Wonderful hospitality at the Cornell Inn. Baked goods to greet you everyday and very nice outdoor decks for relaxing. Our superior queen room had its own deck and fireplace!

Very homey feel, staff is very friendly and seem to really want to please. There were at least 20 stairs (no elevator) to the room we stayed in accessible from outside the building. This should be noted in description of room as some may not be able to navigate.

Such a cute Inn! The grounds are really lovely with outdoor seating, a big deck, and a charming waterfall. The suite itself was big, with a second-floor lofted bedroom and small first-floor kitchen with living room area. The service here was really the icing on the cake, with the front desk and the breakfast wait staff being very hospitable and friendly. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks in the evening and the bottle of wine in the room! We went to a Sunday afternoon tanglewood performance, so were able to wait on the lawn until the traffic died down, and it was only a 10 minute drive to The Cornell

We were greeted warmly upon arrival with hot beverages and brownies. There were bakery items available all during our stay, and the property features a quaint little bar with many offerings. The breakfast was served in a bright and very well-appointed room with a fireplace and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was very nicely presented and delicious. This is a wonderful bed and breakfast at a very affordable price. Will definitely return.

Nice property and people, they shouldn't, however, list that they have a bar and restaurant. The restaurant is breakfast only and the bar is limited options and not a true bar. Nice breakfast and venue though.

We were there only one night, but easily could have stayed a week. The inn is comfortable, close to downtown. The room and bed were great. Everything clean and tasteful. The staff members are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. Great patio with evening drink of sangria. Wonderful location.

It was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time we’re in the area.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the food was great. Would absolutely recommend staying here for anyone looking to enjoy some time away in a great part of the Berkshires.

Check-in was very welcoming. Room was ready and lovely. Spacious, clean, corner turret serving as desk and seating area was a bonus. Complementary breakfast was delicious and served restaurant style; a very pleasant start to the day. It was a very comfortable stay.

Liked it was very quiet Did not like all the flights of steps to get to room and up more steep steps to bathroom and bed room from living area. Did not like teeny tiny bathroom with mirror hung very low at chest height rather than head height.

The property is charming, but my room definitely was not. I felt like I was in a motor lodge because it was a small confiding space with sounds of the road and people walking by all of the time. I definitely was not the charm I was looking for when I picked this property. It looked like it had been a quick and dirty rehab, and the LED lights were pretty awful.

Was unable to sleep all night due to horrible mattress and pillows. Mattress is very soft, very bad quality. Pillow is very thick and firm. Bathroom door doesn’t lock. Old building, our room was with uneven floor.

This has got to be the MOST overpriced property in Lenox. We paid close to $900/night for a tiny room, like a motel room. Right on a main road with heavy traffic and had to keep our blinds closed. Bathroom was so small that there was no space for towels. No bottled water in the room.When we asked if we could swap the complimentary red wine in the room for a bottle of sparkling wine, the desk clerk said "nice try". And this for over $800/night :( Expedia -- very disappointed with your recommendation.

What a pleasure it was to stay at the Cornell Inn! Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but one can definitely get a sense of how a property is even in a shorter timeframe. Now, the real gem at this property is the staff! From our check-in experience with Lorie to our F&B server, Lindsey whi went waaaaay out of her way to help us with an issue we had, and to Paige, front desk assistant manager who tied everything together and made our experience even that much better. I wish I would have gotten our servers name too, she was absolutely delightful! The property is of course important, and very well maintained and made to feel like home. But as I said, all the staff we had the pleasure to interact with took it to the next level. They were all professional, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and I could keep going on but the idea is there, they make Cornell Inn what it is. Well done! We will be back, and will recommend this to anyone who is visiting nearby! Thank you all so very much! Stacey & Mark

Great place, wish we stayed more than one night. Staff is super friendly and made us feel very welcomed, room was immaculate and nicely appointed, fireplace in room, complimentary bottle of wine and excellent breakfast included. They also had a cognac tasting which we unfortunately could not attend. Highly recommend the Cornell Inn.

Our stay at the Cornell Inn was absolutely perfect. 10 minute walk to the town center and so many great dining options nearby. The Inn itself has a charming, cozy atmosphere and our room was lush. The complimentary drinks and amenities were also wonderful. I would highly recommend this lovely little spot in Lenox.

Beautiful breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, spotless facilities. The downside is the location. It is not in town, just outside, up a hill that I would not have wanted to walk if the weather were wintery. The traffic whizzes by at 40-50mph through the day and evening which was surprising. Room may have been accessible- oddly laid out with only room for one bedside table on one side due to space limits, but bathroom enormous. I did end up spilling coffee on myself as a result- sorry to the cleaners! For both of us to enter room together, one person had to come in, one person had to head left and stand by bedside table then the second person close outside door so we could then enter the room. It was beautifully decorated. Just keep this in mind if you are booking. You may want to call hotel to ask about room first

We interacted with several employees and each and every one of them had a smile on their face and were willing to go above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Beautiful property, very clean, outstanding meals, and the hot cider with rum when we arrived was excellent! Great location less than half a mile from excellent restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks to the Cornell team!

Lovely property with clean rooms. Limited seating and menu for morning breakfast and a lack of anyone seeming to be in charge of getting people in and out. I experienced a lack of hot water in the mornings both days I was there. Provided feedback to the property and never heard a word back. I did not feel this experience was worth the money I paid.

Very disappointed with our stay. We’ve loved this place in the past many times. Corners and regularly advertised and nice benefits were reduced and even cancelled once we arrived. No free bottle of wine, for example and the breakfast sizes, portions and options have all been reduced, if not eliminated.
