Room lock was broken four times during our 7-night stay. Each time, we lost over an hour waiting for maintenance. I have video evidence. This is the bare minimum expected from any hotel, let alone a supposed 5-star. The beds are uncomfortable with saggy mattresses. Housekeeping ignored the sign on our door daily -- we had to go to reception every single day just to get our room cleaned. At the à la carte restaurant, there was zero crowd management at opening. People pushed and shoved with no staff present. A stranger sat at our table for over an hour and no one intervened. We waited 30 more minutes for the first dish. Total: 2h30 wasted for one meal. The buffet is identical every day. At least a quarter of the dishes are reheated frozen food. Fresh produce is rare, desserts are consistently bad. The surrounding area is cash only, euros only, with ATM fees everywhere. Closest real option is Antalya. For 2400€ for 4 people, this is completely unacceptable. Do not trust the star rating.

This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages. The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink. The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families. Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!
