The property was very nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a bottle of wine and snacks for our anniversary celebration which was very generous of them. Parking and getting to the hotel is a bit tricky but it's a Valet parking free of charge so was very helpful.

Otelin otoparkı yok. Yolda valeler bekliyormuş ama bunu müşteriler bilmiyor. Oteli arayıp sorduğumda resepsiyondaki arkadaşın konuşma tarzı gerçekten aşağlayıcı tavrı vardı. Otelde konaklama birdaha kesinlikle yapmam. Bence resepsiyondaki çok bilmiş ukala arkadaş otelin güzelliğinı örtmuş.

This was an outstanding stay. The hotel is right on the water, our room overlooked the large bay of Izmir. The room was so well appointed, quality, comfy linens and bedding. Excellent temperature control. The morning breakfast offered a pretty large variety of items and omelette were made to order. They had toiletries available that we had forgotten. Wonderful shower and water pressure. Spotlessly clean. Modern and stylish. We would certainly return.

Harika ama bir önemli kusurla: klima çalıştığında odaya sigara dumanı çekiyor. Tahminimce sigara içilen odalar var ve klima sistemindeki bir arıza sebebiyle odalardaki havayı birbirine götürüyor. Şehir tarafındaki odalarda klimasız yaşamak mümkün değil; çünkü pencereleri gürültüden dolayı açmak imkansız. O kadar ki, pencerelerin kapalı olması bile bazen yetmiyor çünkü yakınlarda aşırı gürültü eden bir işletme var. Şehrin göbeğinde bu gürültüye polis gelmeyişi insanı hayrete düşürüyor. Velhasıl, bir otel odasının birincil ve en önemli faydası misafirini iyi uyutmaktır ve yukarıdaki sebeplerden bunu sağlayamadı.

Hôtel haut-de-gamme. Excellent service du personnel. Seule recommandation: ne pas louer une chambre donnant sur la rue car c’est un boulevard principal de la ville passablement bruyant, même si les fenêtres sont fermées. Nous avons changé de chambre après la première nuit, pour avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer, et ça en a vraiment valu le surcoût.

Very helpful staff, nice rooms except the hotel and lighting were so dark that I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. Possibly some people would like the dark halls and room decor? Good location in Izmir and nice walking area along the water.

Great location. Breakfast not great, best to walk 5 min to pier for breakfast. Roma was clean but we were on city view side so there was a lot of traffic noise. Our room was much smaller than the others in our price range. I peeked at the others so don’t stay in room 302.

My experience at The Key Hotel was perfect. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and dedication of the entire staff were outstanding. I especially want to highlight the concierge team at the door—10 stars for them! I was traveling with my baby and a stroller, and every time I arrived or left, they kindly helped carry the stroller up and down the entrance stairs, which are about 15–20 steps. Their kindness and willingness to assist made all the difference. Thank you for such warm and professional service!

Beautiful property, great location few minutes walking from Kamak clock tower and north pier (a lot of great restaurants). This boutique hotel is well maintained, great staff in the reception, they made sure to arrange breakfast bags for us all the days we had super early tours, gentlemen in the restaurant/bar was super attentive to us. Definitely recommend the hotel and we will use the hotel again when we visit Izmir again.

Very close to the pier and waterfront and also just a few minutes away from the bustle of the market. Unfortunately it can be loud outside, but it does eventually stop around midnight so you should be able to sleep without an issue unless you go to be early. Hotel is clean and has all the amenities you could need, but would be nice if breakfast were included in the basic rate.

Odaların güneş alması harika, istenildiğinde dark moda’a alıp güzel bir uyku çekilebilir. Kahvaltıyı denize bakarak yapmak çok keyifli. Çeşitlilik yeterli, sıcak ürünler ve içecekler de öyle. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü.

The hotel is by the side of Izmir harbor and lose to everything! Good restaurants on both sides of the hotel along the harbor. Konak Square and the Old Town are 10 minutes walk. Light rails stops are close by and the light rails can take you everywhere. The fair is about US$0.47 and you can pay at the gate with a valid credit card.

This hotel was….interesting. It is sleek and sexy with black shiny, slick surfaces. But along with that look comes a cold austere vibe with hard edges that lacks a cozy welcoming feel. There is really no lobby space. The hotel seems to have been a bank or something in its former life because there is a completely pointless atrium that is basically closed off on the top and bottom that just takes up space. So no place to sit and work. The breakfast is prohibitively pricey. There is nothing at all that is authentic Türkiye, you may as well be anywhere for how it feels and looks inside. Lastly, they pump deodorizer in the air that I imagine is filled chemicals I’d rather do without. The place is clean and modern, but it’s just not my kind of place.
