The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the continental breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel appeared clean; however, there were a few issues with our room. The floors had deep scratches, we found someone else’s hair on the towels, and the curtains were broken and would not close completely. With better attention to these maintenance and housekeeping details, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

When I told the desk clerk the ice machine on the 4th floor she told there was only one working ice machine, on the first floor. Really? In a five story hotel only one ice machine?
