The hotel seems to be very close to the airport, but it’s not within walking distance, and public transportation takes quite a bit of time. You have to use the hotel shuttle, but I ended up waiting for an hour, and it never came, so I had to take an Uber instead

I booked my room on October 25th and asked several questions to make sure I had a smooth transition from the airport to hotel then to the port to board cruise ship. I had a late flight so I called and asked questions and was given false information. I was told that the shuttle bus stopped at 12am, over the phone but clearly shuttle stops at 11:30pm so I had to order and pay for an Uber. Upon arriving to the hotel I asked about shuttle to the port and was told it was already all booked

This place deserves a negative 0. Woke up to BED BUG crawling all over the sheets. This includes blood spots from them hitting me while I was asleep. Thank God it was only for one night. They said that they were crediting me a refund immediately, without even coming into the room to see for themselves. This tells me that they were fully aware of the problem. Disgusting!!!

The room was dirty, underneath the bed sheets was a tissue with something wrapped in side (I did not open it) hair and also something thick and brown appear to be dry or dead skin or possibly a thick old toe or finger nail. None of the housekeeping staff spoke English. I was offered an 50% off discount for the inconvenience but when I sent the manager the photo I taken that she asked me for, she informed me to contact hotels.con then they would contact comfort suites for the refund authorization. That was on Sunday September 14, I still haven’t had my issue resolved.

Relatively nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. My issue was the noisiness of my room. A compressor would kick on every minute, run for a few seconds, and turn off. Another issue was the very dark TV picture. I didn't want to do any adjustment. The location isn't ideal. The airport shuttle has a long cycle.

Had to switch rooms twice. We had a late check in after 11pm and after unpacking we noticed the toilet was not working. We went to call the front desk and the phone was not working. Tried from cellphone and they did not pick up. Had to walk down. Switch to another room. Walked in and air conditioning was not working. Girl came up and looked at it and was not able to fix it. Finally moved to another room. It was a little bigger but it was so late just wanted to go to bed.

Chose this hotel 1) as a choice rewards member and 2) the shuttle services covered both the airport and Port Miami. The airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Not terrible, but we did have to walk down to the other location. Check in at the correct site was a breeze. On arrival to our room. AC was set at 45, room was 76. There were no instructions to indicate you were required to inserted your room key into a slot to activate the room "power". AC worked intermittently throughout the night. Was not always a comfortable temperature in the room. With 3 travelers, we booked a room with 2 beds and the convertible sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed linens did not include a blanket. This is where the experience took a bit of an unfortunate turn. We called the front desk and requested a blanket. The clerk said she was too busy to help and they don't have any blankets. Thinking maybe being busy was a factor, I went to the front desk and waited until she was free before asking about the blanket situation. The clerk was beyond rude. Literally put her hands up on the air, with a not her problem attitude. Stating that blankets are locked up by housekeeping. On-site security even stated they do not have access to those areas. When I asked for a manager, I was told they were not available and there was nothing that could be done. I asked the clerk why the would expect someone who paid $200 for a room to sleep without basic bedding. But we were unable to resolve the situa

When we arrived in our room, it was very unclean. It had been “swept” at some point but all the dirt etc was just pushed into the corners of the room. A USED piece of gum and its wrapper were sitting right in front of the TV. AND someone’s piercing was laying on the bathroom floor.

We pick this hotel for pre-cruise stay. It is great that it provided pick up from airport and drop off at cruise port Didn’t realize the pick up location is on level 2 instead of outside of arrival There is NO restaurant around other than subway or pizza delivery

Staff is wonderful hotel is okay for over night stay but a little dated! Airport shuttle was available and we experienced a comfortable ride. Gas station store at corner and subway as well otherwise delivery options. Staff gave us a early check in and that was a bonus.

They offer airport pickup but be warned it took 40 minutes to get a shuttle. They also offer shuttle to cruise port however you are better off getting your own transportation. My 11:00 booked shuttle turned into 11:45. Breakfast buffet was okay. Lots of food items not replaced timely and not enough seats for everyone. They have a bar but didn’t know that it was closed for supposed renovations. I saw no activity.

My experience at Comfort Suites Miami 🏨🚢 Our stay at the hotel was excellent! What I loved the most was that they provide transportation from the airport to the hotel and the next morning from the hotel to the cruise port, which is super convenient if you’re taking a cruise. Last weekend, I went on a cruise with my whole family. We arrived on Thursday and stayed at the hotel that night before heading to the ship on Friday. It was honestly one of the best decisions because we didn’t have to worry about transportation or spend extra money on an Uber or taxi. 🙌 When we came back from the cruise, they also had transportation available to take us back to the airport. They give you a number, and they let you know when it’s your turn to be picked up. ✈️ They also offer breakfast in the morning. 🥐☕ 💰 Affordable, convenient, and a great option if you’re taking a cruise from Miami! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an easy and affordable place to stay the night before their cruise. 🚢❤️
