Roaches crawling in the room. Hair still in the tub & floor. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Observe a juicy rat run through the lobby. On a better note, drinks at the restaurant was great. Sana was a great server. The reception, young man told me he could have maintenance spray the room, the room would have to be vacated for 2hrs & unfortunately roaches is normal. My response was, OK! Will not being staying at the Dunes! Then the internet service was down the last 2 days of my stay.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem I had was the bed was hard. But that’s my opinion

Room was clean but missing remote for a TV that never came. Also air felt like it went out for a bit. We had issues with the WiFi. Network went down a few times but was fixed same day. Overall nice stay, nice location. Friendly staff, restaurant was good.
