I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was ideally located in the city center, and the price was reasonable, especially considering that Aydin has limited hotel options with similar amenities. The reception staff was very friendly; they welcomed me warmly and assisted with check-in, as well as offering helpful tips for getting around the city. The rooms were clean and featured a beautiful view of the sunset. There was also a cute café downstairs, perfect for relaxing or working. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Aydin.

Well, apparently their system didn’t connect to hotels.com’s system accurately so when I made a last minute reservation at 11pm and showed up at 11:30, they didn’t expect or have the appropriate room for me. I slept in a triple room with a dingy bathroom and an emergency stairwell for a view with broken locks on the windows that made me feel unsafe concerning security with potential access my room while sleeping. I told this to the guy who took over for the girl who checked me in and he was basically unconcerned. I felt claustrophobic and smelled smoke which made it hard to sleep. I was pretty unhappy and upon leaving I mentioned a few of these things. The manager on duty took good care of me and made things right therefore redeeming some of the previously felt frustration. Good job taking this from quite a negative review to me walking away still wanting to review with truth but feeling there was some redemption of my stay in the end.

Hotel staff was friendly. But parking was a nightmare. Very small room for three people. The free breakfast was not good. The front desk people doesn't speak English. Had to use google translate for everything. The room service pressed my husband'sjacket and shirt and that was nice. And did not charge us for it. Overall nice place.
