The staff was amazing. Everyone was really nice…I enjoyed the music offered at the on-site bar on Saturday. The Breakfast was great as well. The only issue was not enough parking, but I believe that was due to an on-site wedding and the music being offered. There should be more lighting in the parking areas.

We visited ArtQuest and Steel Stacks in Bethlehem and went to the casino. Easy shuttle offered by the hotel and we used this free shuttle ervice several times. Great breakfast included. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great, as always. Check-in is always easy and your desk clerks are fantastic. We also appreciate your snack store for the variety and low prices. And we even got a chance to take your shuttle service into Bethlehem and the driver was absolutely wonderful! I apologize for forgetting the woman's name but her name is not on the shuttle driver card. We did find a giant, dead beetle by the bed. I hope housekeeping found it with a vacuum after we checked out!

Bethlehem pub crawls sre a fun event and easily walkable from the hotel.Free breakfast is great! Bummer that the hitel bar was closed fir St Pattys day though. Clesn room essy check in and out. Love it

Breakfast was very good. The older woman who maintains it is purely a delight. Very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure customers have what they need. Our room was modernized and extremely clean. Bar had good food too!

I woke up from sleep at two in the morning and there were cockroaches on the nightstand went downstairs to the concierge and told them and they did nothing about it and offered me a refund of $50 and the room cost $407. I missed my son’s college football game at Dartmouth as I had no where to go in the middle of the night.

The hotel is inexpensive compared to others in the area. A lot of people loiter around the outside of the property and it smells of skunk. There was a roach in my room and jow I’m panicking about taking home uninvited guests.

The front desk staff were very accommodating to our store purchase requests and our request for late checkout. Room 314 had some issues. The hair dryer didn't work but I had my own. The bathroom needed maintenance. The toilet seat was not properly fastened and kept moving. The shower grout was not properly cleaned. There were multiple areas throughout the shower with mold and mildew. This was such a different experience from just a week earlier.

Room was comfortable and in a decent location. They provided a free late checkout to 12pm, which I appreciated because I had a business meeting to take care of and didn’t make me scramble to use business center or find another location. Would stay again! There is a huge building being built across the street, if noise bothers you. It didn’t disturb us.

This hotel is in a great area, walking distance to many restaurants/bars. You can tell that the hotel is older and they’ve tried their best to keep it updated the bathrooms are new but the paint is a little lumpy. The bedding is new but rug holds the scent of many years of disinfectant and a history of cigarette smoking indoors. It is a perfectly acceptable, affordable hotel. I’d stay again if needed.

The most important thing about a hotel/motel is the ability to get a good night's sleep. Everything was great EXCEPT one thing that interfered with the ability to sleep. The air conditioner was ancient and so loud it interfered with sleeping. The cleanest, nicest place in the world is no good if the noise is so loud you can't sleep.

Our second choice, location due to the music festival however, check-in was easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is less to be desired however, there are plenty of breakfast places close to the hotel which are walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Property was convenient for my visit to southside of Bethlehem Historic district but dated. Room had smell of cigarette smoke that permeated the bedding and the door wasn't flush to the floor so clearly heard sounds of hallway traffic. Breakfast food was of lowest quality. Wouldn't return.

Gentleman who checked us in, gave us Room with someone there already. I swiped door key walked in was lady getting dress. I have never been so embarrassed. Went back to check in desk, same guy, didn't seem bothered. I was so upset, anything could have happened to me as I entered that room, and the fact that the guy at front desk didn't really care. I decided I could not stay there, demanded he cancel my reservation at no cost to me. Again, hotel looked clean. But I wouldn't have felt safe in a room there, and the hotel desk attitude was awful.

Trip started off ok but on the last night around 1030pm we found a huge leak in the bathroom that was spreading into the actual room. A pipe had sprung a large leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. When I made the front desk aware of this they simply said they said they could not offer another room as the hotel was sold out. The leak spread and began to leak onto the furniture in the room. While I understand that these things happen, I imagine they do not happen often. That being said there was no apology given at checkout nor some type of voucher or credit given for the major inconvenience especially since one of the guest in our room had to be up at 4am to catch a flight. I’m not a complainer but I had to something given the lack of empathy shown.

You over booked charged me . I had no room when i got there. I had to go4 miles further to extend stay hotel pay more and have a nasty room , police arresting someone ,peopl in the hallway all night. I want my 107.00 you charged me refunded and i think you should pay for my nightmare at extendstay

Staff was superb. Anything we needed, they were on it! We had a 10 day stay and they made us feel like family. The front desk staff was kind enough to fax an important document for us which was very helpful. Bartenders remembered our drinks like we were old friends! Melinda, the breakfast attendant, is always delightful at all of our stays, past & present!! The Manager & all of the staff are fantastic!!!

Hotel location was great, walking distance to several restaurants, quite area and safe to walk around the neighborhood. Parking was ample and spaces were wide enough to avoid door dings. Room was average but clean. Staff was very friendly and personable. Had an issue with the shower drain and toilet being partially clogged but staff responded within minutes and fixed the problem.

This hotel was in a high crime area but did it was an 8.6. Guy passed out on sidewalk in front of hotel. Hallway smelled of weed. After checking in we looked online at news accounts one read that 3 dead bodies were found in the hotel, constant drug activity. As a father of several,who were with me it was not family friendly. We left after 5 mins and couldn’t get a refund because of your policy. Better have my kids safe and lose out on $169.

My wife and I were there for the Musikfest. We were told you would have shuttles to the venues, but there is very poor communication and one night had a walk back. The Continental breakfast was below averaged. We tried to go to the restaurant one night and stood there for 10 minutes. No one came over to us, and dirty tables everywhere.

The rooms were nice. The restaurant posted hours were not followed. I believe they were having staffing issues but the staff they did have were sitting at the bar I guess waiting on the rest of the help. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The only hot offerings were pre-made cheese omelets, bacon you could read the newspaper through, and Belgium waffles (they were great). not a bad experience, just not great.
