Our stay was surprisingly very comfortable, clean and quiet. Upon first stepping into the hotel we were met with a very pleasant smell. The only little bad mark we discovered was in the pool when we went for a swim, I had to take the cleaning screen and scrap out some mildew/scum from the pool.

Found a used towel in the bathroom and a pizza stain on the comforter. We had to contact the concierge 3 times before someone finally removed the dirty towel from our room. The head of housekeeping was super nice but her employees didnt seem to listen very well. We saw the concierge call someone to help us each time we talked to him but it took several visits before housekeeping finally got rid of the towel. We brought the matter to their attention at 9am and it was finally resolved around 5pm. We also noticed that they did not remove the pizza stain. The stain was close to the top of the comforter where it is touched the most. They simply flipped the comforter, which was fine until they flipped it right back the next day. The hotel itself was very clean, but housekeeping has quite a bit of room to improve when it comes to helping guests.

First off, the staff here is top notch! So accommodating and welcoming! We felt so at home here, so the minor details were just that:minor. Our room was fairly clean but there was a roach in the bathroom (alive) counter and a couple of the flat areas hadn't been wiped down as we saw cup marks. We can overlook these small deets bc the staff was so friendly. Thank you so much and God bless yall!

Oh My Gosh were those beds comfortable! Our first time at Comfort Suites in Granbury and it will be the only place we stay now. We go several times a year and have always stayed across the street at La Q and once on the other side of the lake at HI I believe but it's this place from here on. The place was immaculate, no more carpet but vinyl plank flooring in the rooms (and so new there wasn't a tissue holder in the bathroom yet, just a roll sitting on a shelf right next to the commode. But the beds, wow. Fluffy but with total support almost like a giant pillow of feathers but firmer. We did both need to "jump" up to get in bed and he's 6'4" and we giggled about that. They're a bit tall. Loved the place and staff was super friendly and sweet.

I stayed here for one night, and I was pleased with my stay. The friendly front desk staff and a comfortable bed were the highlights for me. I slept great. Very quiet. I accidentally left my phone and tablet chargers, and when I came back two days later, they were in a bag, tagged with my room number. I was impressed as I've left items like that before at other places and was never able to get them back.

I was traveling with my 78-year-old mother from California and we checked in on Saturday afternoon and was greeted by the most friendly, warm welcoming lady the front desk named Julie. She was so helpful in making sure that I had a room that was accessible to the elevator and that it was convenient for my mom and myself she also called the room after we had been in our room for a couple hours to make sure that it was up to our standards and that everything was okay. The next morning went downstairs for the breakfast that they offer which was fantastic. We met April who is the morning manager and she was so helpful in giving me a printout of places I could take my mom to go around and visit and look at them that would be interesting for us to see. The breakfast that they offer is amazing it's clean people actually want to sit down stairs in the dining area and have breakfast together. My mother loved Elvia's gravy for the biscuits so much that Elvia brought her some extra out for her even as breakfast was shutting down. Donna is so sweet, she told me lots of houses to look at since we're looking to move to Texas. She told me good areas to check out.

Our trip to this hotel was amazing. From the beginning the front desk people were more than helpful and sweet. The day before we were supposed to check out I became very ill. I told the elder man at the desk we were checking out a day early since I was so sick. When i brought the key back to him he informed me he credited our card for leaving early. I never expected that! Wow Obviously he could tell how bad I was, I ended up in the ER on the way home. The staff in charge of breakfast were also amazing. And lets not forget the maintenance man. I let them know our room was struggling to cool and he was right on it to get in and take a look. Lastly they play contemperary christian music in lobby I will always stay at this hotel when im in the area Oh wait I forgot to say how soft and comfortable the beds are. OMG can't be beat

While checking into the hotel Friday (22 SEPT) for a two night stay, I was informed my reservation was only for one night by Expedia.Since the reservation was not booked directly with them the gentleman on the desk informed me what I would have to do the next morning was to have check me out then open me up again from the reservation he made for me Saturday night while I was there. The next day I was informed the Hotel was full and I would have to leave unless there was a cancellation prior to 11am. After checking out and starting my return to San Antonio I was called 3 times by Comform Inn to say a room was available. think tthey realized one of the new reservations was mine. We were there the first time for our 51st Anniversary. The gentleman on duty upon check-in was more than helpful and informative. The room and breakfast was outstanding but the people on the desk were laking in support and honoring my reservation.
