This is hotel is part of a large group of Wyndham buildings, many being timeshares, though this building is a hotel through and through. Rooms are nice and updated very comfortable. The pool area is nice and lots of different pools to pick from for kids to adults. Really liked the splash pad across the lake for the kids, and a few slides too. This is the type of resort that you could spend a day or two at and not need to leave with the pools, mini-golf, playgrounds etc.. It is a bit too quite for my liking at night, though there are some dinning options past say 9pm. And very easy to get to Disney from here.

Our go to when in Orlando. Good size rooms, lovely complex and facilities, great staff. Good food in the bar and pool bar. But resort fee and self park now ridiculously high. $40 and $34 tax respectively. Making us consider alternatives now. Big shame.

What a great, affordable place to stay near Disney! The kids loved the pools, waterslides, and you couldn’t beat seeing the fireworks every night. The pond had beautiful fish & it was a beautiful facility overall. The transportation to & from the parks was reliable & convenient. We’d definitely return!

Beautiful place. Stayed over this past weekend as a mini staycation with my husband. The property is beautiful with lots to do. Restaurants have decent choices but are very pricey. Especially the breakfast buffet at $29 a person! We saw many families either doordashing or bringing their own food. Only major negative that happened was The lazy River being pretty crowded with not enough floats. We noticed people bringing their own which is kind of silly but unfortunately it was necessary. The resort held a nice barbecue on the 5th and sold $10 hot dogs and $18 burgers lmao. Being able to view the Epcot fireworks from the property was definitely a plus! There were lots of barbecue grills that people were utilizing which was really nice.

Property was great overall. My only issue is the parking fee is outlandish, $36 everyday to park your own car is excessive especially if you already have to pay a resort fee on top of that. Also when we arrived there was no WiFi available for the first 3 days of our trip.

Great location to the Disney Resorts with included Bus rides to the parks. Prepare to pay Resort fee of $40 and $35 self park daily in addition to your booking. Staff was friendly and courteuos. Wish they had a microwave in the room tho

This was our first time staying at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek. It is a beautiful resort with lots of amenities on a lake surrounded by timeshares. You can utilize all the pools / facilities. One of my complaints is that there are not enough staff around, there was a huge line at check in with only 1 person working. The pool was extremely crowded and people were saving chairs at 8am , luckily we were able to walk to another pool that was along the lake. We didn’t go to the parks so not sure how the transportation worked , My kids enjoyed it here and we would definitely stay again.

Awesome resort with many pools and hot tubs. Love the lazy rivers! Only thing that was frustrating was that you could only get towels out at the pool that was at the tower you were staying. You should be able to get towels anywhere. Also wish there was more selections for dining. Otherwise great resort!

The hotel looks great in pictures but is outdated. The pool area looks dirty and in need of a refresh, same with the rooms. Ours had a bad smell in the bathroom, and the hook where you hang the towels, as well as the bathroom door where falling off. The hotel is located near to Disney parks and breakfasts if decent.. I won’t plan on going back.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Wyndham grand Orlando for our family vacation. Everyone from the second we arrived to the second we left was so friendly and nice, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The walking path around the lake was amazing with so much wildlife to see! Many pools and hot tubs to explore, lots of extra activities! Really enjoyed the Polynesian show one evening. Scoops ice cream was so good- portion sizes great. Valet workers were so friendly and prompt. Rooms very clean and quiet, housekeeping service daily was great. Good on-site at the poolside restaurant was really tasty and servers very nice, especially Carmelo! Looking forward to our next stay!

Very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms very dated and had stained carpeting. The bathroom in our room smelled like mildew and had mold on the edge of the tub. For breakfast there is only an overpriced buffet and no other sit down option. The Starbucks in the lobby was understaffed with long lines. The coffee did not taste like Starbucks at all…weak and burnt tasting. The bathroom by the main pool was very dirty throughout the day and had a broken handle to the door. Only one soap dispenser had soap all week, overflowing garbage, no toilet paper. We ended up cutting our visit short because the accommodations were so unpleasant.

I am requesting a partial refund due to serious issues with the room and lack of adequate response from the hotel. Despite paying extra for early check-in, our room’s toilet did not work upon arrival. When I reported this, the hotel staff did not offer a new room and initially treated the issue as a low priority. Only after I disclosed that I have a medical condition requiring bathroom access did they send maintenance. We were told the issue was fixed after waiting an hour, but when we returned at 1:00 a.m., the toilet was still broken. We were then moved to another room in the middle of the night—without assistance carrying our luggage—and did not finish moving until nearly 3:00 a.m. The second room also had plumbing problems, with a continuously clicking toilet and a bathtub that took nearly an hour to drain. Even after receiving a late checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door well before the original checkout time, waking us up and rushing us unnecessarily. This stay was extremely disruptive and far from what I paid for. Given the multiple unresolved maintenance issues and the stress it caused, I am requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience and lost value of my stay.

