It was good enough for the overnight stay I had between flights. Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. My main issue was I waited for an hour for the shuttle and ended up having to take an Uber Communication for where and when to meet at the airport could have been better.

If you stay here do NOT expect a shuttle pick up at BOS. We called 4 times and put on immediate hold all 4 times with NO pickup and finally had to take a 25.00 Uber

Room & bathroom had a very neat & clean appearance with the exception of the carpet. When I walked barefoot in the room my feet were filthy. Breakfast was good with eggs & hot oatmeal every day. Also cereal & pastry selection were good. Bananas, apples & oranges everyday.

Upon arrival the greeting was pleasant and the hotel looked great. It quickly went downhill soon as I arrived at the room. The fitted sheet was badly stained with a suspicious fluid. When I showed her, the front desk person changed my room without question. Zero acknowledgment or apology.

The room was fine. The problem I had with the Hampton Inn cannot be fixed, since it relates to its location.You are adjacent to a yard of idling trucks that have the warning beepers when they back up, which they did all night long.

We were placed in room 150. Initially, the room looked beautiful and was very clean. However, neither one of us slept at all because we were next to the elevators and heard all the comings and goings. We also got to hear everyone else’s alarms go off at all hours. Also, we had broken tiles leading to the bathroom that shifted when walking. Front desk they were full and couldn’t move us and advised me to “be careful” when walking barefoot on the tile. Shuttle was awesome though!

Needed a quick place to stay after missing a connecting flight at Logan Airport. Fired up hotels.com, found a room at a nice rate so booked it. Price was right. Close to airport, and offered a free shuttle back next day. Free breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Would stay again if needed

I called the day before our stay concerned that the shuttle did not run late enough for our midnight arrival. I called on Sunday 8/24 at 2:45pm and spoke with a woman. She said that the shuttle ends at 11:30pm but if we called when we collected our luggage they would arrange a Lyft for us free of charge. After collecting our luggage I called only to have a very rude man say that the shuttle had ended and he could not help us. I explained the conversation I had the day before and he said he couldn't help us and accused me of lying. We were stranded at the airport with no way to get to the hotel and sadly never made it. It's one thing to have bad customer service it's another to have totally false info, this was a terrible way to start our trip.

I was disappointed to learn the hotel charges 30.00 per night for onsite parking. The fees are high enough without having to pay for parking. When we questioned the clerk who checked us in she was very rude and nasty and continued to roll her eyes while we were asking. Her name is Angie. She needs more training and should not be representing the hotel

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel was clean without any issues. Shuttle to and from airport/subway was a huge help and saved us the hassle of renting a car for our trip. Staff alone get 5 stars!

The hardware of the hotel was nice. However, the service was not so good. I made 2 reservations for 2 consecutive nights. The front desk could not combine them into one stay and I must do a check-out and then re-check in. Not sure why this hotel could not provide a convenience whiy many other hotels can. Secondly, the bedsheet had blood stains. I did not make a noise the first night but requested it to be replaced the second day, yet it was never replaced, thus felt a little sick about it.

The property was fairly close to the airport and guests could use the hotel shuttle to access the T metro, but we had to wait a while for the pickup afterwards even though we called when we got to the shuttle stop. The hotel is otherwise somewhat isolated, more industrial and definitely not a place you could walk from / to. So its ok if you need a place to stay while getting to a flight the next day / or short stay after a flight, but not for a longer stay.

Hotel property was great. Great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Biggest issue is getting to the property. There are 2 bridges that go up and down and halt traffic. What should be an 8-10 minute drive can take double or triple that with bridge traffic.

Lower budget hotel close to airport. Clean, spacious room. Stayed only one night as flight was coming in late to Boston. Nice to have a 12pm check out. Breakfast was not stocked well and limited at 9:20am, get there early for choices. Great hotel for the airport.

I have a lovely stay at this hotel. Not to take away for the property it self but I have 1 compliant the breakfast (eggs sausage and potatoes) specific were horrible. Egg taste like powder mix, the sausage taste like cardboard and the Potatoe was salty. We weren’t sure if they were suppose to be breakfast potatoes or mash potatoes. The serve the same items every morning. The items offered are very limited so 1 or 2 days you can get away with scraping together something to eat but after that there is nothing.

Room was comfortable and clean. This is a good airport hotel. Its best feature is access to Boston Logan. Breakfast at a Hampton is pretty standard but this one was subpar. They ran out of coffee and coffee cups the first morning we were. There were few small garbage cans in dining area and didn’t seem that any staff was monitoring the area.

Nice property for an airport hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok, waffle machine not working. Frozen premade mini omlettes served with peppers and onions, i believe. We chose not to eat there. Check in and out was great. Would stay again. Busy place. Near casino.
