Bence Otelin iyi özelliği çalışan personellerin cana yakın, iletişim kurulabilmesi kolay ve ilgili olmasıydı. Otelin önünde otopark yerinin olması gerçekten avantajlı bir durum. Kahvaltıdan ise çok memnun kalmadım çeşitlilik ve ürün kalitesini yetersiz buldum

This room smelled of smoke which was uncomfortable for us. The staff was good and arranged for a taxi for Ida’s in the middle of the night. There beds were Good and The elevator worked. Ok for a one night stay.

We used this as a cheap overnight stay near the airport having arrived past midnight into Izmir. Very functional for that purpose. Had a family room. It's spacious. AC works. There is no duvet just a small thing blanket and this wasn't enough to share for two. Breakfast was more than expected. Valet parking worked well.

Veldig god service! Men ikke rent rom og bad, det var mye støv over alt på romet og badet så ikke bra ut da dusjen mangla en av dørene og doen var løs så det var ikke behaglig å sitte på den! Frokosten var bra, de fyllte på hele tida og det var ganske ryddig!

Oda çok kirliydi ve sigara içilmeyen oda olarak satılmasına rağmen içeride burun mukozanıza kadar işleyecek bir sigara kokusu mevcuttu. Banyo temizliği söz konusu dahi değildi. Tuvaletin oturma kapağı sap sarı bir çemberden nasibini almıştı ve lavabo bataryası yerinden çıkmış, döner haldeydi. Bilemiyorum... Kapalı alanlarda sigara içilmesine dair kuralları işletmek bu kadar zor olmasa gerek. Tüm olumsuzluklara rağmen resepsiyondaki çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlülerdi, hem de günün geç ve erken saatlerinde dahi. Burası kötü bir otel ve zorunda kalmadıkça tercih edilmemeli. Etrafında yer alan "gece kulübü" mahiyetindeki işletmelerin de hafif bir ürküntüye sebep olabileceğini hatırlatmak isterim.

Venlig og hjælpsomme personale og altid smilende. Meget rent og hygiejnisk hotel samt værelser og bad var rene og pænt. Vi fik house keeping når vi spurgte. Morgenmaden var udmærket til hotelprisen. Hotellet ligger meget centrum og tæt på alt!

Good value for money place close to airport. Staff was very friendly showing me to my room and explaining the wifi etc. the bed was comfortable but only had a small sheet on top and I was cold at night. The shower head was leaking, but nothing major. Good place to stay and just 8min drive or 15min bus to airport!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms (we had two) were clean. The a/c's in both rooms were marginal, even though the management tried to make them better, they didn't cool the rooms down very efficiently. The breakfast was great. I still recommend this hotel, it is nice.

We chose Hakcan Hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Though we had a rented car we would have enjoyed to use public transport to get places. But this seemed to be a big mistery and we were advised to use a taxi instead. In this respect the Hakcan team could do a better job. Everything else was fine. Thankyou!

the reason i chose this hotel was the location, close to the airport. it was clean, and though small, understandable for 1 person, it was good to stay. also it worked out well when i had to go to the airport at 6am in the morning. very convenient.

Good value for money place close to airport. Staff was very friendly showing me to my room and explaining the wifi etc. the bed was comfortable but only had a small sheet on top and I was cold at night. The shower head was leaking, but nothing major. Good place to stay and just 8min drive or 15min bus to airport!

Die Einrichtung war sauber und zudem sehr modern. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße, daher sind die Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut. Mit geschlossenen Fenster war es gut. Verkehrsanbindung zum Flughafen Izmir ist hervorragend und mit dem Pkw in 6 min. erreichbar. Der Ortsteil Gaziemir ist mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sehr gut ausgestattet sowie vom Hotel in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Für unsere Zwecke war die Übernachtung im Hakcan Hotel ideal. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder gerne dort übernachten.

Oda temizdi fakat duşa kabinin, kabini yoktu duş alırken her yer su içerisinde kalıyordu rezervasyonumu oluştururken özellikle büyük yataklı oda istemiştim fakat tek kişilik yataklı olan bir oda da konakladım, yetkiliye durumu izah ettiğimde sistemden kaynaklı sitenin yanlış yönlendirdiğini söyledi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms (we had two) were clean. The a/c's in both rooms were marginal, even though the management tried to make them better, they didn't cool the rooms down very efficiently. The breakfast was great. I still recommend this hotel, it is nice.

We used this as a cheap overnight stay near the airport having arrived past midnight into Izmir. Very functional for that purpose. Had a family room. It's spacious. AC works. There is no duvet just a small thing blanket and this wasn't enough to share for two. Breakfast was more than expected. Valet parking worked well.
