Wonderful place! Kerem, his mother and staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were even better than the pictures. We had dinner there both nights because there food was so good! We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was perfect, in the queiter end of town, right opposite the tombs. The place had a great laid back vibe, river swimming and kayaking available, amazing breakfast by the river, with turtles as company. The host was so friendly and helpful, we loved the place and will definitley be back.

We loved everything about the Dalyan Holiday Hotel. It was peaceful, shady and relaxed, and the view of the Lycian tombs from the river terrace is absolutely spectacular. Kerem is an incredible host who makes you feel immediately welcome and at home. The room (we had a family room for two adults and two teens) was simple, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport. One piece of advice - the reception is at the back of the hotel after you enter from the street. We arrived at night and were (briefly) unsure if we were in the right place. Just walk through towards the garden and you’ll find yourself in a lovely comfortable lounge full of art. Don’t judge until you get there.

Amazing surroundings and stunning outdoor space. The hotel pool,bar and dining area are right on the river opposite the tombs, the view is breath-taking. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Kerem the owner met us for a very late check in and showed us around, he also lent us his bicycles and kayak which was amazing. Great to be able to jump off into the river from the back of the hotel. The atmosphere is very chilled which we loved. Breakfast was incredible, all food is vegan and was very impressive. Lots of components and was very tasty. Service was spot on. The room was quite basic and there were quite a few ants, however, we didnt not spend much time in it as the rest of the hotel space was so lovely! About a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants so a great location. Would defo recommend and will come back if we visit the area again.

Para odaklı bir işletme olmaması Kötü yönleri: otelin odalarının ve özellikle banyosunun bakıma ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Odalar arası ses kolayca geçiyor. Yatak arkası sırtınızı dayadığınız noktada duvarda ışık düğmesi yer alıyor ve yanlışlıkla sürekli ışığın açılmasına sebep oluyor. Otelimiz Dalyan nehrinin kıyısında ve Kral mezarlarının tam karşısındaydı. Konumu merkeze ve çarşıya çok yakındı. Büyük bir bahçesi ve yine büyük bir havuzu olana güzel bir oteldi. Sabahları nehir kenarında balıklar be Caretta kaplumbağalar eşliğinde kahvaltı etmek çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Nehire girmek çok güzeldi.

This hotel was an absolute gem and we had a wonderful time here. It has a perfect location opposite the rock tombs right on the river and we saw turtles everyday. Lovely pool, gardens and bar area next to the river. Great breakfast. Kerem and his team were so welcoming. Our kids (9 and 13) had a fab time. Our quadruple room was really spacious and really good value. Highly recommend.

This is a small family run hotel. The hosts are charming, kind and helpful. Their home is arty and rustic. There is a kitchen for guests to use. The plant based breakfasts served next to a very beautiful spot on the river are delicious. The pool and garden are lovely.

I stayed here for a week as a solo traveller and found it a lovely, welcoming place to stay. Clean, basic accommodation with a good firm mattress and Aircon! The breakfast each day was absolutely amazing, next to the river with a view of the tombs. I would not hesitate to return.

We have travelled quite a lot in Turkey and love to stay in small, Turkish family hotels This hotel really was in an ideal location, with very friendly service and excellent food. The Turkush breakfast in the lovely gardens, right by the river, and seeing the turtles close up was amazing! However, the very poor standard of our room spoilt it. The room was in a very tatty and dilapidated state, too many faults to list. The cleainess of the bedding, towels and the shower could also have been improved. Had we been staying for more than 2 nights we would have complained or moved hotel. Such a shame because, with a little maintenance it could be lovely.

Perfekt gelegen direkt am Fluß und gegenüber der kaunosgräber. Frühstück sehr fein besonders die selbstgemachte Marmelade, dabei konnte man gleichzeitig Riesenschildkröten beobachten. Einziger Mangel ist Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer und dass eigentlich jeder ins Haus laufen kann, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Alle Zimmer sehr einzigartig

Alt katlarda odalar boş olmasına ragmen ,İlgilenicez denilip sallamadılar bile ..Hani onuda geçdim sıcak su ile soguk su banyolarda karışmıyor.Ya çok sıcak ya buz gibi su oluyor .Soguk su ile duş aldım .Bunu çalışan kerem denilen şahsiyete ilettigime memnun degilseniz çıkabilirsiniz lafını yedim.Bu kadar ilgisiz müşteri memnuniyeti gözetmeyen doymuş bir işletme ile karşılaşmadım.Ertesi sabah hemen otelden ayrılış yaptım .Bu otele güvenerek tatil planı yapmayın ortada kalırsınız.Ha iyi yanı ney çalışan genç arkadaşlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü .Çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim.Ancak otel işletme sahibi kerem beyin küstah tavırları daha çok müşteri kaybettirir!!!

