The elevators were not working properly. Several times people got stuck in elevators or the doors wouldn’t open/close all the way. We chose to take the stairs but an unstable person was occupying that space for an unknown amount of time making it unsafe and difficult to get to where we needed to go on time. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.

The towels were stained and the shower curtain had black mold. Thank goodness I always travel with towels. I was only staying one night so I didn’t bother to ask for new ones. They need to give it a bit more TLC. Also, the guests were slamming doors and being loud.

There was a bit of a wait for check - in The mattress sunk while I slept BUT the ultimate DISGUST was to wake up and see a ROACH crawling on the nightstand behind your bed! Since I booked through Hotel.com, I was UNBLE to get any type of refund!

The check in process was quick at 6pm. The parking is expensive. The room was smelly, had dark lighting, and just felt really musty. The bathroom wasnt properly cleaned. The rim of the sink and edge of the shower looked like some mold or something was left without cleaning. I wouldnt stay here again.

Room was dusty. Bathroom didn’t have a fan. Carry an air freshener or use the common toilets downstairs if you intend to so a No. 2. Housekeeping was poor. Only picked up garbage and replaced towels without wiping down surfaces properly.

I stayed at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. On the first night, I returned to my room around 7:30 PM only to find it had not been cleaned. I called the front desk three times (at 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30 PM) with no resolution. I eventually had to go downstairs in person, only to be told that housekeeping had already left for the day. While housekeeping did show up for the rest of my stay, the quality left much to be desired. The bed was made, but there was still litter and empty cups left on the floor — not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, the service felt inattentive, and the lack of follow-through left a poor impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as this hotel has potential but needs improvement in both service responsiveness and room cleanliness.

Didn't eat there. Bell desk was amazing. Offered local spots to try and prompt service when using the bell services. Room was ok. Bathroom shower floor is very slippery. Pillows are very flat. Somewhat quite rooms. You can hear all the doors around us closing.

Staff was slow to help. I didn't get the room that booked. No price adjustment was made for getting a downgrade. Waited 20 minutes to get my bags (nobody at the bell desk), and my taxi wasn't scheduled. I requested the room that I paid for, but they didn't provide it. They didn't checked me in at 6:40 am when I arrived, and when I came back at 1 pm I was put on a waitlist with 20 people ahead of me. I was the first one that arrived that day. Why was I on a waitlist #20? Not right. $500 tax for a night in a downgraded room and no price adjustment? Terrible customer service! There wasn't anyone at the bell desk because they lost the bags of another customer and were looking for them, and nobody was helping the other customers while they were looking for the lost bags. Terrible Service!

My check in experience was a nightmare. I was due to check in on Thursday June 19th for the New Balance Nation track meet. My flight was cancelled and there were no other flights to Philly that day. Travelocity contacted the property to inform the. Of the situation and confirmed I would not be marked as a no show and early check in on Friday would be available. Upon arrival, I was first told I was marked as a no show, even though my stay was prepaid. The staff was completely unempathic and told me to wait in the lobby while they sorted it out. I had to keep checking for an update as no one offered to update me in person or with a simple call or text. I waited in their lobby for two and a half hours, my son sleeping on a couch. Only when I re escalated through Travelocity did the hotel get me a room. I walked up and the Front Desk clerk just handed me a key. No apology for the wait, did not say a word.

I booked and PAID for (Jan 28, 2025) a Club Room, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Business Lounge Access (High Floor). When I arrived (Feb 13, 2025) I was told the room was given to another customer and that they would book us into a "deluxe" room. Unfortunately, THAT room had no Sofa bed. My daughter went back down to the front desk and asked for a different room. She was told they had nothing and a roll away bed would be sent ASAP. It never showed. She called twice and was told that the bed was coming. Nothing showed. Someone had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR Thursday night! The front desk manager's name is Nikki. She was less than helpful. I expect a full refund for my reservation. I intend to contact the Sheraton as soon as I launch this review. If I can't get satisfaction, I will contact Expedia directly next. If that is unsuccessful, I will contact my credit card company and file a formal complaint. I am an extremely unhappy customer. The Sheraton Hotel is to blame. Expedia needs to force them to refund my reservation ($306.21) in full.

Didn’t seem like the front desk was willing to make anything happen. Spent over 200 on a booking website they claimed they couldn’t find so went out of pocket for a room. Also a 2nd room for young girls from Canada who planned to sleep in a vehicle after a concert. Deciding to help out got them a room for the night before the travel back. 800 dollar night and I got attitude and multiple attempts to charge my account without contacting me.

Everything was great with the exception of one waitress who refused to take a room service order tours the end of his shift and when I went in person to get food was rude and disrespectful. He finished contaminating the food I took… :(. My kids were hungry… how hard is that to understand for a waitress??? Everyone else was incredible friendly and truly looking to help and serve… I was there during the club World Cup

Everything was good and all the staff I personally dealt with were courteous and helpful. The issue we felt was lack of proper staffing (valet, check in, bar/restaurant during peak hours for such a large event (dance competition and convention). My travel mates ordered food to go from the bar on Friday evening (2 salads). It took about 45 minutes to receive the boxes-only to get up to the room to discover they had not been given any utensils. When one of them started to go back down to get the forks, the other diner (luckily) noticed that neither of them had been given any salad dressing either. When she approached the waitress that had helped them, she pointed out that they didn’t get their utensils or salad dressing. The waitress said “I didn’t pack the order……..“ I’m sure it was a long shift for her, but a simple, “Oh! I’m sorry!” goes a long way in these situations.

The hotel was nice, clean and pretty quite. There was a stain on the carpet in the room but that's not a big deal. What stood out as great was how fantastic the staff was. Every staff interaction felt friendly in a genuine way. Special shout out to Tonya my waitress at the hotel restaurant! She was so nice and helpful!

Only stayed the one night as a stop over to DC. Room was basic and noisy. Went for breakfast, no buffet style breakfast available. Ordered two poached eggs on toast eggs were cold and like rubber, toast was stone cold all for $16! Location was convenient. Parking at the hotel is ran by an external company at $39 per night self park or $60 valet.
