The staff, room, and restaurant/bar were excellent. The parking facility was very good and easily managed via the app controlling that. However, I was sorely disappointed with the water leaking down into the atrium as you entered the hotel (Labor Day Weekend). When I arrived on Friday, only one elevator in the bank of 2 was functioning leading into the holiday weekend. When I arrived back at the hotel Saturday afternoon, no elevators were functioning. I alerted the desk staff and they promptly reset the elevators with no success. I was led to the service elevator and staff carded my access up to my floor. The elevators were still down on Sunday and I had to get staff to grant card access back to my floor several times. I was told the hotel was fully booked for the holiday weekend. The other very bad part of that makeshift process was that the path from the service elevator to the lobby passed the doors to the loading dock where the garbage dumpsters were. The odor was foul and unavoidable. It was not a pleasant solution. I am disappointed that management would have gone into the national holiday weekend already down 50% on elevator function, with no available service remedy for days. I was in no mood to schlep up 5 flights of stairs to my room while wearing a suit, after just burying my uncle that Saturday. I had hoped to have a more worry free stay by selecting this hotel, but did not find it.

I was quite disappointed to discover that breakfast was not included, contrary to the information provided during my reservation. AR was a great stay that is close to the Mall and attractions. Only note is the lobby is extremely loud due to the attached restaurant, but the room was excellent.