À notre arrivée très bonne impression, joli jardin avec piscine, lobby très accueillant et très joliment décoré. Chambre très sommaire, petite et literie très inconfortable. Sale de bain qui ne devait être qu’un WC à laquelle ils ont rajouté une douche dans un coin entre un lavabo et les WC. Inondation après chaque douche. Clim tellement bruyante qu’inutilisable. Pas de rideau occultants. Insonorisation zéro, bruit toute la nuit des autres hôtes. Par contre, patron très accueillant, souriant, disponible. Ils nous a très bien conseillé et a organisé pour nous le restaurant du soir. Encore merci

Very tired old property. Like many properties in Turkiye the shower head holder was broken. The drainage is poor. A horrible smell emanates from the floor drain. The toilet roll holder is missing. The bathroom door hits the basin and you have to very awkwardly navigate around it to reach the toilet. We asked for expresso coffee and received nescafe instant coffee at expresso prices. The included breakfast is plant based but actually quite good. The beds are average. Overall it's the worst accommodation we've had in Turkiye.

We have had the loveliest stay here, the hotel is beautiful with a lovely garden, pool and view onto the river and ancient rooms. Kerem and his mum are the most hospitable, helpful and kind hosts and all of the staff (Ashkur especially) are lovely. They make excellent recommendations and make you feel so at home. The breakfast is delicious and everything is freshly made. The room was comfy and cool at night with a nice little balcony, basic but everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend enough and wish we could stay longer!

This hotel was an absolute gem and we had a wonderful time here. It has a perfect location opposite the rock tombs right on the river and we saw turtles everyday. Lovely pool, gardens and bar area next to the river. Great breakfast. Kerem and his team were so welcoming. Our kids (9 and 13) had a fab time. Our quadruple room was really spacious and really good value. Highly recommend.

We have travelled quite a lot in Turkey and love to stay in small, Turkish family hotels This hotel really was in an ideal location, with very friendly service and excellent food. The Turkush breakfast in the lovely gardens, right by the river, and seeing the turtles close up was amazing! However, the very poor standard of our room spoilt it. The room was in a very tatty and dilapidated state, too many faults to list. The cleainess of the bedding, towels and the shower could also have been improved. Had we been staying for more than 2 nights we would have complained or moved hotel. Such a shame because, with a little maintenance it could be lovely.

Wonderful place! Kerem, his mother and staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were even better than the pictures. We had dinner there both nights because there food was so good! We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was perfect, in the queiter end of town, right opposite the tombs. The place had a great laid back vibe, river swimming and kayaking available, amazing breakfast by the river, with turtles as company. The host was so friendly and helpful, we loved the place and will definitley be back.

À notre arrivée très bonne impression, joli jardin avec piscine, lobby très accueillant et très joliment décoré. Chambre très sommaire, petite et literie très inconfortable. Sale de bain qui ne devait être qu’un WC à laquelle ils ont rajouté une douche dans un coin entre un lavabo et les WC. Inondation après chaque douche. Clim tellement bruyante qu’inutilisable. Pas de rideau occultants. Insonorisation zéro, bruit toute la nuit des autres hôtes. Par contre, patron très accueillant, souriant, disponible. Ils nous a très bien conseillé et a organisé pour nous le restaurant du soir. Encore merci

We loved everything about the Dalyan Holiday Hotel. It was peaceful, shady and relaxed, and the view of the Lycian tombs from the river terrace is absolutely spectacular. Kerem is an incredible host who makes you feel immediately welcome and at home. The room (we had a family room for two adults and two teens) was simple, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport. One piece of advice - the reception is at the back of the hotel after you enter from the street. We arrived at night and were (briefly) unsure if we were in the right place. Just walk through towards the garden and you’ll find yourself in a lovely comfortable lounge full of art. Don’t judge until you get there.

