Absolutely refreshing and relaxing stay. The lobby smells amazing! Thank you very much for the whole experience. Breakfast was delicious! Parking was great and free! Convenient to Publix and delicious Giovanni's! Best trip to Orlando and all slept comfortably! I will choose this line of hotel in my next travels.

Spring Hill Suites are very predictable in a good way. Modern layout and friendly service. Some have a small restaurant and bar and some don’t. This one didn’t but had a decent breakfast. Conveniently located by the freeway and airport in a safe location. I’d stay here again for sure!

Great hotel! Check in was very quick, lobby was clean, staff was friendly, and we felt very safe! They even had a UV disinfectant box in the room to disinfect the TV remote, your cell phone, etc, which I thought was a nice touch! We briefly stopped by the breakfast and it was nice with a lot of options. We had our toddler son with us and they gave him apple juice at check-in, which made his day! Would definitly recommend for travel with kids.

Very nice and very clean, rooms are very modern. Breakfast was very good but was a little limited in selection. Uv disinfectant box was broken. Bathroom toilet paper holder was a little wobbly but that's minor. Overall it is an excellent hotel to stay at.

Very clean and nice. Breakfast fantastic. Staff outstanding. Bathroom did have some pubic hairs on the floor in front of the shower entrance, gross. Bathroom fan wasn't working. Bathroom lighting....there really should be a way to have a "night-light" turn on, or just the shower light by itself, not everything together. Then again with that frosted door you'd probably still end up with too much light coming into the bedroom. We were traveling with our kid, so the frosted door wasn't so swift as far as privacy for my wife. Overall I'd definitely ditch that door style on future properties.

I did not like the fact that no one came to clean the room my entire stay at the hotel. I was told I was scheduled for a “refresh” of the room on day two or three and it never happened. I called to confirm the guy at the front counter assured me my room would be cleaned. I came back to dirty towels, no tissue and no “refresh” of my room as promised. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or still pulling the Covid card but don’t waste your time if you want your room cleaned daily. Hotel wasn’t so bad esthetically (fairly new) but I think at minimum I should not have to go down and request towels, washcloths and tissue on your stay.

Location, location, location! This property is conveniently located approx 10 mins driving distance from the heart of Lake Nona. Publix is also located within the same shpping center, 7-Eleven, Wawa and El Car Wash a couple of blocks out on the same road. The room was ample and the bedding super comfortable, clean, staff very attentive and very good breakfast served daily. Looking forward to our return in the near future.

I loved everything about this hotel except that the it was extremely cold in the room and hotel. I ended up turning the thermostat off, and that was better than having it on. Ran into someone in the elevator who also mentioned it’s freezing in their room. That when I realized it wasn’t just me. However breakfast was amazing and staff was very helpful and friendly. There a restaurant nearby, whatever you do don’t eat the chicken. The hotel was a 9 out of 10 for me.

The lightening was not set up right. If someone has to go to the bathroom at night the light from the bathroom is too bright. You could not turn on the smaller light in the bathroom. We were in 112 so not sure if it was the same in other rooms. Wiring appeared to be off on the lights

10 minutes for MCO. A place to stay for 2-4 nights. Not super close to any main touristy areas so it’s nice a quiet. Close to a Publix and breakfast is included. The only thing that threw us off was we moved our temperature to 70 and it smelt like burning, we figured at a certain temperature it kicks the heater.

Hotel was decent for an overnight stay for a medical procedure in the morning nearby at Nemours. Unfortunately we had a 6am check in time at the hospital, so we didn't get any breakfast at the hotel. That isn't the hotels fault though. Overall it was a decent stay. Room was very spacous which is great for wheelchair users. Only additional comment i can make is that the room didn't have a closet with extra bedding for the fold out bed.

The fridge in the room was really small. The rooms also were quite small- home 2 suites are better. Will be staying there as opposed to the marriot in the future.

I went to the front desk and asked David for a 5:30am wake up call. He said "done" and we didn't get a wake up call. We came very close to missing our flight. This is a airport hotel and completely unacceptable. David was still there in the morning and he said sorry, that he was really busy that night however when I spoke to him there wasn't another person around!? Checked in on Saturday with no hassle with friendly staff. Had a quiet and pleasant weekend stay and would recommend this location to all of my friends and family looking for a place to stay in this area. Best stay we’ve had in a while and will be looking forward for our next visit.

We’re staying here one night as it’s close to the airport. It’s conveniently located next to a Publix supermarket and a Chase bank (I have a Chase account for use when abroad). There’s also a decent Italian restaurant next door as well.

This hotel was very new and clean! The staff were lovely. The free breakfast was really great. There were so many hot and cold options for our family to eat. We had a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed and it was perfect for our family with three kids and a baby. We had lots of space and enjoyed a movie. Parking was easy. The food from a restaurant next door was very good. Overall, wonderful experience. Very quick to the airport. I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing property! So clean and immaculately maintained. There’s a Wawa and Publix literally in the parking lot nearby and the area was so nice! Breakfast was super tasty and staff were so helpful and very friendly. A great stay overall and would definitely stay here again in the future!
