We had an easy check in at 3am. The room was clean and comfy. We had oceanfront balcony and enjoyed our lengthy stay. This is our third time at this property and always enjoy.

It was an okay place to stay at! The view of the beach I had was really nice! There was no trash can in the room, had 2 tiny spider webs around the sink area, no comforters on beds, the shower was not too great, the back bedroom had a vent that kept blowing cool air out of especially at on the windows were can see you at night sleeping.

The room we got looked nothing like the rooms on line. The wi-fi was down and you had to look at shows on the antenna. We came back from dinner the 1st night and the bathroom was full of roaches. The price on hotels.com was 146 and some change, but got charged 199 and change, the desk clerk said they don't deal with hotels.com. During check in the clerk just laid my paperwork on the desk and when I asked about the wi-fi she rudely looked at me and said it's on the paper and proceeded to look past me to the next customer. I called with a complaint about the wi-fi and she said she put in a note for maintenance the next morning but 3 days later still no one showed up. The balcony floor had black mold and the entrance door was about 3 inches from the base of the floor. Last night we watched a huge roach with wings go up the wall. I've never stayed in a room like this before, 💯 totally dissatisfied. I don't know where the nice rooms were, although the had a second tower next door.
