My hotel stay began with a 18 minute wait looking for a front desk clerk. After checking in the remote did not work so I brought it downstairs with me to exchange it. Approximately 20 minutes of waiting with both front doors open of the hotel and screaming at the top of my lungs does anyone work here, finally someone showed up. Smoke alarms throughout the entire Hotel went off on the day we checked out. The smoke alarm was so loud it physically damaged our ability to hear. Stay away stay away this hotel is not worth it in any way

Room had kitchenette but absolutely nothing to use there (plates, utensils, pots and pans). Long waits for the only elevator. Housekeeping entered room uninvited 2 seconds after knocking.

Wood Spring is most convenient for travel in the Lehigh Valley. It's relative seclusion is offset by proximity to the Nazareth Pike. The room is large, bed is very comfortable and the bath is perfect for one of my physical state. Kitchenette and tv are exactly what I needed. Parking is convenient and security is excellent. Staff is very helpful.

The hotel was dirty the room had roaches the bathroom didn’t flush I was waking up at 5 in the more and had to evacuate the room because the fire alarm was going off . Stand up outside in the cold with my children and nobody came and apologize for the inconvenience the hotel was terrible.

The hotel is laid out well. Elevator on the other side of a privacy door, full wood floors, but I’ve never seen more bugs in a hotel room in my entire life and I’ve stayed in a hotel rooms all over the world. It was a last-minute booking for a hockey tournament after deciding not to stay in an RV near the rink. Big mistake.

The room was absolutely dirty. Couldn’t even walk on the floor. Broken furniture. Dog hair on the floor, TV barely worked. Unsafe to go in parking lot. A horrible experience. It appears to be a place where drug activity. We are from Florida and we were going to stay there for a month or so but it was just very uncomfortable.

I didn't like anything about my stay. The TV didn't get any stations. When i brought it up to the front desk, i was told to just leave it on and hope it starts working. Had to go get wash cloths because there wasn't any in the bathroom. The pillows felt like they ripped a cushion and stuffed in a pillow case. Then as I reached for a towel to dry off, a roach ran across the toilet. When i brought all this up during check out, i was told, OK. WILL NEVER STAY AT A WOODSPRING HOTEL AGAIN.

The hotel was filthy and stand of marijuana. The first room they have use had roaches and a disgusting fridge. We then were given another room, within a half an hour of checking in the fire alarm went off and there was chaos. I checked out soon after.

This was my first stay ever and I had no idea how stripped-down an experience it would be. I chose the hotel for its low price, but the room had no carpet or rug at all and no bedside lamps or lighting of any kind. I people who stay there do not read in bed. Everything worked, and the room was clean, but the bed was hard and only a matt ress on a wire frame.

The location felt very remote. The place is rundown. The quality if the bedding is very poor. The main issues was the place was very noisey. I could hear everything that was happening out side if the room all night. Above my room and on either side of it as well as people in. The hall way. I didn’t feel comfortable to sleep. There was also hair on the bees spread. $97 is too much for those conditions.The rooms looked more old then they did unclean. All that at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful.

It was horrible! Our room possibly was not cleaned properly being we still had a soap in the tub and our towels on the toilet cover instead of hung up. Worse thing was about 7am room service decided to just come in while we were asleep which made us just get up and leave at that point. I felt like we deserved a free night in return for the experience we had

I am not from this area, but was visiting with a friend in the area. The 3rd floor hall smelled heavily of cigar smoke, the smell lingered the 24 hours we were there. Once enering into my room, which was a non smoking section, I could no longer smell it. It just seemed to stay in the hall. Our bathroom door had 2 holes punched in the back of it. Like someone was mad and punched it. Other than that everything was in good repair. My room was quiet, and I could not hear neighbors or people in the hall. I felt a bit uncomfortable entering in/out as there always seemed to be people hanging around the doors, either smoking with a group of others right near the doors, it felt uncomfortable to have to walk through the group to get to the door. I encountered the same problem at a side entrance where a group of people were gathered with a caged bird, and a mean looking dog. I don't know if this is a safe area or not, and this particular group of people did not look like overly friendly, nor did they move out of the way for me to enter. I had to walk around the dog, and excuse myself from the person leaning on the door that was being held open with a rock. I'm guessing these were also guests, but why did they have a caged bird outside with them, I don't know? Perhaps they are extended stay residents? Upon exit at another time, early, I found a family all with pajamas on and 3 kids waiting at the back door, for me to exit. When I did they quickly entered? They should have had a key card

Stayed to catch an extra early flight. Property was nice, staff was very nice and went out of their way to make our rest a good one. Very close to ABE, but not too close where you smell the exhaust and hear the take offs and landings

The room was fairly clean. For a suite to have cook top, microwave and refrigerator but no dishes or silverware. There was no wash clothes. When we ask desk they gave us full size towel. Beds were comfortable. No coffee supplies, and the coffee pot in lobby had no cups or supplies either. Over all it was serviceable, but no value for the cost.

They had roaches. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. They never took our garbage. The coffee was old and tasted gross. Also, there are no quiet hours. There are A LOT of peopel there for work, and i understand that. But this is "supposed" to be a family place and that is the complete opposite. Very underwhelming.
