Maid came in every day we stayed whice was good. The shuttle was more of an inconvenience because it only had 4 departure times to universal and 4 times available for arriving back at the hotel. It would be a leave early before the park closed or late to arrive at Universal sort of situation so we had to pay for parking. Also the hotel did not count for early entry but that's all the issues we had. If you have an annual pass for Universal this hotel is perfect. The staff was wonderful all during our stay, pool and hot tub were well maintained. Our rooms shower didn't work but we had a tub so we took baths which isn't the worst thing when you've been at the parks all day. Food was good. No complaints there. Room was clean, comfortable, wifi and parking were good and free.

Check in was easy and fast. The lobby was clean and with lots of small amenities. Our room was clean and spacious. We stayed for 3 days and every day were greeted by wonderful staff, had beautiful meals (breakfast and “dinner”) and had the available popcorn and fountain drinks. We also had some alcoholic beverages that were included in our fair.. the pool was nice and clean and the gym had everything needed for a small workout. Overall, we loved it.

Great hotel, friendly staff, much more than we anticipated, as got free evening meals and 3 free bar drinks....but not what we would necessarily drink, but still great offer, free soda, free popcorn, plenty of choice for breakfast, and evening meal decent. Room was nice, nice pool which is heated, very large hot tub, very nice and warm. Only possible issue was all the roadworks as building a new Disney park nearby. Ideal location for parks and shopping.

Great standard class hotel only 10 mins from Universal Stuidios by the courtesy bus which is a bonus when it’s $32 to park at Universal. Nice size rooms and a good choice at breakfast although it does get very busy. Free parking at the hotel which is good. All round a good solid choice as a bar in Orlando, not a resort hotel, but it does have a pool and the staff are super friendly. There is a ‘kick back’ slot every evening from I think 5ish to 7ish, free popcorn, soda, light snacks and alcoholic drinks.

We have just had a stay at this hotel. The front of the hotel looks onto the i4 and the back of the hotel has a busy 4 lane road behind it. You will need to take ear plugs or you won’t sleep. The room are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great but very busy at the weekend. The pool is very small and there is limited seating. There are plenty of towels to use at the pool. There is a small area by reception where you can buy drinks, ice creams and snacks.

The entire staff is friendly and wonderful. We were delighted; it's definitely our favorite hotel in Orlando.

Enjoyed our stay... well worth the cost. Staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was convenient, and the free parking was an added perk. Our room window was so fogged up that you were unable to look outside. I had to twice ask for housekeeping and they were saying that the housekeeper was unavailable. They would have cleaned our room twice in 6 nights. I was told to ask for housekeeping 24 hours in advance. I stayed at other Drury’s and this one was terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Drury in Disney Springs!

Location was busy but convenient. Breakfast was really nice as was evening buffet & drinks. We were on highway side and traffic noise Friday evening was loud, light sleepers should avoid. Consistently Great Stay – Our Go-To Hotel in Orlando We recently returned to the Drury Inn & Suites near Universal Orlando Resort and once again had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — close to Universal Studios, shopping, and a variety of dining options, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxation and fun. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff are always warm, friendly, and eager to help. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who generously upgraded our room in recognition of us being return guests. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued and appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job! The pool area is clean and inviting, a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. It’s always a highlight of our stay, especially for the kids. As much as we love coming here, we did notice a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, especially for guests staying multiple nights. Also, parking can get a little tight during high season, so it’s best to plan accordingly if you're returning later in the evening. Despite these small issues, Drury Inn & Suites remains our favorite place to stay in Orlando. We appreciate the consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort — and the fact that the staff truly go the extra mile. We’ll definitely continue coming back every year!
