.

Lovely to sit out by the pool. Large breakfast selection complimentary. 24/7 coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate downstairs. Their air freshener through out the hotel is heavenly! Note…..room is small and there is no safe. No closet. Didn’t bother us. We were headed out on a cruise in a couple days,

This is an overnight stay. They don’t have closets, ice buckets, a safe. 2 sets of towels, very thin sheets and blanket on a very firm bed. Very minimalistic. They do have a fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, a big tv, and a nice staff. Our A/C sounded like a plane taking off every time it turned on. The lobby is very colorful like a kid’s area with hard plastic chairs. Free breakfast is just ok. Coffee 24/7. We just stay here prior to catching a cruise. Wouldn’t stay here long term. There’s nothing to do around the hotel.

Check in process was amazing both front desk people were professional , friendly, helpful. They were offering dinner suggestions and making reservations for another couple when we checked in. They allowed us to store our bags when we arrived before our room was ready. The next morning was a complete disaster. The guy at the front desk clearly was not usually there nor knew how to operate the computer. People waited so long to check out they asked the only other employee there which was a doorman. He had post it notes all over the desk because he didn’t know how to address any concerns and when I asked for a late check out he said they would let me know. When I check in an hour later to ask they call me as I was leaving he rudely in a huff replied that they didn’t have any ability for a late check out but he hadn’t spoken to any other employee or used the computer to actually check. I will NEVER return to this hotel it was so unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

The room set up was great and my favorite part was the mirror in the bathroom. The shower doors did not catch all the water and there was always a pool in between the toilet and shower but it didn't bother me just wanted to let you know that so it doesn't cause any leaks. One night I couldn't sleep so decided to come down to the busniess center around 1 am to do some work. The security guard being there made me feel so comfortable as I was not from the area and felt on my own. I noticed when I got there that I was in the minority as a female guests but I never felt uncomfortable and I truly truly appreciate that. I believe the guy working the front desk at the time was named Robert and he was able to help me trouble shoot some printing issues I was having and honestly the class I was teaching for work would not have gone as smoothly without him. All the staff were courteous and said hello. There were no areas of the hotel that seemed neglected and everywhere had a fresh and inviting look. The breakfast options were great- gluten and I don't get along and there was plenty of options for me. All in all when I come back to the Miami area for work I will be choosing this hotel as well as recommending it for other coworkers that travel. Thank you!!

The property is fine, but we received terrible service, especially from the Valet Dept. As soon as we arrived, valet attendant just starred at us, while we waited in our car for direction. We were confused & felt very unwelcome. Later, when asked for our car, valet parker couldn’t figure out emergency break & kept turning on & turning off car. When approached about it expressing concern, valet parker just laughed it off. Next day, the same thing happened & this time, car was brought to us with the emergency break still on, so one can imagine the loud squeaky noise the car was making. When we asked for a manager, we were told that there was no manager on duty. Mind you, this was at around 5:00 PM on a Monday at a 24/7 business. When my boyfriend called the assistant manager next day, she made him out to be a liar. Was so disappointed as the reason we stayed at this hotel was because it had the Hilton name, but the service here certainly did not live up to the Hilton name.
