What guests think
At Kleopatra Carina Hotel, travellers highlight a central, beach-near location and low prices, but also note very small, dated rooms and basic facilities, with experiences ranging from acceptable budget stays to frustrating issues that affected comfort and reliability.
Cleanliness feedback is mixed, with some praising tidy rooms and others reporting dirty bathrooms, stained linens, and housekeeping lapses. Service feels inconsistent too, from friendly, flexible staff to unhelpful reception and poor problem resolution. Recurring complaints include malfunctioning air conditioners and fridges, a cramped or unreliable elevator, power cuts affecting Wi‑Fi and TV, and a tiny pool. Best for budget travellers who prioritise location over space and polish.