I would not stay at this property again. It’s laid out poorly, very small pool. Towels were plentiful. Parking garage had a separate elevator. There are two lobbies. One for check in. One lower level for the pool. There is putt putt but limited hours to borrow clubs, the late checkout - 6:30-8:30 is way on the other side of the bay, nowhere near the course. None of this is explained of in the sheet they give you. The other buildings in the “resort family” have pools and restaurants but none of it is made known. Nothing is within walking distance of the resort, it’s a far drive off the highway. We had no hot water, I called 3 different days and was told to let it run. After 20 minutes it was luke warm. I really don’t want to wait that long to wash my hands. We were only on the 5th floor. Our shower supplies were clogged, again three calls and it was never fixed. I do not mind paying resort fees, but these things should be functional.

Super close to all Disney parks. Property was run down. Our rooms king bed had a terrible crater in the middle which caused 3 nights of terrible sleep. Bathroom door had particle board material coming out when you open and closed it causing the bathroom area floor to be a mess.

All staff that we came in contact with were superb… however, not enough great things can be said about “Ben”, who welcomed us when we checked in for our anniversary celebration. He was thorough and gracious at checking in, provided us with all of the hotel’s information, and congratulated us on our anniversary. A true professional in the hospitality industry! Everything else about our stay was fantastic and we feel like we have stumbled upon a home away from home whenever we are in the area… we will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at this property before and had experiences. Age is starting to catch up to the rooms but value wise I’d stay again. However, the customer service is horrible. We got back to our room after a long day to find no blankets in the room for the bunk beds. Called front desk several times and nobody answers the phone. I went down to the front desk where there was two employees having a conversation amongst themselves. When asked how I could be helped I informed her that it’s unacceptable that they are not answering the phone and she replied “ I’m so sorry, we’ve been slammed” I looked around as it was just me and another guest who got there at the same time. But she also apologized that she wasn’t aware of the missed calls because her shift just started. I literally tried calling 2 minutes before I came down. She was going to send blankets via housekeeping but realized she had some in the back room. Customer service in the hotel industry is a main component and not answering the phones is a huge fail.

Good evening the staff was ok. Some weren’t good at all. A few not thorough. I had a package delivered Saturday morning. The 3 people there didn’t know where it was. Yet when I came back that night. The 2 ladies immediately found it. We had no comforter the 1st two nights. Had to sleep with sheets after repeatedly asking. Then our closet door was off track. The tv was fuzzy and we couldn’t watch it.

It was a phenomenal stay, though I wish the fees did not include tips to allow the customer to make that decision. The dining options were great. However, the prices were steep, and we chose to dine outside the resort. It would be great to give the option to include breakfasts at a reasonable fee. We had a nice stay and all employees we encountered were very pleasant and polite. Sandy at the hostess desk for breakfast was awesome! The part we were disappointed with is all the surcharges. It’s getting ridiculous. The parking fee is outrageous for self park and you just buckle and dine the ge k out of people. $72 for 2 for breakfast? Really? Totally not worth it at all!

The location is fantastic for going to Disney. Everything was spotlessly cleaning and the staff was great. However, we didn't have hot water for most of the time we were there - it was lukewarm at best. The breakfast buffet and coffee shop were both great. But room service doesn't start until 4pm and has about 5 available items. It was kind of shocking for a 4 star hotel. It's great to have access to all the Wyndham property pools but people were saving chairs like there's no tomorrow at 2pm on a Friday. I can't imagine trying to sit when it's actually busy. No staff anywhere to be found to assist.

Stayed here after a cheer competition at OCCC. Enjoyed the king bed with bunk beds. Housekeeping straightened up but did not do the top bunk. The valet service was excellent! Dining options weren't great or family friendly. The burger at the back grill was great but expensive.

Our stay was for the most part very good. Room was clean, the bed and the room over all was comfortable however, while the room had a small fridge and coffee maker there was no microwave. The property is part of a complex so there were several places to eat and amenities to enjoy in different parts of the complex. Wyndham Grand Resort was very close to Disney and they also had a shuttle to the various parks. This is a great place to stay my only other issue is that the prices at the various restaurants were a little pricey for our buget. Our building had an all you can eat buffet breakfast for $27. Plus tax and gratuities. I and my husband are not big breakfast eaters that would have been a waste for us. We did find a less expensive restaurant elsewhere on the complex. We enjoyed the pools and the walking path around the small lake and the landscaping was tastefully done and maintained.

It was just ok. I wouldn’t come back. Staff wasn’t friendly. Food options weren’t that great and very expensive. Parking is ridiculously expensive. The room had an old smell. There was a stain on the sheets. The conditioner pump didn’t work. The resort is nice and I enjoyed walking around the lake and being able to use the different pools. But that was about it.

Staff was great! No doubt about it. However, we pay a resort fee, why have guests sign for pool towels? As well, some things should have better options or have better maintenance.