Amazing surroundings and stunning outdoor space. The hotel pool,bar and dining area are right on the river opposite the tombs, the view is breath-taking. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Kerem the owner met us for a very late check in and showed us around, he also lent us his bicycles and kayak which was amazing. Great to be able to jump off into the river from the back of the hotel. The atmosphere is very chilled which we loved. Breakfast was incredible, all food is vegan and was very impressive. Lots of components and was very tasty. Service was spot on. The room was quite basic and there were quite a few ants, however, we didnt not spend much time in it as the rest of the hotel space was so lovely! About a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants so a great location. Would defo recommend and will come back if we visit the area again.

This place is perfect. Tucked just off the Main Street but still on the river and has the best views over the carvings in the cliff in the whole town! We were hosted so brilliantly and made to feel incredibly welcome. Delicious breakfast, really comfy beds, use of the kayak! Superb. Thank you!

Antalya’dan İzmir’e bir çok yerde konaklayarak tatil yaptım. Kaldığım en huzurlu en güzel yer burasıydı. İnsanlar güler yüzlü ve rahat. Vegan değilim ama kahvaltıları harika. Otelimiz Dalyan nehrinin kıyısında ve Kral mezarlarının tam karşısındaydı. Konumu merkeze ve çarşıya çok yakındı. Büyük bir bahçesi ve yine büyük bir havuzu olana güzel bir oteldi. Sabahları nehir kenarında balıklar be Caretta kaplumbağalar eşliğinde kahvaltı etmek çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Nehire girmek çok güzeldi.

We loved everything about the Dalyan Holiday Hotel. It was peaceful, shady and relaxed, and the view of the Lycian tombs from the river terrace is absolutely spectacular. Kerem is an incredible host who makes you feel immediately welcome and at home. The room (we had a family room for two adults and two teens) was simple, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport. One piece of advice - the reception is at the back of the hotel after you enter from the street. We arrived at night and were (briefly) unsure if we were in the right place. Just walk through towards the garden and you’ll find yourself in a lovely comfortable lounge full of art. Don’t judge until you get there.

Very tired old property. Like many properties in Turkiye the shower head holder was broken. The drainage is poor. A horrible smell emanates from the floor drain. The toilet roll holder is missing. The bathroom door hits the basin and you have to very awkwardly navigate around it to reach the toilet. We asked for expresso coffee and received nescafe instant coffee at expresso prices. The included breakfast is plant based but actually quite good. The beds are average. Overall it's the worst accommodation we've had in Turkiye.

Amazing surroundings and stunning outdoor space. The hotel pool,bar and dining area are right on the river opposite the tombs, the view is breath-taking. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Kerem the owner met us for a very late check in and showed us around, he also lent us his bicycles and kayak which was amazing. Great to be able to jump off into the river from the back of the hotel. The atmosphere is very chilled which we loved. Breakfast was incredible, all food is vegan and was very impressive. Lots of components and was very tasty. Service was spot on. The room was quite basic and there were quite a few ants, however, we didnt not spend much time in it as the rest of the hotel space was so lovely! About a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants so a great location. Would defo recommend and will come back if we visit the area again.

This is a small family run hotel. The hosts are charming, kind and helpful. Their home is arty and rustic. There is a kitchen for guests to use. The plant based breakfasts served next to a very beautiful spot on the river are delicious. The pool and garden are lovely.

We have travelled quite a lot in Turkey and love to stay in small, Turkish family hotels This hotel really was in an ideal location, with very friendly service and excellent food. The Turkush breakfast in the lovely gardens, right by the river, and seeing the turtles close up was amazing! However, the very poor standard of our room spoilt it. The room was in a very tatty and dilapidated state, too many faults to list. The cleainess of the bedding, towels and the shower could also have been improved. Had we been staying for more than 2 nights we would have complained or moved hotel. Such a shame because, with a little maintenance it could be lovely.

Came to this lovely little gem right on the river of dalyan for my wife’s 30th bday , had such an amazing time here , the owner and staff went above and beyond for us and I’m so grateful that I chose this hotel to spend our week in Dalyan . Honestly can’t praise Karim enough for everything he did for us on this stay 👍👍 highly recommend it , right on the river , so many lovely restaurants a stone throw away and a host that made our every wish come true . The hotel was perfect, in the queiter end of town, right opposite the tombs. The place had a great laid back vibe, river swimming and kayaking available, amazing breakfast by the river, with turtles as company. The host was so friendly and helpful, we loved the place and will definitley be back.
