It was a novelty to stay in such a traditional-style house. For what we paid, it was very comfortable and had great service. The breakfast was really nice, and we loved the courtyard. The owner offered us a small dish of kofta and rice, which was delicious! The parking was a bit challenging. The street was very narrow, and the hotel didn't have many designated parking spots.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir durften unsere Fahrräder in den Innenhof stellen. Sehr zentrale Lage. Schöner Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist mit Bett und einem Stuhl eher spärlich ausgerüstet. Ein kleiner Tisch oder Regal würde helfen. Auch im Bad leider keine Stange um die Badetücher aufzuhängen.

The hotel was good with a nice, big, fat breakfast but the parking is a challenge as it is located inside a very narrow alley. The rooms are ok. But too cold without any heater.. We went there in May 2025. And it was really cold.

Major pluses: excellent breakfast & very cordial staff. Unfortunately it was end of the season so we were somewhat neglected. Bathroom hardware was broken so we had to hand hold the shower head. Moreover there was a continuous odour of sewage coming up the floor drain — p-traps? Courtyard had potential; we sat out there for 30 min hoping for a coffee or drink but none were offered — clearly staff just ignored us.

Location bellissima e caratteristica, i gestori parlano poco inglese, ma sono super disponibili e premurosi, la colazione abbondante e lei è un ottima cuoca, tutto era davvero delizioso. Accoglienza magnifica e la sala comune e il giardino sono fantastici! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!!

The house and courtyard are cozy and pleasant, we were created very friendly, the family room we found small and there was not much space to move around, we (a group of 3) are traveling long term and it was a challenge to find space for the luggage, price for the room we found too much We loved the garden and the host couple are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is amazing, location is great

The stay was perfectly comfortable. Room was a bit small and overall could use a deep cleaning, it felt a bit dusty, but that's to be expected with a small pension in a historic building! The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The garden area is absolutely lovely and such a nice place to spend mornings and evenings. The location is also great.

Oturma alanları zevkli oluşturulmuş ve rahatlatıcı. Sıcacık, doğal, yapmacıksız, nezih bir ortam. Hizmet güleryüzlü ve aileniz gibi hissediyorsunuz. Konum güzel. Yürüyerek merkeze rahatlıkla ulaşılıyor. Bergama Müzesi yürüyerek en fazla 10 dk. Kızıl Avlu çok yakın. Bir tüyo; yer sahibinin Taxi'si var ve istediğiniz zaman anında hizmetinizde 😀 Biz çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltıları unutamıyoruz. Aileye teşekkür ederiz.

Çok eski bir binanın dışı restore edilmiş ama içinin çok bakıma ihtiyacı var. Odada dolap yok, giysi asamıyorsunuz. Her şey çok eski. Eski eşya koyma hevesi braz abartılmış. Ayakkabılar binaya girmeden çıkartılıp aşağıda bırakılıyor. Ama yerler o kadar da temiz görünmüyor. Kahvaltı zengin, ev yapımı reçeller, pişi, bal kaymak ve çığırtma güzel. Aldığımız hizmete karşılık ödediğimiz para fazla geldi.

Otele gitmeden bir gün önce arayıp bir aksilik olup olmadığını teyit etmeme rağmen vardığımız da temizlik sorunu ile karşılaştık.Rezervasyon yaptığımız oda pisti,sorunu dile getirdiğimiz de bize yanlış oda verildiğini söylediler halbuki rezervasyon yaptığım oda burasıydi.Yarim saate yakin başka odanin temizliğinin bitmesini bekledik, başka odaya aldılar lakin odanin banyosu cok kullanişsiz lavabo küçücük elini yıkarken ayaklarin islaniyor,mini duş jeli şampuan vs yok. tek kullanımlık terlik yok,istedigimde plastik wc terliği verdiler.Yataklar temizdi lakin üç gün boyunca ne havlu değişimi yapıldı ne de oda temizliği.Kahvalti hizli ve doyurucu idi.Sicak su ihtiyacimiz kettle ile hemen karşılandı.Fiyat performans yeri fazla birşey beklemeyin. There was no privacy in the bathroom! My girlfriend really didn't like this. The door would not properly close, leaving a gap of >5cm, furthermore, there was glass in the door, which also doesn't result in a lot of privacy! Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice.

The Pension was charming and the owners family were very helpful and kind. The bathroom sink was really tiny so it was impossible to use without splashing water. The garden and breakfast were really the highlight and very good. Overall a happy stay and good value for money.

Major pluses: excellent breakfast & very cordial staff. Unfortunately it was end of the season so we were somewhat neglected. Bathroom hardware was broken so we had to hand hold the shower head. Moreover there was a continuous odour of sewage coming up the floor drain — p-traps? Courtyard had potential; we sat out there for 30 min hoping for a coffee or drink but none were offered — clearly staff just ignored us.

Delicious and rich breakfast. THANK YOU! Very kind owners. Very clean. I was thanks to the owner driven by his taxi to the central Bergama bus stop for 310 TL. Only criticism, but still giving 5 stars rating: The hostel owner recommended me to a bus tour operator and they charged me 500 TL !!! for the distance from Bergama to Çanakkale. As a reference: Passengers paid 650 TL from İzmir to Çanakkale. My wish is that my host can make sure that if he recommends me that I am not ripped off but treated like other passengers. Thank you.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir durften unsere Fahrräder in den Innenhof stellen. Sehr zentrale Lage. Schöner Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist mit Bett und einem Stuhl eher spärlich ausgerüstet. Ein kleiner Tisch oder Regal würde helfen. Auch im Bad leider keine Stange um die Badetücher aufzuhängen.

The hotel was good with a nice, big, fat breakfast but the parking is a challenge as it is located inside a very narrow alley. The rooms are ok. But too cold without any heater.. We went there in May 2025. And it was really cold.

The house and courtyard are cozy and pleasant, we were created very friendly, the family room we found small and there was not much space to move around, we (a group of 3) are traveling long term and it was a challenge to find space for the luggage, price for the room we found too much We loved the garden and the host couple are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is amazing, location is great

The stay was perfectly comfortable. Room was a bit small and overall could use a deep cleaning, it felt a bit dusty, but that's to be expected with a small pension in a historic building! It was fun staying in the Pergamon Pension! Old buildings and rooms in the city centers have a lot of character and make for memorable stays. Since we couldn't find parking on the street, the host let us park in their garage. Breakfast was buffet-style but the food was home-cooked. The host family was friendly and we enjoyed interacting with them.

Google Maps didn't steer us well, and parking was very cramped. We were asked to park in an Otopark, luckily nearby. Nice large room but a bit dated. Helpful staff gave us directions and a lovely breakfast.

I have stayed here three times. Each time has been a very enjoyable stay in Bergama and this guest house. I have stayed at nearly 100 hotels and guest houses in Turkey now and this is in the top five for me.
