Some variation on the hot breakfast would be nice.

Staff never at front desk..breakfast std motel was ok. Remote TV system horrible..Roko is a difficult to operate, didn’t have volume control & took 20 minutes to find live Tv..

We’re on our 3rd day here, we’re in town for a conference. The property is clean, but old and run down. There are multiple things that can be fixed very easily. Like wallpaper ripped off walls that should be fixed. There are multiple doors that are broken, or pieces are broke off them. It looks like they have a thin layer of plastic on them and multiple have corners or edges broken off. There is literally a door on our floor that looks like it was broken in half, and glued back together. Indoor and outdoor seating areas are all stained, look gross, and need replaced. Worst thing there is a crumbling hole in the wall on the floor we are on and water is coming out of it, soaking the carpet, all the way to the other wall. I’ve not seen anyone working in it the times I’ve passed, but it does look like someone made the hole a bit larger. The smell of mold/mildew is very strong. I’ve had very bad allergies since arriving and had to take some meds. Other people have said the same, I wonder if it is due to the mold. There are signs that they have a Starbucks here, but there’s not. There is a little knock-off coffee shop around the corner that looks like it used to be a Starbucks at some point. The American Grill restaurant was good. The room service was expensive. We got a cheeseburger, fries, and two cokes and it was right at $50, before tip. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they have been great. We would not stay here again though. Very disappointed.

The hotel was in a great location and was a good option for our budget. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that really affected our stay. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and difficult to use. More importantly, our room had a strong smell that seemed like someone had vomited in the room before we arrived. We probably should have asked to switch rooms as soon as we noticed it, but at the same time, this is something we feel should have been caught and addressed before the room was given to us. The breakfast was okay, but the options were pretty limited. The gravy was also very watery and could definitely use some improvement. Overall, the location and price were good, but the cleanliness issue, very slow Wi-Fi, and limited breakfast options made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
